Poetry. Our literary lesson for English class a month ago. And as expected, the typical event on each and every lesson we take, a task is given afterwards. So obviously, we had to be Shakespeare for a day—write a poem, I mean. As they say, a person becomes poetic in talks of romance, regardless if they don't have a significant other. Ergo, the rise of the lovelorn writers within our class. Anyway, I won't delay this any longer and go straightforwardly to what happened.
A classmate of mine, let's call her "Lady" for the sake of hiding her identity, asked the class a certain question: "Is it true that first love never dies?"
...
It was an interesting question in my side, actually. And as someone who's all giddy about topics of those sort, I sent her a dm to answer her inquiry. Fingers typing in a blast, mind's running like a wind—you could definitely say that I was enjoying it while I was typing my answer. And of course, I had to utilize my overwhelming sentiments and reminiscences for that. It was a message that I wrote wholeheartedly !!! I then clicked the send button and voila !!
"honestly, it depends. although what I can assure of is that it never dies if that person gave you a strong impression and revering reminiscences. hence the phenomenal attachment you have towards them. it'll be as though you got stuck in a bottomless pit, a perpetual path; making every attempt to consign them to oblivion bootless. your fervid sentiments are like cuffs binding your figure thus hindering you from escaping the past. and that once-cherished sentiment they left along with those revering reminiscences will forever be etched in your heart—leave you be devoured by misery."
I-...Me? An NBSB?? wrote ?? this ?? I'm not an expert in romance, nor did I ever had a spouse. Regardless...I suppose my message was on point. I hope Lady's feeling alright because asking that sort of question...means that she's undergoing with the first love syndrome. Although, it turned out that she chose that certain question as her topic for the assigned task, the poem.
I guess that's it folks, perhaps first love never dies considering certain aspects similarly to what I mentioned. And I guess that's one of my entries for heart's day.
Advanced Happy Valentine's Day, everyone !! (^^)
