…what if?

Idea:

We barely see Jax and kinger interacting, so what if there’s a moment the two of them are separated from the others. It’s dark and kinger becomes more focused. He notices Jax’s mask slipping (no need to keep the mask around the crazy one right?) and he says something. I’m not sure what exactly he would say, but it’d be something along the lines of his conversation with Pomni during ep 3 and whatever it may be it hits hard. At first Jax disregards it, knowing there’s no real point in paying attention to Kinger, but then he hears a couple things that hit close to home. He freezes, but kinger continues. Kinger somehow manages to put it all into words, everything Jax has tried to push away. Every action that haunts him flashing to his mind and right then and there it all bubbles over. Jax abstracts.

Imagine the reaction of Kinger? Of the others? The possibilities are endless heheh >:]

I've been dying to work on OOH, but I've been struggling to actually draw it.

So... I'm going to make it a written fic. I'll update y'all once I do (and basically redo the first chapter). It'll hopefully take less time than the drawn updates.

Last night I showed my fiancé Episodes 5 and 6 back-to-back, and he pointed out something really interesting.

He pointed out the parallels between Ragatha and Jax at the end of each episode. The parallels can’t be a coincidence — it really feels like the show is setting something bigger up between them.

Plus, they didn’t just save him a seat — the way they looked so concerned when he chose not to sit with them… my heart can’t take it. 💔

TADC SPOILERS AND THOUGHTS THEORIES BELOW!!

Specifically going to touch on ONE thing so I don’t get carried away

Pomni: “can you take anything seriously?”

Jax: “Dude, you’re a cartoon clown; I can’t take anything you say seriously” (could be slightly incorrect but you get the gist)

That one line. “Dude, you’re a cartoon clown.” I don’t think he was really talking to Pomni here. She’s not a clown, she’s a jester. Earlier in the episode Jax even refers to her as a jester, but all the sudden she’s a “clown.” What I think is that this is an argument he’s had with Kaufmo (most likely before his abstraction), and he just defaulted to that in the moment. In the midst of his desperate attempt to cover any human emotions he’d expressed and come up with lie for it all, he was asked a familiar question and defaulted back. This may be a stretch or a coincidence but I hope not because it’s such a cool detail to add. It may even add to the reason for him freaking out so much if he had realized what he said.

Oh and now Ive stuck the image in my head of Kaufmo on the brink of abstraction asking Jax to just listen and take his theories seriously, only for Jax to use that same line.

This is a concept for an OC that's sorta in the works right now. His name is Taro, and he's essentially a Donnie clone created by the Technodrome to survive the crash post-movie. More info to come when I eventually get his reference sheet done
