How to Do Shadow Work
Notice when you feel yourself Reacting in a situation. How many situations illicit this automatic response? Judge, criticize, blame or avoid- all are reactions to something you want to avoid and/or they stir negative feelings within.
There is always a deeper meaning. Examine your thoughts and emotions. Practice shifting perspectives-- thinking out of the box, that is to say "get out of your head!" These feelings of jealousy, anger and self-pity are indicators of something unresolved within.
Compassion is the easiest way to Enlightenment. Others are also going through difficulties and they express it in a lot of ways: Negative expressions are merely a refection of how they are doing on the inside.
Radical Responsibility! Another word for emotional intelligence. Be extremely aware of how and when you react to anything. Catch your negative thoughts before you express them. Learning awareness of emotions and thoughts allows us to let them pass after understanding them better.
We are not our thoughts or emotions. When you begin to understand this you will achieve a new level of mindfulness and clarity.
Honesty with yourself will be painful and uncomfortable, but it is necessary for growth. What is true within your heart? Seek these answers within. You will not find your answers in the world or in others. You can seek guidance, but ultimately it is up to you to be responsible for your wellness.
Nobody else but you alone can achieve this!

Never catch feelings for people with poor communication. If you want an easier life, choose people who can easily communicate, how they feel about both you and the relationship.

You have to become your number one cheerleader in order to win in this life, there can’t be any room for that toxic voice in your mind. You might not even realise that you’re your very own number one hater. Think of all those times you try to step it up, wake up early, start a new business, take on a new exercise? And guess who’s whispering loudly in your ear holding you back? Persuading you that waking up early is BS, that going to the gym and doing exercise is stupid and you’ll do it another day, that why even start a new business? It’s going to fail anyway? That voice there in your mind is keeping you stuck and the only way to overcome your inner sabotage is to firstly start noticing this voice. Notice is as often as possible. As you’re in the shower and it’s creating an argument with that person, as you’re looking in the mirror and it’s pointing out how bad your skin is. Once you have this awareness and you can start to see how toxic your inner voice has become, you can now decide… do I listen to this self-hate that puts me down day in day out? Or do I replace that voice with something that empowers me? Because you truly have that power. Slowly but surely you’ll start overcoming all that negativity in your mind and watch how quickly this changes your life.

“When people walk away from you, let them go. You shouldn’t have to talk them into staying with you, loving you, calling you, caring about you, or coming to see you … For if they really cared about you in the first place, they would not be going anywhere.”
