Hi, I wanna make an update about my « diet », I give up for one week bc of my mental issues. I’ve been diagnosed with depression et now I have to take more pills than usual. It’s been really hard for me theses months, and It’s really hard to stay motivate... I have gain all the fat I lost. Back to the beginning. But now, today, I wanna lose again, so I restart these « diet » hope that I will lost for good.
I don’t like to eat anymore, I feel nothing when I eat, it’s kinda make me sad bc I always love food, but now I just not feel like I’m hungry you know? I just eat bc I have to. And also my body just no longer held and I couldn’t do sport anymore.
Anyway, I hope that tomorrow I will lose weight.

Good morning! So yesterday for my cheatmeal I ate 3000kcal (yes that’s right) and you’re not gonna believe it but I just gain 0,1kg/0,2lbs. I don’t know how it’s possible but here I am, and also I just drank one glass of water instead of 6 (bc I was lazy) so maybe it’s bc of that idk (oh and I did a little of sport but not like I used to, it was also my rest day).
Anyway, today will be a light day, I don’t want to eat a lot bc now it makes me sick (like for real, it’s weird bc before I go on this « diet » I could eat a lot and not getting sick but now I just think it’s disgusting and want to throw it up)
This morning : cappuccino with one sugar (80kcal)
This afternoon : banana with one cup of maple syrup and some raspberry (~170kcal)
At diner : salad with a little side dish, and raspberry (~500kcal)

Today is my cheatmeal, I struggle very hard to eat a lot bc I’m afraid to get fat... This morning I ate 1200kcal (so my classic day normally) I think that it’s too much but either I eat barely nothing or I eat huge quantity of food. My weight hasn’t change (51,2kg/112,9lbs) so maybe this cheatmeal will help me to lose again.

GUYS
I lost again!!! Yesterday I did 1400kcal of sport and ate 1400kcal, I lost 0,5kg/1,1lbs, I’m so happy!!!! I thought that I was going to get fat!
This morning I am eating oatmeal with some milk and one table spoon of maple syrup (450kcal including half glass of orange juice) it’s very good and even if it’s quite many calories it’s good for your body! Oatmeal has a low glycemic index!

OMG
FINALLY!!!! I lost 0,7kg/1,5lbs Im so happy, its been a month of sport 3x/day and I didnt lost any but its finally happening!!! But this morning I ate too much (600kcal) even if it was oatmeal with milk and a little of maple syrup (and one glass of orange juice), I hope that tomorrow I will lose again. I will try for today to stay under 900kcal and do 1000kcal of sport!
I must do pictures of my body (🤢) to compare when I will loose 2kg/4,4lbs!
