I really love this ancient celtic ritual of fake marrying for one year and one day and living together and everything and at the end marrying or if they dont feel that way just parting ways. and the woman was also allowed to leave the man for being abusive easily, also tying their hands together with cord or ribbon, and the priest while there reciting their lineage to make sure it goes past three bloodlines to make sure they weren’t too related lol 💖

I lost my wallet on the public bus in belfast ❤️ right before a long 6 mile hike into the mists up a mountain. and like i thought that was it lmao bc i would never get that back on public transport in the us but hrs later my professor talked to a couple bus drivers hanging out and they called up bus central and they HAD IT and knew what wallet i was talking about right away & my professor rode out to the end of the line w me to get it. every irish person along the way was so so nice. they love americans ? I didn’t know this but they really do. i can feel how ireland is looking out for me everywhere.
