the war between the order of the phoenix and the death eaters rages on under the surface of society, with civilians increasingly caught in the middle. six years after the very first attack on diagon alley by purist unknowns, and four years after the attack on the minister for magic, there are signs everywhere of the ongoing conflict. ‘missing’ and ‘wanted’ posters paper the streets, store fronts are reinforced with additional wards, talismans, and protective charms, and the alley empties out after dark. even the leaky cauldron, long since a popular gathering place, has grown quieter. in the face of drooping morale countrywide, the ministry announces another event hosted in diagon alley — minister augusta longbottom will be addressing the community on the anniversary of the attack that took the lives of so many and sharing a message of hope and peace.

Across the Stars is an AU Star Wars roleplay set in 3 BBY • 16 years since Order 66 and a few years before the film A New Hope. The Jedi Order is all but extinct, the once benevolent Republic gone, as the shroud of the Dark Side has fallen across the Galaxy. But yet as the new Galactic Empire tightens its iron grip on the Galaxy, dissidents have begun to emerge. [ BEHOLD THE PALE HORSE EVENT ]  While the Battle of Crait may have cemented the disparate rebel cells in the Galaxy into one unified Alliance, it was nonetheless an overwhelming victory for the Galactic Empire. Overall, “battle” might be a generous term - courageous volunteers fought a holding action, as the new Alliance slipped away past the orbiting Imperial fleet besieging the planet. While the Rebels were able to present a united front, the ensuing battle showed just how badly prepared the Alliance was to try and fight the Imperial Military. Outnumbered and out-gunned, the defenders of Crait still held their line, but only just long enough for the retreat to take place. If the Alliance has any hope of winning this War, then they are going to need to find their own edge. ABOUT US Our community, known as Untold Tales is a multi-fandom community.
