Domestic Sastiel fluff hours, now featuring grace kisses

I have this headcanon that Castiel always has static electricity coming off of him from his grace's strong energy and his vessel not being able to contain it 100%.

So he has a low humm or white noise coming from the inside, and static energy on his body. Not strong enough to zap anyone but enough to make Sam's hairs stand when he gets close.

Sam finds the humming specially calming to sleep, and sometimes when Cas is in a good mood it reminds him of purring.

When Jimmy was alive, the combined energy of Castiel's grace and Jimmy's soul made it so much stronger, actually zapping Sam or Dean a couple times and making Castiel's hair be spiky and all over the place all the time.
