Okay so you are not married to clone Charlie, if he was cloned legally, his cloning certificate should list him as Charlie the-pea-and-the-sun (2), a distincly sifferent Charlie. He will keep all of the same educational degrees and such (GED, bachelor's, any certificates, etc.) and any official diagnoses for medical conditions but he will be a citizen of the country he was cloned in (as opposed to the one the original was born in if that differs), and will have none of the same insurance policies, jobs, marriages, or gardianships as the original.

If you want to marry clone Charlie and be able to tell then apart, you can know which is which for certain by the fact that the clone will have a 2 shaped ridge in place of a belly button and the original will just have a normal belly button or whatever. If original Charlie really goes the extra mile to impersonate the clone and modifies his stomach, you can get them genetically tested. Clone Charlie will have the telomere length the size of a child the age in years of how long your clone has been in existence while original Chalrie will have the length of an adult.
