In Breath of the Wild we were finally given a reason for Link’s silence in the entries of Zelda’s diary. I know the glorious and epic explanation of the English version of course  BUT the German version (the one I played ^^) has a totally different reason written in the diary. Zelda says that Link was simply too shy to talk much and that he was afraid that he could not live up to everybody’s expectations. I mean how cute is that ^^ can you imagine a surprised and shy Link mumbling right in front of the princess of Hyrule? :D hehe I definitely can ;P Anyway, hope you like it ^^

got really into reading item descriptions on this playthrough. anyway did you know the silent princess is one of the only raw materials with a cooking effect to not explicitly list that effect in its description

after that anon asked I did end up rereading the dad fic so. Here’s some BotW Link fam

there’s that one microsecond in ch 1 of AoC where he grabs her hand and she is shocked but follows anyway and ofc my brain hyperfocused on it and created an entire scenario of casual hand touches that just become normal
