For the first time, I did a 24 in box jump. It’s taken me 3 years to get here! After my knee surgery, I started with just a step with no risers. I slowly added risers until I got to 6 and then tried a 20 in and made it. That was about a year and a half ago. I hadn’t done box jumps in the last year, so I was doing 16 in ones during class today. I was really proud of that. After class, tried the 20 to see if I could still do it. Then said, What the fuck and tried the 24.
