Back in Singapore after a long flight. This marks the end of my long awaited graduation trip to Tokyo. It was fun, awesome and definitely an eye opener. I am so grateful and fortunate to be able to travel to Japan. Besides that, everything went smoothly even without a fixed plan. In addition, after being together for so many years with @privatety , I didn't know that my bf can speak Japanese fluently and was able to converse in japanese with the native speakers. Furthermore, he was my GPS and navigating in Tokyo has never been a problem. He made me fall in love with him even more each day. Can't believe that 2018 is coming to an end in less than 6 hours. 2018 has been a fruitful and adventurous one. 👉Graduated. 👉Gotten my driving license. 👉Had a job (bosses and colleagues are good). 👉First work trip to Macau, attended my first local and overseas conferences. 👉Sat on a motorcycle for the first time. 👉Travelled to countries which I have never been (Taiwan and Macau). 👉Spending quality time with my family and bf. 👉Most importantly, feeling independent. Of course, there are things/resolution which I did not achieve. Nonetheless, I am still happy, grateful and proud of myself because I have tried my best. I know this is so late but well it's better late than never. For my final post on graduation, I would like to express my gratitude to all the teachers who had taught me including my profs aka my bosses. I am very fortunate that all the teachers I have met are amazing. I was never a smart student, but probably a problematic one. However, none of my teachers had given up on me. Instead they will always be patient with me and motivate me.That is also one of the reason why I wanted to be a teacher too and give back to the society like what my teachers did for me. In addition, I would also like give a special thanks to Prof Lim 林爾嶸老師 for his patience and guidance. When I first started Conversation Analysis (CA), I am clueless and there were many times I felt that I am slow and stupid and my response to his question always seems to be very subjective or probably inappropriate. Graduation Post part III: To my special someone who went through thick and thin with me from ZSS to Ngee Ann to NTU (other than my family), someone who knows me more than myself, someone who is 72 hours older than me, someone who fart directly at me for the past 8.5 years without feeling embarrass. 😄 I know I have been repeating this but still I want to thank you for lending me your ears, shoulders, arms and stomach whenever I am feeling down.  Though we had different personalities, it is exactly because of that we compensate each other. Congratulations to you, my love❤️! Finally all those countless tutorials, hours and hours of mugging for finals were over! You are truly incredible and you never fail to amaze me. You are always challenging yourself, participate in various activities and competition which you have never done before. For instance, taking part in archery competition, dancing (sevvy), taking up role as captain of boggles for hall 7, and many more. Despite participating in numerous activities and having such a hectic schedule, you are still capable of achieving good results (especially countless of GPA 5.0), obtaining highest distinction in NTU, and being the gold medalists and valedictorian in Ngee Ann. What impresses me the most is how passionate you are over the things you like and you are determine to do your best. Though working and adult life is different from studying and student life.
