I haven't thought about a story while trying to fall asleep in AGES but I have been thinking about my Rogue One, almost-everyone-lives AU, ALL WEEK.

Tentative summary:

Almost all of them survive Scarif. Cassian can't walk. Bix comes back.

Just finished Season 2 of Andor. My gods. What an incredible show. AND THAT FINAL SHOT...

Perhaps this will bring me out of my writer's block? I have a list of RebelCaptain fics I want to write.

Been thinking about this as I fall asleep and I think I have the plot hook: two estranged cousins meet at their uncle'a funeral. The families take turns going through dead uncle's posessions. Cousins find something strange that alludes to dead uncle's secret life of crime. Said crime folks come to dead uncle's house while cousins are there and thus begins the ruckus.

Would anyone be interested in an original story about two estranged cousins who do Crime?

It seems the only comments I get on AO3 lately are "oh I didn't know this wasn't finished when I started this fic. When are you going to finish it, it has been SO LONG since you updated. But no pressure!"

Like I am glad folks are reading my works but, uhh, those comments make me want to do the opposite of finishing anything.

I have no idea when my writer's block will end and the words will flow again, but rest assured I have been rotating two stories in my head near non-stop for months:

A post Wild Hunt Jolyon/Crow fic filled with wound tending, near-dear experiences, and messy confessions

A FFXV fic involving royal arranged marriages, known adultry on two counts, and heirs to the Lucian throne

BOTW/TOTK Zelink has been on my mind, particularly a post-game(s) AU where time reverts a bit and Link had amnesia and doesn't remember Zelda.

Like think about Link, one-armed and living in Hateno, and this woman shows up, claiming to be his housemate, and he is like "who tf, i have lived alone forever".
