“This serial killer had no prior involvement with the police before he was convicted of murdering 3 women.” I think that says more about the cops than him.

in film school they’ll tell you that actors stand close to each other in old movies because the aspect ratio is different and they have less room. however, this is not true. they stand close to each other because they’re all playing closeted gay men who want to kiss

Rather than being depressed about Brian Wilson, I'd like to celebrate the fact that someone with such severe mental health struggles made it to age 82. I saw him perform about ten years ago and he seemed a bit out of it, but really happy to be there. I remember at one point the crowd erupted in applause and he looked confused and went "You're... clapping for me? I can't believe you're clapping for me!" which of course made everyone cheer even more.
You made it, dude. You had a long hard road but you made it all the way to 82, and people never stopped wanting to clap for you and your music.

Fuck. Just cried so hard I gave myself a headache.
This was the first thing I put on when I heard. I'm Canadian, sue me.
RIP, Brian.

greta was time's person of the year a few years ago. she was adored by all liberal world leaders and parties. and when she learnt about people's struggle under occupation and colonialism, she stood in solidarity with them . she now stands with palestine and armenia and kashmir and every oppressed person in the world. she could have been rich as fuck by simply remaining as a climate activist. yet she chose to do the right thing. i love her for her integrity.
