FIRST POST

Background for future possible fics

A little bit of background for other potential fics for a Sasha Calle Supergirl x Male/GN Reader, with Clark Kent in there too. Any tips, suggestions or requests are very welcomed. All info no dialogue for this, it's just backstory and such.

HOPE

It's what drove you, Kara, and Clark to do what you do.

All of you were Kryptonian, you and Kara young teens, acquaintances at best when your planet imploded. She was sent after her cousin to protect him, your parents heard of their plans and decided that it would be the best option to save your life and quickly followed suit. Not much later after being sent the three of you land on earth, all in different regions. Kal near Smallville, Kara in a Slavic country, and you in (Your home town).

Unfortunately for you and Kara both of your suspended animation pods malfunctioned resulting in neither of you waking up for years. While Clark was starting his career at the daily planet your pod ran out of energy and ended its suspension. You left it and were soon discovered by Clark after you had accidentally used your heat vision, only just getting used to your powers. He took you in and help control your abilities, while this was happening Kara had been found and put in a windowless prison cell once they found out solar energy gave her powers.

Both you and Clark had started working together as superheroes helping out the citizens of earth, during one particular night one of you heard a criminal speak about an individual who was locked away due to extraordinary abilities gained during exposure to the sun. You and Clark immediately realized it must be a Kryptonian, you being technically older, realized it was likely Kara his cousin, and informed him about her. Shortly thereafter you both headed towards the prison and searched for her inside finding her malnourished and in terrible shape, you and Clark took her away and back to your currently shared apartment in metropolis.

You all got reintroduced to each other, and you let Clark and Kara have some time alone to bond with each other. A few hours later Kara came to find you and talk to you about both of your lives since krypton. You told her about your malfunctioned pod and Clark finding you, and how you had wondered if she survived the journey. She told you about her time in the prison and how horribly she was treated there, the topic soon changed to reminiscing about your home world, and each other's previous lives there. As mentioned before you both had been somewhat acquainted as your families had similar moral beliefs, hers being El the house of hope, and your family being a part of the Science guild founded by the house of El, due to this the two of your families had a quite friendly relationship with one another, sharing ideas and providing assistance and help if asked.

You two talked for hours, eventually, Clark came to find the two of you, happy to see you talking to someone who actually remembers krypton. You and Clark started to tell her more about your superheroing adventures and highly recommended she use her powers for the same purposes, to which she agreed immediately.

Soon enough, the three of you had started superheroing together and each of you had started getting comfortable in your new home.

That's it for the bit of backstory, if anyone has any comments or ideas they want to share with me on how I can improve I'm all ears!
