Discovering office 2019 professional plus and its benefits
You’ve finally made the switch to Office 365, and you’re loving it. The only thing missing? One of the new, snazzy updates that have come out since you made the switch to Microsoft’s cloud platform and that you didn’t know were available to you! You might be surprised to find out that even if you are already using Office 365, there are new features available to you in the newest release of Office 2019 Professional Plus! This article will tell you all about what has changed and why you should upgrade now!
Accessibility
Office has always been a great tool for those with disabilities, but MS office 2019 takes accessibility to a whole new level. If you aren’t already familiar with these features, it’s easy enough to explain: Read Aloud and Speak Selection (both in Outlook and Word) are particularly useful because they allow users to navigate text without having to use a keyboard or mouse. The updated White on Black mode is also worth noting because it makes reading text easier for those that have trouble seeing black print on white backgrounds. These tools help increase user engagement while saving time otherwise spent teaching employees how to use Office applications.
Compliance
One of the most talked about features in Office 2019 is compliance. When you save your documents in a cloud storage solution like OneDrive or Dropbox, they’re actually not saved as is. When these services send your files back to you, they’re stored and encrypted as RMS protected versions of themselves. For example, if you open a PowerPoint file stored on One Drive it automatically opens with Protected View enabled so that only authorized users can edit it. In Office, 365 Outlook is able to make use of RMS protected email messages. This protects organizations who have regulatory compliance issues such as GDPR or HIPAA without making work more difficult for their users.
Collaboration
Office 365 was built for teamwork, but Microsoft has made it easier than ever for one person to use its software. New in office 2019 download is One Drive Files On-Demand. The service, which debuted on Windows 10 last year and will be available on Android and iOS later in 2018, automatically downloads all of your files as you need them without taking up space on your hard drive. Files will be stored in a cloud-based folder that’s connected to every Office app you have installed so that you can access them from any device.
Multilingual Experience
New in Office 2019, a new Language Experience lets you use Microsoft Translator's machine translation capabilities right within Office apps. It uses cloud-based machine translation services that are not only incredibly fast but also available across your devices and always up-to-date. This translates words or phrases   right into any of your documents and allows you to easily integrate more natural language into your work. It's available in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project and Visio as well as several other programs coming soon.
Productivity Tools
When it comes to business productivity tools, Microsoft Office has a lot of products that can help you and your team get more done in less time. Office 365 Business, for example, is now part of an all-in-one subscription plan called Office 365 Business Premium. Among other things, it includes MS Outlook for email management and calendar sharing.

The Amazing Benefits of Office 2019 Professional Plus
If you’re currently using any version of Microsoft Office, you should consider upgrading to Office 2019 Professional Plus. Office 2019 Professional Plus has many advantages over previous versions, including more powerful programs and support for the newest devices and operating systems on the market. With this upgrade, you can keep your Microsoft Office software up-to-date with all the new features and programs designed to enhance your business productivity and efficiency. Check out this article to learn more about why you should upgrade to Office 2019 Professional Plus today!
Accessibility
With so many different devices and browsers out there, Office was designed with accessibility in mind. Let’s look at how it’s helping professionals today! Microsoft has become known for accessibility in their products over the last few years; after all, it isn’t just a thing that nice companies do. Making your product accessible is actually required by law in many places. Although Microsoft Office is a complex program that can be intimidating for new users, there are plenty of tools within each application to make working with them easy, especially if you have any disabilities or limitations.
Compliance
Office 365 is just fine. Really, it is. But if you aren’t required by law to use cloud services and/or prefer not using a subscription service, Microsoft office 2019 uk has you covered with an offline version that lets you work completely offline with all your documents and data stored locally. This way, should anything happen with your connection or Office account (like, say, it gets hacked), your info remains safe and sound. You can still connect to services like SharePoint for storing files as well as collaborate with others on projects—you just don’t have to use them exclusively.
Collaboration
We've seen that Office 365 is a better way to work. With features like Office Online and SharePoint, it's easier than ever for teams of all sizes and geographies to work together—from any device they want. But you might still be using old versions of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. If so, your files are stuck in an earlier format that limits what can be done with them (that applies especially if you're using really old versions). As of today, over 80% of companies use at least one non-supported version of Microsoft Office according to research. Support for those non-updated versions will end in early 2020.
Multilingual Experience
Office 2019 supports more than 60 languages. And that's not all - Microsoft continues to add additional support for new languages with each new update of Office. It is therefore easier than ever before for people around the world to be productive using Office. We know customers value having a choice in which language they want when it comes to reading and writing text in Office applications, as well as seeing content displayed correctly for their locale. These benefits improve productivity, reduce cost, and increase trust when doing business across borders.
Productivity Tools
The word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations you know from Office are there but now with productivity tools like Researcher. Researcher allows users to do an advanced search for any document or piece of information that has been stored in your office 365 account or on your local computer. This helps you be more productive by finding all documents and information needed for a project in one place. Each product, Word, Excel, PowerPoint have all added significant value by adding productivity tools that increase efficiency and reduce clutter. As mentioned above each of these productivity tools focus on making it easier for each user to find what they need when they need it without interrupting their workflow.

Why You Should Upgrade to Office 2019 Professional Plus
If you’re not an Office 365 subscriber, that doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from Microsoft Office2019 Professional Plus—the latest version of the most popular productivity suite on the market. Microsoft has made several improvements over the 2017 release, and these features are worth your consideration if you want to up your office productivity game this year. You’ll find it’s easier than ever to find information in documents or quickly share files with others using these new features. Plus, since many of these features work across Macs and PCs, you can use them on whichever computer you prefer.
Office Add-Ins
Office add-ins are just one of many new and improved features in Microsoft office 2019 professional plus. With Office Add-ins, your favorite third-party software programs can integrate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. And if that wasn't enough—as a bonus, you'll also have real-time coauthoring for spreadsheets and real-time coauthoring for presentations—eliminating the need to constantly save documents as you work together on projects. Sound good?
Office Templates
One of my favorite new features in Office is what they call Office Templates. Basically, it’s a template that allows you to create your own forms with fields pre-populated on them. So, instead of having to enter all of your company’s information manually, you can just select Office Forms from your file menu and enter data in each field. In addition, it comes with a built-in spell checker and an automatically resizing layout so it fits whatever paper size you need. It is important that you know how to use Microsoft products at home as well as at work because it will put you ahead in job interviews.
Visual Studio Code Support
Visual Studio Code is a powerful source code editor redefined and optimized for building and debugging modern web and cloud applications. It provides comprehensive editing and debugging support, an extensibility model, and lightweight integration with existing tools. With Office 2019 you can run your favorite code editor right in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. This release of Office introduces support for external tool integration via Add-ins on Windows desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excel's Big Numbers
One of my favorite things about Excel is its ability to crunch big numbers. With every previous version of Excel, if you wanted to add up all of your sales for a week (or month, or year), you had no choice but to use a crude formula such as =SUM (B2:B255). For example, it’s 3:30 AM and I want to know how much our company has made in sales during 2017. To find out using Excel 2016, I would have to type in =SUM (B2:B255) and wait...and wait...and wait while my computer chews through billions of entries. My laptop gives up after 90 seconds and returns no results!
Enhanced Real Time Collaboration
Collaboration is one of those buzzwords that gets thrown around a lot, but when you’re running a business, collaboration needs to be more than just a buzzword. If you want your team to operate at peak efficiency, everyone needs to be working on projects together in real time. Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2019 both help you do that by introducing new features for co-authoring, co-editing, and real-time sharing. They also improve your team’s ability to access files from anywhere so you can get work done regardless of where people are located. In short: if you want enhanced productivity and don’t mind shelling out some extra money (which can often feel like it’s wasted), then upgrading is worth it.

Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 Ultimate Benefits
Office Home and Student 2019 includes the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote—plus much more. It gives you new ways to create and collaborate, stay organized, be more productive, and have fun. With Microsoft office home and student 2019, everyone can be an author, artist, or video editor. Students can use Office 365 OneDrive to store their work in the cloud and access it from any device. Teachers can take advantage of new classroom tools to make planning lessons easier and create assignments that students can complete online.
Microsoft Word
Word can be used to convert your text documents into HTML pages (webpages). This means that by spending a bit of time formatting your document, you can take advantage of one of Word’s more unique features: saving a document as HTML. By doing so, you can create webpages without even needing to know how to code. Granted, it takes a little work—we recommend using the skills we detail above—but once you’ve mastered formatting in Word, creating websites is easy. Once converted into HTML pages, they will load quicker than those created on sites like Wix or Squarespace. This alone is reason enough for many people looking to create their own website (and not break bank) to consider Microsoft Office as an option.
Microsoft Excel
MS Excel has been around since 1985 and is one of Microsoft’s first software products. For many years it was included with every copy of Microsoft Office, but you can also purchase it as a standalone application. Use MS Excel for simple to advanced math-based tasks such as budgeting, taxes, or loan payments—the program allows you to create spreadsheets that include a wide range of cells for calculations. From basic math to complex formulas, use MS Excel if you need an all-in-one spreadsheet tool for professional projects like invoicing.
Microsoft PowerPoint
Once you have an idea of what you want to present, it’s time to look at PowerPoint, which can help you get your message across. It’s often said that visuals speak a thousand words – with help from PowerPoint, that’s truer than ever. (That being said, most serious presentations will still include some slides that only contain written text.) PowerPoint is included with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 Ultimate; when you first open it, a new presentation should automatically load up.
Microsoft Access
If you’re using Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 Ultimate, then you have access to Access. This app is like a pocket-sized database for organizing all of your important information in one place. You can create tables that organize data any way you want, design forms to collect information, create queries so your data is easier to understand, import data from Excel spreadsheets, print labels or mailing addresses with a click of a button – and even set up an email list in just minutes. No wonder so many people are flocking to buy office home and student 2019!
Microsoft Publisher
This might be an odd pick, but Microsoft Office is perfect for any small business. One tool in particular that’s very helpful for anyone trying to get their company off of its feet is Publisher. In a sense, it’s like Word except you can add graphics and effects. It’s particularly helpful for any graphic designers or artists looking to create marketing materials with Microsoft Office. With Publisher, you can use pictures from your computer or create graphics from scratch by drawing them on screen.

The Benefits of Windows 7 Ultimate
If you own your own business, you know that purchasing the right software can have a huge impact on productivity and profitability. But this doesn’t mean that you have to spend an arm and a leg to get the best software to help your business grow. Instead, with just windows 7 ultimate key, you can try the system which has been designed by Microsoft to help small businesses like yours be more successful at running your company and making money. Windows 7 Ultimate is easy to use and it doesn’t cost as much as you might think it would.
Faster Boot Times
Boot times have been reduced significantly in Windows 7 Ultimate and it is now more responsive than ever. This results in a drastically faster user experience, especially on PCs with small hard drives. For example, when installing Windows 7 Ultimate on a 3 GB disk (the minimum required disk space), boot time reduces by over 70%. Boot time can be further decreased by partitioning your drive with a small (less than 1GB) system partition and storing everything else in another partition or multiple partitions. With such partitions, you will find that there is very little delay between pressing start and seeing your desktop.
Faster Shutdown Times
Ultimate includes an application called Fast Startup that allows Windows to shut down faster than ever. It can take as little as two seconds for your PC to turn off and less than 20 seconds for it to restart—with all of your open documents, programs, and Windows settings still intact. This benefit alone can make switching from a non-Ultimate Windows 7 to getting your windows 7 ultimate product key worth it alone if you’re currently using an older version of Windows or Linux. But there are even more reasons why you should upgrade too Ultimate.
Increased Security Through BitLocker
BitLocker is an extremely important feature in Windows 7 Ultimate. It's Microsoft's drive encryption system that allows users to encrypt drives with a user-created key, preventing anyone from reading data off a compromised machine. With BitLocker in place, you're more likely to keep your data secure if your computer falls into nefarious hands. The benefit of using BitLocker comes as soon as you turn it on; if someone steals your computer without also stealing your password or recovery key, he or she won't be able to read any data off of your hard drive. Also, if you forget your password or lose a USB recovery key, BitLocker makes it easier for you to access those tools because they aren't stored on one piece of hardware.
Better Remote Desktop Experience
Before, remote desktop in Vista was difficult. For instance, if I’m using a Windows XP notebook computer and I have it connected to a Windows Vista desktop as well as a Windows Server 2008 machine, remote desktop was problematic and it wasn’t easy to get going. With windows 7 ultimate key, Remote Desktop works very well and makes access much easier than before. You can also pin your favorite servers onto your taskbar to make them quick and easy to access when you need them most.
Easy Implementation of Group Policies
Windows 7 makes it easy to implement Group Policies in your organization. You have full control over software deployment, security settings and other important policies that make your network secure and safe from external attacks. With Windows 7 Ultimate you can even manage policies on remote computers as well. So, if you want to keep things under control, go for Windows 7 Ultimate.

What's New in Windows 10 Home
Understanding what’s new in Windows 10 Home can help you make an informed decision about whether this particular version of windows 10 pro is right for you. If you’re looking to upgrade from Windows 7 or 8, or if you just want to see what all the fuss over this new operating system is about, read on! We’ll cover everything from what’s been added in the Anniversary Update to how it looks and feels on your everyday laptop and PC, as well as the best ways to learn about and get started with the operating system if you haven’t yet tried it out.
Universal Apps
While app selection may still be limited, Universal Apps is a game changer. When you buy windows 10, the new feature allows you to install apps that work across multiple devices; for example, you can buy Candy Crush Saga on your smartphone and continue where you left off when you're at home. Universal Apps are also able to access system settings like volume and brightness via Cortana, which is handy if you have your hands full with groceries or luggage.
Cortana – Your Personal Assistant
If you’re looking for your next computer, whether that’s for work or play, it’s worth taking a close look at windows pro. You may not have noticed it yet, but Microsoft has been adding some new features to its latest OS that take advantage of cutting-edge technology. The most important is Cortana: An incredibly useful personal assistant available on every device running Windows 10. She can do everything from schedule meetings to track flights and send texts—and she uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve with use.
OneDrive – Easy Access to All Your Files
It’s easy to forget your computer at home, but it’s not so easy to forget everything you’ve saved on it. Luckily, we have OneDrive. With it, you can access all your stuff from any device with an internet connection, whether that’s your phone or another computer. That way you can always pick up where you left off and get right back to work on your home PC no matter where life takes you—at least until it runs out of power. We have OneDrive for Business too if you prefer a different flavor of Microsoft cloud storage!
Windows Hello – Login Effortlessly
In previous versions of Windows, if you wanted to log into your computer with a password or PIN, you had to physically type it in. This was an obvious security risk—all someone had to do was glance over your shoulder and they could gain access to all of your files. Hello eliminates that risk by allowing users to sign into their computers without even typing a password. All they have to do is look at their PC and it will automatically recognize them. Plus, Hello is easier on your eyes because it takes advantage of new hardware sensors (the camera and light sensor) found on many PCs today that can measure not only how you’re positioned but also how much light is in your environment.
Microsoft Edge – Easily Get from Browsing to Watching
Microsoft Edge can also keep track of where you are as you move from one page to another. The feature is great for when you’re exploring a new website and find something that interests you. In previous versions of Microsoft Edge, all your tabs would close after leaving one page—unless they were pinned to your favorites bar—and then it was back to square one if you wanted to start over somewhere else. Now, when browsing on a single tab, click on any link on a different page within Microsoft Edge and it will open that second web page without closing what you’re currently looking at first. You’ll be able to get from browsing to watching videos (or reading articles) as quickly as possible using nothing but your computer's trackpad or mouse!

Top Reasons Why You Should Upgrade to Windows 10 Home
The brand-new windows 10 home will give you the best user experience on your computer, tablet or phone device. Upgrade today! There are many good reasons to get your windows 10 pro product key and upgrade from your old operating system to the new windows 10 home. Here are the top benefits of upgrading to the new operating system!
It's Free
You can get windows 10 professional as a free upgrade for most computers that run Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. This means all you need is an internet connection and Microsoft account to start upgrading your operating system. Note: If you have a computer that runs Windows 8, you’ll also need at least 2GB of RAM and 20GB of hard drive space. Even if your computer is too old for an official update, there are other ways to download and install Windows 10, but we won’t cover those here.
Automatic Updates
One of Microsoft’s biggest headaches in years past has been security. Their operating systems were notorious for getting hacked, and their users didn’t always get critical updates as soon as they could. Windows 10 Home has seen a huge improvement in that area with automatic updates. No longer do you have to worry about whether or not your machine is being protected from newly discovered threats; now it will get them all automatically. This makes maintaining your system much easier than it used to be, especially for non-technical users who may not have known where to find information on how to keep their computer secure. Automatic updates can be turned off in Control Panel if you prefer not to use them but I would encourage everyone else just leave it alone.
Family Safety
The parental controls for Windows 10, called Family Safety, lets you monitor and control your children’s activity on their Windows devices. You can set time limits on when and how long your children are allowed to use their devices. This is a great way to ensure that they have time for homework and other activities. For example, you can set bedtimes so that no one is allowed on your computer after a certain time, or block websites if they are not educational. You can also get alerts and reports sent directly to you so that you have full knowledge over what everyone is doing with their time on your computer.
OneDrive App and PC Backup
Being able to back up your entire computer is important, and OneDrive makes it easy. Just click on the blue cloud icon in your taskbar, choose settings and click Back up now. Your whole system will be backed up in just a few minutes so you can rest assured knowing everything is safe if anything ever happens to your laptop or desktop.
Excellent Security Features
Windows Defender is a powerful antivirus app built into Windows 10. With your windows 10 product key, you can configure automatic, real-time scanning and review detected threats. Windows Defender will even scan downloads and mail attachments to make sure they’re safe before you open them. In addition, you can track where your kids are browsing online with Microsoft Family Safety. If something questionable pops up on their screen, you get an alert in your email inbox—perfect for keeping watch over younger kids who might not understand why they shouldn’t click on suspicious links or download files from untrusted sources.

Reasons To Upgrade to Windows 10 Home
While you might already be excited about Microsoft’s new Windows 10 operating system, there are probably still some things you want to know before you upgrade from Windows 7 or 8. This guide provides useful tips about how getting windows 10 license can make your computer experience better than ever, including how to take advantage of Cortana, the virtual assistant; integrating your phone and computer experiences; and more. Read on to learn why it’s worth upgrading to Windows 10 home!
Free Upgrades
Did you get a free Windows 7 or 8.1 license in the past? Great! You can get a free upgrade to Windows 10 Home for one year after Windows 10’s launch. For anyone who has been procrastinating or living under a rock and missed out on these upgrades in years past, it’s worth it to check out your eligibility status, because you could end up saving money if you switch now. Of course, if you don’t have an eligible windows 10 price, there are other ways of getting Windows 10 at no extra cost—including buying new PCs with pre-installed versions.
Improved Performance
Windows 10 pro download brings a new level of speed and responsiveness. Technologies let you boot up and resume quickly, and your apps and games will run smoothly even if you're using a device with less memory. This means that newer devices running Windows 10 Home are going to feel faster out of the box.
Updated Security
Windows Defender Antivirus will now alert you about any potentially harmful apps found on your PC or device. You can also turn on Microsoft SmartScreen app reputation services, which checks apps to make sure they're safe before installing them.
Continuum Tablet Mode
The focus of many upgrades is on Continuum, a feature that Microsoft built into Windows 10. Tablets are not all created equal, but with Continuum, Windows detects when you’ve attached your tablet to a keyboard or dock and turns it into an ultrabook for easy desktop use. Once docked, you can freely switch between touch and mouse-and-keyboard modes. This is more than just switching from one app to another—if you’re currently in a Fullscreen mode like playing games or watching Netflix (or if you have multiple windows open), pressing F4 will prompt Continuum to bring up its Start menu so that you can easily switch between apps.
Windows Hello Biometric Authentication
Windows Hello replaces passwords with a fingerprint reader and an infrared camera that can log you into your Windows account by recognizing your face. Windows Hello is more secure than a password, and logging in with it is faster and more convenient than typing a password on a touchscreen. It also works with existing Microsoft devices that have fingerprint readers, like laptops and tablets, although it’s not as fast or easy on those platforms because they don’t have cameras. For now, it’s only available if you buy a new PC from Microsoft or one of its partners—not just any computer running Windows 10 Home.
Action Center
The Action Center replaces Windows’ old notifications and system messages, providing users with a central area where they can find out about pending updates, new calendar appointments, email notifications, and more. This should help provide more peace of mind as well as better integration between Windows apps. OneDrive also gets its own dedicated space in Action Center—which is especially helpful since it syncs all your settings and files across devices.

A Few Reasons People Love Windows 10
How many times has your laptop crashed with work in progress? You certainly do not want to lose what you were working on especially when it has to be submitted before the deadline. To avoid this scenario from happening, you need to make sure that you have backed up your important files and saved them to another storage device (such as your USB flash drive or external hard drive). However, backing up your data can be quite challenging if you do not know where and how to store your files in the first place. Luckily, windows 10 keys provide you accessto some easy-to-use tools that will let you back up your important files right away!
Improved Performance
Microsoft made a huge effort to make Windows faster, and it shows. Boot times are up to twice as fast, file copying is much quicker, and everyday tasks like switching between apps is more responsive than ever. This might be thanks to Microsoft’s Fluent Design system, which puts animations on top of everything in Windows so that everything feels smooth. And then there’s Cortana, who pops up with information about how long it will take you to get home when you type it into your Start menu. Now she’ll also search through your content—like photos and documents—to help you find what you need. It's a subtle but impressive improvement in speed.
Personalization
With your windows 10 key, there is an option to personalize your user account with a picture. If you choose to do so, you can log into your computer and see that background image each time. Additionally, if you sign into another account on your computer (whether it be an administrator or standard), that person’s account picture will also appear in these spots. It is important to note that you can personalize more than just those two default places on a computer; for example, if you have multiple user accounts and use folders within other accounts as well, then clicking on that folder would bring up your home screen so long as you are signed in under one of those other user accounts.
Cortana
This is Microsoft’s version of Siri, in that it’s a voice-controlled personal assistant. However, Cortana also has personality and can suggest things for you to do or see. For example, you could ask Cortana to help you plan a vacation or tell her to remind you to bring an umbrella tomorrow. Another cool trick: Ask Cortana what’s playing at your local movie theater and she’ll pull up showtimes on your computer (or tell her not just what movie is showing but when). If she doesn't know, she'll prompt you to look online via Bing.
Office Mobile
With your windows 10 license, you’ll get access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote—and it works on your PC, tablet and phone. Not only does that mean you have easy access to your most important documents on any device, but it also means that if someone needs to make changes to a document while you’re away from your desk (or computer), they can open it right up in Word.
Xbox App
If you have an Xbox 360, you’ll be right at home with its integration in Windows 10. With it, you can stream games from your console to any computer connected to your network (in addition to any Xbox One devices). And if you don’t yet own an Xbox One, Microsoft will give away free copies of Halo 5: Guardians, Forza 6 and Sunset Overdrive for a limited time when upgrading. In addition to streaming games, you can also use it as a media player for your movies and TV shows in 1080p high definition. It’s all part of Microsoft’s push toward converging gaming between consoles and computers.

Top Windows 10 Home Features
How many times have you upgraded to the latest version of Windows hoping that it would fix all of your problems? Have you ever wanted a feature in Windows that just wasn’t there? We know that upgrading every time a new version was released can be expensive and time-consuming, especially when the new features aren’t what you expected. That’s why experts created Windows 10 Home, so you don’t have to go through that hassle again and again. Check out these features of windows 10 home vs pro to see if it's right for you!
Popularity
The number of people using the windows 10 cd key has a huge impact on both new sales and ongoing support. Many businesses decide to upgrade based on customer demand, so keep them happy.
Reliability
Few things are more frustrating than buying something that doesn’t work right out of the box. Although some users will be excited to help you fix your product, most will get upset and move on if it’s not reliable from day one.
Cloud Integration
Don’t worry about manually transferring files to and from your phone anymore. With Windows 10 home, you can save photos to OneDrive automatically so they’re available on any other device. Your PC will be instantly connected to any new devices you sign into. And if your OneDrive is running low on space, simply choose where you want to store your files. Need more room? Don’t worry, it only takes a few seconds to move or delete items as needed. It’s easy!
Cortana
The digital assistant in Windows 10 is just like Apple’s Siri or Amazon’s Alexa. You can ask her questions and get answers; you can even use her to set reminders or add things to your calendar. If you give Cortana a personality, she will keep track of your interests, learn about your preferences and make suggestions for tasks you might want to complete or information you might want to see next time you log in. Cortana makes it easier than ever to find what you’re looking for on your computer and stay organized by pulling information from various programs and apps right into one place. This feature is available only with a Microsoft account.
Resizeable Start Menu
One of Microsoft’s most touted features of Windows 10 is the ability to customize and resize your Start menu to make it fit your needs. As with everything in life, some people will love it while others will hate it. For those who liked Metro, they’ll find that their favorite live tiles are still available and waiting for them in modern form. For those who loved classic start menu, they can have that too if they like! Why give you two ways to do one thing? Microsoft seems to think it makes more sense because it gives users a choice rather than being forced into just one option. The best thing about having both is that you can choose whichever floats your boat and go from there.
Multitasking
Multitasking is one of many features that makes using a computer on a daily basis easier than ever before. This innovative feature allows you to run more than one application at once, meaning you can write an email while browsing web pages without losing your place in either program. If you're moving from Windows 8.1 or earlier, it's also worth noting that there are key differences between how multitasking works in both versions of windows 10.
Universal Apps
If you’re moving to Windows from another operating system, one of your first questions is likely: Will my old software work on Windows? The answer to that question is no, but it’s not a big deal. You can still use many of your old programs—they just might look a little different or work slightly differently in Windows. Instead, you should focus on moving to universal apps. These are made for touchscreens and other devices and are basically apps that work across all Microsoft platforms (and even non-Microsoft platforms).

THE SMARTER CHOICE FOR INDUSTRIAL FANS. There are lots of “Industrial” fans on the market today. They might look good on the website, but most don’t move enough air and will not survive in a tough environment. There are better quality options available but they can be extremely expensive or too large
