am i the only one who was underwhelmed by the solo leveling anime? as someone who read it a gazillion times before an anime was even in the cards
like... idek it's not bad by any means there's just stuff i can't get over about it
one. they're Korean. why is the original voice over in Japanese and then actual Japanese characters come in speaking the same god-damned language and they can't understand each other?
two. something is just... off. about the animation style to me. it's great quality animation don't get me wrong there - it's just ever so slightly different than the manwha style and my brain does not like it LMAO
three. where's the purple??? why is he so blue?? maybe im misremembering and the purple comes in when the shadow monarch is revived but it's just so much cooler I beg pls bring it back. his aura. the shadows. purple. please.
