Why men are better leaders?
The differences in natural roles between men and women are one of the key reasons why many people believe that men are better qualified than women for the office of president. In the past, men have been regarded as the leaders and decision-makers, with women more likely to fill positions like homemaker and caretaker. As a result, there is a perception that men are more equipped to hold the office of president because they possess the leadership and problem-solving abilities needed to govern a country.
Men have also traditionally held leadership posts for longer than women. This indicates that men are more likely to understand the complexity of leading a country since they have greater experience in politics as well. Additionally, they are more aware of the power dynamics that come with being in a position of authority, which is helpful when making tough choices.
In conclusion that even though there are strong cases for both sides of the issue, many people think that men are more qualified than women for the position of president. This is a result of the disparities in natural roles and political involvement.

Who deserves to be the good leader the woman or the man?
Although generations have been debating whether men or women make better leaders, let's take a closer look at what it means to be a "good" leader and what effective leadership looks like. Americans believe women have the right stuff to be political leaders. When it comes to honesty, intelligence and a handful of other character traits they value highly in leaders, the public rates women superior to men, according to a new nationwide Pew Research Center Social and Demographic Trends survey.
Women are great leaders because we are able to balance professional and personal leadership skills. It’s easier to approach a woman leader with a personal request, or a sensitive question. I care about my team and their well-being, which includes their performance at work and their work-life balance. I also find women more proactive in becoming mentors, and sometimes it’s already such an open and communicative relationship that the transition to mentor is easy. Women make great leaders as we are natural multitaskers. The ability to decisively and quickly respond to simultaneous and different tasks or problems at a time is a critical component to successful leadership Communication is said to be among a woman’s strongest skill — and female leaders know how to use it! Whether communicating with employers, co-workers, or partners, an open communication stream allows for clarity in executing roles and responsibilities. Female business leaders are able to communicate regularly, clearly and openly.
Women make great leaders because they have an innate ability to dream big, challenge assumptions and inspire teams — and they know how to translate big ideas into concrete action and results. Many women, especially moms, are trained caretakers and know how to deal with crisis situations at home with compassion and patience. These attributes become very relevant when a woman leader is dealing with crisis situations

Who deserves to be president the woman or the man?and why?
It is not appropriate to compare the effectiveness of a president based on their gender. The qualities that make a person a good leader have nothing to do with their gender. Rather, it is their leadership qualities, experience, policies, and ability to make tough decisions that determine their success as a Itesident.
Itstorically, there have been both male and female presidents who have been successful and unsuccessful in their roles. For example, in our country, there have been 15 male presidents and 2 female president, and their effectiveness cannot be solely attributed to their gender. Each president brought their own unique qualities, experiences, and policies to the job, and their success or failure was determined by a range of factors beyond their gender.
It is also important to note that gender bias and discrimination can impact how a female president is perceived and treated in office, which can affect their ability to enact policies and make decisions. However, this is not a reflection of their ability to lead, but rather a reflection of societal biases and prejudices.
Instead of focusing on the gender of a leader, it is more important to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and policies. A good president should have strong leadership qualities, be able to communicate effectively, have a clear vision for the country, and be able to make tough decisions when necessary. They should also prioritize the well-being and interests of the people they represent.

Who is better to be president, men or women?
The president is the most important piece of government leadership for handling the country. President has a big responsibilities to make such as developing structures, economics, and solving the encountered problem on state and nation. Furthermore, the president plays an important role in serving the country. However, people have been choosing and asking, if what gender will make a better president to rule the country. Do men do better than women to be president, or are women better than men to rule the country as president.It may appear that women are better suited to be president than men because women tend to be more transformational leaders, such as good at building relationships, and team-oriented, and also because women could sustain peace better than men.
Who's the better leader?
Gender shouldn’t determine an individual’s leadership abilities. Instead, organizations must assess leadership potential by evaluating individuals' strengths and personality traits. However, often, women aren’t encouraged to assume leadership roles as much as their male counterparts. We can observe that women in political leadership remain underappreciated. Women may not always realize how poised for success they are in leadership roles, but their potential and skills are undeniable. They make good politicians too, some are even better than men in many aspects.
Women are better suited to be presidents because of certain qualities, such as:
Women tend to be more transformational leaders than men. A study conducted by Dr. Alice Eagly, a scholar on the topic of women’s leadership, found that women make better leaders because they tend to be more transformational leaders—meaning that they seek to develop others and listen more effectively, in addition to generally thinking more outside the box than their male counterparts. Studies of people’s attitudes and values have shown, on average, women tend to be more compassionate and other-oriented than men and generally have a more egalitarian ideology. Men, in contrast, tend to be more oriented than women toward personal power and achievement. On numerous social policy issues, women favor helping disadvantaged groups more than men do, and these groups include not only women but children, racial minorities, and the poor (Eagly, 2016).
Women are good at building relationships. According to Alice (2016), women leaders also place more emphasis on developing positive relationships with others and tend to use more positive incentives than men and fewer threats or negative incentives. Women are also less likely than men to avoid making decisions or exercising authority.
Women are also essential to sustaining peace. Although the inclusion of women in peacebuilding processes has gained momentum in policy discussions over the last 15 years, the number of women in decision-making positions remains relatively small. In Somalia, elder men were seen to exclude women from formal decision-making forums where negotiations for peace took place. A recent Secretary-General’s report to the Security Council called women's leadership and participation in peacebuilding "prerequisites for the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.” In other words, without women’s participation, we will not achieve lasting peace; and without the stability of peace, we will not achieve sustainable development.
Therefore, empowering women isn't about being politically right; it's about getting better results. Investments in healthier communities and better economies are necessary to resolve conflicts and maintain peace. It's about enhancing people's quality of lives on a global scale. Women's empowerment is not just the proper thing to do. It is also imperative, and because women are in positions of power more and more, the world is improving.
