Our Empowerment Technologies subject taught me and learn on how to deal with using of different kinds of technologies and application. I learned on how to be careful using social media because of different types of internet threats example is virus, think before you click because often, it uses a computer network to spread the virus itself. I learned creating surveys, data matrix, editing photos like collage and etc. I was able to learn on how to create a website of my own even my gadgets is cellphone. I want to specially thank you to Mrs. Lacbay to teach us even its difficult situation and new normal education.

The biggest challenge I have first the adjustment in online class when I first time using the application to attend the class I feel nervous because I'm not familiar to the apps and how to use it. Secondly is lack of gadgets because of lack of financial and family problem I really problematic in gadgets I don't have laptop and I'm using cellphone. To be honest, using a cellphone and no wifi is really hard to study to get together with the class. Then submission of output I have many things to do because I have responsibility to take care of my grandma, always guard the store and clean. Because I lived in my auntie house I need to help them for indebtedness.

Technology is important for its innovative uses is sufficient in our daily lives. True using technologies and media is helpful and enjoying to use but we should be aware on what to post. In very minute, there were about 1 million plastic bags consumed. There were about 2.7 million tonnes of plastic waste in the Philippines every year which is equivalent of 6 million kilograms of waste everyday. And because of that, Philippines is considered as the third largest plastic waste producer around the world, followed by China and Indonesia. In Indonesia, 4 plastic bottles together with 115 plastic cups, 25 plastic bags and 1000 pieces of plastics were found on the stomach of a sperm whale. That is also what a whale shark experienced here in the Philippines, there were a lot of plastics found in the stomach of the whale shark. But behind of all this things, we can only produce 5% of recycled materials. It is because of the improper disposal or segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes. In addition, according to UN Report, in year 2050, it is possible that there will be more wastes than fishes in our oceans and seas.

Every people can do something about this. Proper waste and garbage segregation is really essential for this problem. The simplest way to solve this problem is to solve it by practicing proper segregation of waste and garbage. It is one of the most important activities that we need to promote and enforce for effective waste management to protect our animals and marine life. Waste management is intended to reduce adverse effects of waste on human health, the environment, planetary resources and aesthetics. If the waste is not segregated it is not possible to reprocess or reuse the waste and burning of such waste pollutes the air which will increase the heart diseases, respiratory diseases. It also affects the quality of soil, air and water. Keeping food wastes from mixing with paper wastes or glass, and so on, makes it easier to reuse, recycle, and get rid of materials, and helps prevent the health problems caused by mixed waste.

BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION

Business administration is a program of study offered at universities and colleges that focuses on business theory, practices and management. ... A program of studies at a college or university covering finance, management of personnel, etc., designed to prepare a person for a career in business.

Management Accounting

refers to the processes and technologies designed to secure the effective use of organisational resources, in diverse, dynamic and competitive environments.

Financial Accounting

refers to that area of accounting concerned with the design and operation of information and reporting systems directed to parties external to an organisation.

Assurance Services

refers to the examination, verification and evaluation of, and the reporting on, financial or managerial processes, systems or outcomes in diverse and evolving contexts of accountability, to improve economic decision making and add value to clients.

Treasury and Financial Markets

refers to that area of work concerned with the global management of financial risk for organisations and the evaluation of financial investments.

Management Consulting

refers to the examination and evaluation of strategies, systems, processes, outcomes and managerial dynamics of an organisation with a view to providing recommendations for improved performance.

They thought that Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) is probably one of the most difficult strand in Senior High School. Being an ABM student makes me more patient and responsible especially when it comes on the activities and performance tasks that I need to do. The Accounting, Business and Management (ABM) strand provides students with the skills and knowledge they need to work in the corporate world. If running a business, talking to clients, and coming up with strategies to earn money sound like your ideal career, then ABM is the right strand for you.The strand's versatility lies in the skills that the students pick up. While ABM students are taught the basic practices of financial management and business operations, they also pick up skills on leadership, organizational behavior, and time management. These abilities are valuable in any field.

If negotiating, talking to consumers, strategizing and analyzing business models are more your thing then this is the path for you. The advantages of taking the ABM strand are communication skills, finance skills,collaboration skills, analytical skills, and time management.

I choose the ABM strand because first taking the ABM Strand track will allow you many opportunities to start and run your own business. You will be trained in practicing proper time management and develop many other skills that are going to be applicable for almost any career path that you choose to pursue. Secondly I think its convenient and my school is public, is not easy to be abm student you need better understanding to the all topics and lessons example in business finance, marketing, accounting and etc. And lastly In ABM can explore more, you will learn more on how to manage your own business. The ABM strand can take you on a direct path to careers in accounting and management, sales management, human resources, marketing director, bookkeeper, project officer, accounting clerk, internal auditor, and many more.
