Life has gotten harder and I am being spread more thin. My dad used to tell me going up hill was a good thing, and I still believe him. However, my friend told me life is more than an uphill trek, it is more like climbing Everest. I've been stepping on things that have been hallow, slipped on ice, and have had friends freeze to death on the first peak. Not everyone wants to reach the top, and that is okay. I know I can though, and I'll be damned if I freeze in my sleep and have my future sons pass me with a tour guide via escalator. -j
