Half-assed is better than no-assed
I half-assed my workout today.
But, I did start it, and did about 20 min.
I didn’t want to do any minutes.
Was 20 min the whole thing? Nope.
Is 20 min better than nothing?
Absolutely!
I’m not going to be perfect, but I convinced myself to do something. And that means something.
