"The Tempest," November 2023, wood, acrylic, 25" x 27" x 12"
Named after the Shakespearean play that does not fit neatly into either the comedy or tragedy genres, this piece uses symbols from theatre and the sea to question why humanity finds such pleasure in tragic stories.
