No filter needed. Just took 30 minutes after my lunch to sit outside, read a great book, and just soak in the gorgeous weather. I do my best thinking when I'm running. I usually start to think about my goals, and I get excited thinking about what I want to achieve. But then I have to check myself, and say "HOW are you going to do this? How are you going to make these things happen?" Then I start to think about a plan of action. Whether it is my own weight loss journey, my fitness business, or my personal relationships, I ask myself what I want out of them, then I try to create a plan to achieve this. A goal without a plan is just to goal. I am working on my weight-loss goal everyday and ran 4 miles this morning. What are you doing today to put your plan into action?

Stop waking up on Monday mornings with no future plan to change what you don't like now! Two years ago I set a plan in action, and it took me one year to reach it with hard work. But I did. And I am now living a life that I never knew existed! There are better things out there, you just haven't found them yet so start looking!

I have the stomach bug. So mad. I can't get any food down, but I am Chugging Beachbody's new HYDRATE like its my job (well, I guess it kinda is!) This one in particular is going to be a staple in my house once they release it. Perfect for sick kids, adults and during workouts to keep you hydrated and all the electrolytes in your body without a ton of sugar and nasty ingredients. This is one way to lose weight, ha ha!!
