Group project on St. Collins Lane about the lighting act as a threshold.
Made a diagram address the functions of the lighting using inDesign.
Ps. Also have a play with some colored cellophanes to take some panoramas.

Drawing A day:
Interior design drawing (one of my ideas of creating a vintage looked biophilic interior:
-How to create vintage biophilic interiors
Beyond the scope of my academic study, I enjoy hanging around in vintage furniture shops and vintage market. Once I saw an antique Chinese apothecary herbal cabinet with all the beautiful little drawers, that’s where I found inspirations from. I thought those drawers would be used as natural pot that suit house plants perfectly. As you can see from image 1, I chose a similar multi drawer cabinet, and repurposed it into a small version of vertical garden by planting low maintenance house plants into the drawers. Base upon this initial ideas, I developed a moveable vertical garden using vintage small boxes and drawers (see image 2). By simply piling up of drawers, it could be placed in any way people want. It’s very flexible and movable, which means people could change position and direction access to sunlight and rain. In the night, they could place it in the bedroom to release oxygen, or as natural cooling.
Moreover, I also draw some concepts of repurposing small pieces. For example, as seen in image 3, the enamel wall sink is great reinstated as a wall planter, or we could transform antique vases and plates as plant growing LED drop light (see image 6). Besides that, moss is another essentials that turns home into a forest. It’s forever green and maintenance free. Pieces such as old full-length mirror or small mirror box could be handcrafted and repurposed into natural movable moss walls (as seen in image 4 & 5). Apart from these ideas, my last idea was to combine modern furniture with large plants, not only by placing them together but let the plant grow in parts of them (see image 7). It could also simply be achieved by handcrafting. 11/04/19
