love that the vibe of this cooldown room is toxic couple on the brink of divorce trying to act so normal in front of their kid even though they just finished having a screaming match in the other room (kimi heard the screaming match but was too busy playing just dance on the wii to care)

I know my account title thingy is cringy, but im too nostalgic to change it. That's a piece of teenager me there, and they thought that was the funniest thing ever at the time. I can't just replace it on them.

Just realised that God of War (4) has no trophy for completing the game in give me God of war mode. Like that is so refreshing as someone who can't complete the super difficult modes in gaming, it's nice that for the first time ever I can 100% a game while still having a challenge fitting my skill level, as you can't convince me those Valkyries are easy on any setting lol
Its just the little things that make it inclusive to all that many may not think of.

The DnD Movie was so DnD it is unreal!
1) The backstory drop at the beginning
2) The completely unnecessary and over the top plan that comes out of left field but somehow works out
3) The super over powered NPC that comes in to do a lore drop, help the party escape from some high level baddies and then wanders off for no real reason citing that their part of this is done (when justifiably they could have just won on their own)
4) A group of idiots discover that they grow in power as they overcome more challenges
5) The power of friendship - they would die for each other but they still spend the whole time low key insulting each other at every opportunity
6) Party member discovers magical item, sticks it in a bag and forgets about it until narratively relevant (aka the DM reminds them they have a thing)
7) Far more powerful baddie being wrecked by action economy
8) As soon as you split the party things go to shit (never split the party)

Finally watched Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves and now I’m a little sad it didn’t do well (and clearly I was part of the problem) because it was actually pretty sweet and very funny.

One of the best depictions of a platonic couple raising a child together I’ve seen. By the end you’re like of course Holga is mom.
Also it’s fucking amazing that Edgin isn’t Holga’s type because he’s too immature but also not short enough. Yeah she can lift any man she wants but she wants one who fits snugly in her arms too, ya know?
