my final thoughts abt any way the wind blows after finishing it is that the only good part in it is when Baz and Simon are talking about how Baz would never intentionally hurt Simon and the stairs pushing incident comes up and it’s like:

“It was an accident,” he says quietly, “when I pushed you down the stairs.”

“I know,” I say. “I always kind of figured.”

“You fucking menace,” he whispers. “You literally never shut up about it.”
