something about men feeling nauseous/puking is so hot. when they groan and lean their head back, and their adam’s apple is bobbing up and down, or panting with their hand on their stomachs. the abs tightening as they heave or their back and shoulder muscles spasming and pressing together…

Caden and Maddie were sleeping, her head on his chest. She had had a long and busy day, the first day at her new job, and had crashed almost immediately upon returning to the apartment. Caden woke up, a slightly uncomfortable feeling in his stomach. Careful not to wake Maddie, he gingerly placed his palm flat on his stomach, finding it slightly rounded. Him and his friends had gotten sushi for lunch, and he decided it must be indigestion. The food seemed to be stuck in his middle, making it clear that it wasn’t going anywhere. Caden felt heat creep up his neck as he stared at the ceiling. He really didn’t want to disturb Maddie, and hoped that he wouldn’t need to get sick. A cramp shot through his abdomen, and he felt his stomach muscles tense under his palm. He took a few deep breaths as his face grew a shade paler and a thin layer of sweat began to form on the back of his neck. He began to rub small circles on his belly, willing the food to move along. His stomach contracted, letting out a quiet whine as it tried desperately to digest the mess inside of him. He didn’t feel nauseous yet, and he knew going to the bathroom now would be no use, so he tried to let Maddie rest some more. He discomfort was growing by the minute, though, and he could feel his shirt clinging to his back. He hated this in-between stage, where he couldn’t throw up but couldn’t be comfortable. His stomach had grown more bloated, and he cradled it as he tipped his head back and quietly groaned, grimacing, his adam’s apple bobbing in his throat. He attempted to shift himself without disturbing Maddie, and immediately wished he hadn’t when his gut let out a low gurgle and a second cramp shot through his stomach. He gasped slightly at the feeling, clutching his middle. He began breathing heavily, and Maddie’s head on his chest seemed to grow ten times heavier and feel suffocating. His stomach was now bloated to the max, and through the taught skin he felt the moment the churning began and a light wave of nausea washed over him. Under his palm, he felt the contents of his stomach pushing against his skin, could feel each convulsion of his stomach. He leaned his head back, panting quietly as his nausea intensified. There was no mistaking it now, he was going to need to get up soon. But in the moment moving from his current position was not an option, so he stayed where he was. His face grew paler and took on a strange shade, a mixture of gray, green, and yellow. A sheen of sweat coated his forehead, and a few of his dark curls clung to it. He forced up a small, sickly, closed-mouth burp, and grimaced at the taste of fish. His throat bobbed dangerously as he swallowed the saliva pooling in his mouth. He let up another burp, moaning quietly after. He did this a few times, before his stomach gurgled as he let up a particularly wet burp, bringing up some acid as a fishy taste splashed the back of his throat. The revolting taste of it was more than enough to make his stomach lurch, and he sat up, throwing Maddie off him as he gagged violently into his hands.
“Caden, what the hell-“
He was panting, hunched over his lap, with both arms tightly hugging his abdomen and his fingers digging into his sides. His whole body moved with the force of his rapid, panicked breaths, and Maddie crawled to sit in front of him.
“Baby, what’s going on?”
She pushed his dark, messy hair back and cradled his waxy face. He swallowed thickly before slowly answering.
“Maddie, my stomach- I think there was something bad in my lunch- everything is churning and I feel so sick.” He was telling the truth, his stomach was now churning the food inside of him like a washing machine, and his mouth was pooling with thick, hot saliva that was becoming increasingly hard to swallow. His eyes rolled back as he violently retched into his lap.
“C’mon baby, let’s get you to the bathroom,” Maddie said, but there was no time for that. His eyes glazed over and his jaw went slack, and Maddie lept off the bed and scrambled to grab the small trash can on the other end of the room. His bloated stomach contracted into itself and Caden clapped a hand over his mouth, trying desperately to hold it in, but the heave sent spurts of vomit shooting from between his fingers and onto the comforter. Vomit filled his mouth, and before Maddie could make it back to him with the can, his stomach sent more vomit shooting up his throat and he was forced to remove his hand, letting a pool of vomit splatter into his lap. Before he knew what was happening, Maddie had shoved the can into his arms and was forcing him to stand and walk to the bathroom. The whole time, he was coughing and spluttering into the can, his stomach trying desperately to bring something more up but simply failing. His stomach muscles never seemed to relax, constantly squeezing tighter and tighter, trying to force more up without giving him a chance to breathe. A string of vomit dangled from his lips. Finally, he was able to gasp for air as he stumbled and collapsed to his knees in front of the toilet. He gripped the sides of the bowl, making a horrible gurgling sound as more vomit gushed out of him. His stomach muscles contracted and his shoulder muscles spasmed and pressed together as he heaved again and again. With the turmoil already in his stomach, the sight of the vomit in the toilet was enough to set him off again. Tears streamed down his face as he continued to retch, but brought up nothing but a small amount of bile.
“C’mon baby, your stomach’s empty,” Maddie tried to get him to relax, but he continued to pant and gag.
“It won’t- hUrgH- stop” he heaved, his fingers turning white from gripping the toilet.
“Shh, relax, everything will be okay baby.” She rubbed small circles on his back and ran her fingers through his hair, until he was finally able to collapse into her. His abs and shoulders ached after being tense for so long, and he was so exhausted that he could have fallen asleep then and there. Reading his mind, Maddie flushed the toilet and helped him onto the couch so she could wash the bedsheets. She left to get a glass of water, and he was already asleep when she returned.

Caden and Maddie walked through the doors of the country club. They had just watched two of their closest friends, Jack and Hannah, get married, and were headed to the reception. They found their way to the dining hall with little trouble. Since they didn’t know many people there, they made their way to a half-full table that didn’t have anybody else coming. Their table-mates introduced themselves as Corbin, Ava, Armani, and Naomi.
“Hi, I’m Caden, and this is Maddie,” Caden said, gesturing to his girlfriend. She smiled shyly and offered a small wave. He was definitely the socialite of the pair. They seated themselves and joined the conversation, something about a concert going on somewhere in town. Caden kept up cheerful conversation with the table, Maddie occasionally chiming in more often as she warmed up to the group. Caden was absentmindedly eating from the dinner rolls set in a tray at the center of the table; he had a habit of needing to keep his hands busy or eat while he was talking. He also was happily accepting the small cheeses and such that the waiters brought around on trays. He didn’t even realize he was finishing his fifth roll until Maddie patted his leg gently under the table.
“You might want to save some room for the meal, you’ll make yourself sick,” she reminded him. It was then that the salad was brought out, and despite Maddie’s reminder, he began absentmindedly picking away at it as he talked, until his plate was cleared. Once he realized, he decided he was lucky it was light enough that he shouldn’t have to worry much. The main course came out next; steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection, the potatoes were heavily rich and creamy, and the vegetables were lightly caramelized. It was delicious, and again Caden cleared his plate before he even realized how much he’d had.
He was now beginning to feel the weight of all the heavy food in his stomach, an uncomfortably full feeling settling on him. He leaned back in his chair and folded his hands over his belly, which was slightly bloated. He slowly blew breaths out and muffled a few burps behind his fist. He excused himself to the restroom, so he could work up burps more comfortably without seeming rude. After locking himself in the single. person bathroom, he rubbed circles on his chest, thumping to work up the air bubbles. A deep belch brought him relief, so he splashed his face with water, loosened his belt around his slightly bloated tummy, and reentered the dining hall.
He had missed the cutting of the cake, and was greeted by a generous slice of rich cheesecake with strawberries at his seat. His relief made him feel okay enough to start eating the cake as he resumed his chatter. About three quarters of the way through the slice, he began to slow down. The unsettling feeling was back in his stomach, intensified this time. He raised another bite up to his mouth, but it hovered there on the fork for a moment as he hesitated. With a small gag, he returned his fork to his plate and was thankful nobody had seemed to notice him.
He felt the churning kick up in his stomach as the maid of honor began her speech. He was only half listening as the sloshing of his stomach became more and more nauseating. He muffled several burps and gags as he cradled his stomach beneath the table. He was glad that everybody’s focus remained on the bridesmaid, and nobody seemed to take notice to his condition. His stomach contracted around its contents, and he regretted eating so much of the heavy, rich food. It felt like his stomach was churning cement, and his belly was bloated to the max, his belt digging painfully into the taught skin.
As the best man began his speech, beads of sweat formed on Caden’s forehead and upper lip. He struggled to keep his breathing under control as the churning and sloshing of his insides kicked up a notch.  His stomach began gurgling and he prayed nobody else could hear. He could feel the organ convulsing under his hands. After the speeches were over, Maddie turned to him. She was stunned to see the sickly shade of white he had turned, and he looked miserable, clutching his stomach as his throat bobbed, trying to swallow down the sickness threatening to creep up.
“Caden, do we need to go to the bathroom?” she asked. He opened his mouth to respond, but instead came out a small gag. Then another. And another. She forced him to stand and ushered him towards the bathroom. They were unlucky enough to find the door locked, and Caden tried desperately to get his gagging and panting in check so as to not vomit all over the hallway. The thought sent his stomach into another series of flip-flops, and he clamped a hand over his mouth as his cheeks puffed out in a vicious gag. After what seemed like an eternity, the door opened and the poor girl had barely made it out before Caden ran in, heaving violently. He fell to his knees in front of the toilet as Maddie clicked the lock shut behind him. He heaved fruitlessly several times before sitting back on his heels and frantically undoing his belt. He unbuttoned his dress pants and his stomach seemed to inflate, pushing down the zipper of the pants.
“Fuck, it hurts so- eugh- bad” he panted, his fingers grabbing and digging into the flesh of his middle. Maddie was rubbing circles on his back.
“I know Caden, you just need to try to get it all up and it will feel better, okay?”
He gagged, and lurched forward.
“Fu-UCK!” a retch tore through his body, thick vomit erupting out of him. He had no time to catch his breath before a second wave of vomit poured out of him. He panted for a few seconds before doubling back over as a third wave washed over him. A fourth, fifth, and sixth had him retching until finally he was done. He burped sickly into the toilet a few times before leaning back. His stomach hurt from the sheer amount of what he had just thrown up.
“Here baby, let’s go home and get you some rest,” Maddie cooed in his ear, and he obediently tried to straighten himself. He was not looking forward to the long car ride home.

Caden had one hand on the steering wheel while he tried to discreetly massage his belly with the other. He hoped Maddie wouldn’t notice his discomfort as she excitedly talked about the kayaking trip that awaited them.
“I remember it seemed kind of long the first time I tried it, but it’s totally gorgeous and the current kind of takes you where you need to go.” She paused and looked at him inquisitively. “Are you sure you’re going to be able to go all six miles with your shoulder?” He had recently had to take a break from tennis due to a shoulder injury, but now was back and doing great.
“I told you my shoulder feels fine, and I’m looking forward to this trip as much as you are.” He offered her a quick smile before returning his focus to the road. His cheeks puffed up as he covered a small burp with his fist, and he thought that his shoulder was currently the least of his worries. They had eaten lunch before they left, and it now sat heavily and uncomfortably in his stomach. He didn’t feel nauseous, but he would rather go home and relax than face the next three hours on the river. He was determined not to ruin Maddie’s excitement, though, so he put on a smile as he pulled into an empty parking space by the boat landing.
Stepping out of the truck, he grabbed the door to steady himself as a wave of dizziness that did nothing to help his stuffed belly washed over him. It passed as quickly as it came, so he shut the door and rubbed his chest to work up a few more small belches before circling the truck to meet Maddie by the kayak trailer.
Together, they carried their two kayaks over to the water as Maddie continued her exited chatter. Caden noticed the river was beautiful, surrounded by forest on either side. He helped Maddie into her kayak before taking a seat in his. They had to wear life vests, and he couldn’t help but take notice of the way his dug uncomfortably into his bloated belly. He loosened it and felt little relief, but decided to ignore it. He smiled at Maddie. “You- hic- ready?” She laughed. “Got the hiccups? I’ll have to scare you around one of these turns!” She began paddling away as he followed her, and he decided this might not be so bad after all.
About two miles in, he decided he was wrong. The feeling in his stomach had gone from a light discomfort to downright nausea. The river was slightly choppy, and the constant up-and-down movement of the kayak was doing no good for his condition.  He swore his belly kept bloating more and more, and although he continuously loosened his life vest he found no relief to the uncomfortable pressure on his stomach. He could feel the contents of his lunch churning inside of him, bobbing with the motion of the kayak. His stomach was gurgling almost continuously now and he kept burping and making low sounds of discomfort that he was glad Maddie couldn’t seem to hear. The sun pounded down on him, further overheating his body alongside the fever that had begun to burn through it. He felt terrible, and he had 4 more miles to go.
They rounded the corner and he noticed an area of shallow water, with a small patch of sand. At that moment, a gag he hadn’t expected tore through him, and he lurched forward, cupping his mouth as his lunch splashed the back of his throat. The movement nearly tipped his kayak, and Maddie turned around in alarm.
“Fuck Maddie, I- urp -need to stop here-,” he choked, paddling over to the shallow spot. He reached the area as Maddie rowed in beside him.
“What’s going on? Are you okay?” Caden didn’t respond as she took in his state. He was about three shades paler than usual, and panting heavily into his lap with his eyes closed as he was white-knuckling the sides of the kayak. He collected himself enough to look up at her.
“Oh my goodness, you look like shit” she said, stepping out of her kayak and rushing over to him.
“Thanks,” he managed a weak half-smile before his fist flew to his mouth as his cheeks puffed up in another gag.
“Can you- urp -help me get this off?” he asked, shakily fumbling with his life vest. Maddie helped him remove it, and his bloated belly stretched out in front of him. He was normally not very big, and the size it had become surprised both of them. His skin was stretched taught around his stomach, and the organ was gurgling loud enough for both of them to hear. He placed a hand on his upper belly and was surprised to feel how rock hard it was. He moved to clutch his upset tummy with both hands as he leaned over the edge of the kayak, his dark curls falling to cover his face and sticking to his neck.
“Mmph- urp- fuck,” he panted over the water, his breath making small ripples. For a few minutes, he gagged and let out a few sickly burps while Maddie stroked his hair and cooed in his ear. He spit and sat up to look at her.
Though he could tell her concern was genuine, he couldn’t help but notice the flush to her cheeks, the way her pupils dilated, or the tremor to her voice as she asked him if he was going to vomit. He realized a part of her was enjoying this. He had never been sick in front of Maddie before, so this was new, and he decided to explore it.
“Not yet,” he said, a mischievous glint in his eye. “Do you think you could- ulp- rub it?” He watched in pleasure as the pink in her cheeks darkened.
“Um, yeah, let’s get you on solid ground first.”
She carefully helped him out of his kayak and guided him over to to the small patch of sand. She sat down and ordered him to lay his head in her lap. She gently began to rub his gurgling belly in small circles, easing up a few burps and groans. She could feel his stomach contracting and convulsing under her palm, as he somehow managed to grow paler.
“Fuck Maddie, it hurts so- urp- bad,” he whimpered, grimacing as a particularly loud gurgle came from his upset tummy.
“I know, baby. Maybe it’s time you try and throw up again.” He nodded in agreement, weakly sitting up and moving so he was on his knees in front of the water. He groaned and coughed, his fingers digging into his belly. Maddie came to kneel next to him. She gently removed his hands from his tummy and replaced it with her own, flat against it. She could feel the turning beneath her palm, and felt it retract as Caden gagged. Her other hand rubbed circles on Caden’s back. She applied a little pressure with the hand on his belly.
“Is this okay?” she asked.
“More,” he heaved, nothing coming up.
She pushed deeper and he lurched forward, retching violently, vomit spilling out of him. She didn’t need to apply more pressure as everything Caden had eaten that day spilled out in front of them. Once he emptied his tummy, he leaned back into her as she stroked his hair some more.
“Come on baby, we can go back to my house and rest,” she offered, and nothing had ever sounded so good.
