Anyone else who’s been exposed to Fuzzy Ooze have weird reactions to some normal special weapons? Asking for a friend who is definitely not in the hospital from testing the effects of Ink-Tinted Goggles on the effectiveness of the Splattercolor Screen. The Rara search party has been assembled! In order, this is Cameron, Gabe, Lexi, Julie, Lily, Caleb, and me, Jen. (Cameron insisted on giving me that hat.) We’ve set up a side blog to use as a sort of journey log @the-splatfarin-seven . Wish us luck~

Awesome news: it turns out that girl Robyn has a bunch of friends from the Splatlands willing to help us find Rara!

…Well, by “a bunch” I only mean three, but that’s still great! Robyn herself will have to stay behind, but I’ve assured her her friends will make it home safely~

And on top of that, Cameron and I managed to get ahold of our old friend Lexi, so she’ll be coming too!

At first getting a boat that wouldn’t splash us all to death seemed like a problem, but apparently one of Robyn’s friends is one of Toni Kensa’s kids??? So affording a vessel shouldn’t be an issue.

We’ve gathered seven respawners, though, and we’re going to keep them onboard in case of an emergency or accident. Gabe’s even working on extending their range.

Overall, we’ve got quite the search party put together, and my hopes of actually finding Rara and getting her home safe have never been higher!

We’re still finalizing our preparations, so we set out tomorrow. Thank you for your well-wishes. Enjoy the Springfest on our behalf!

‼️⚠️WE HAVE WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE A RARA SIGHTING⚠️‼️

One of the other friends Cameron has made recently, a Splatlandian octoling girl named Robyn, was doing recon at Hagglefish Market when she saw a figure on a boat in the distance.

Cameron, Gabe, and I are almost completely certain the pictured figure is Rara. As I type this we’re putting together a plan of action to follow that boat out to sea. It’ll be the most dangerous thing any of us have ever done, but the life of the girl I… care deeply about is at stake.

Ugh, all this craziness has made me start having nightmares about Kamabo Co. again. When Rara was still here and this happened, she’d hug me until I felt better. I wish I could feel safe in her arms again right now…

The longer Rara is missing the more I regret not taking those cooking lessons back when I was in the army. Cameron and Gabe really only have microwave dinners, and I’ve been really wanting some of Rara’s homemade maccy cheese…

I miss her so much; more every day. Apparently she wasn’t on Mt. Nantai. I really hope she’s alright.

See, I was one of the first Octolings to integrate into Greater Inkopolis. I was terrified and barely knew what to do, but Rara was kind to me from the start. We spent hours playing Turf War and working for GrizzCo by each other’s side. It’s because of her that I met my other friends, Cameron and Lexi. If it weren’t for Rara, I don’t know if I’d have the incredible life I live today.

I hear the Triumvirate is going to be active this weekend. I can only pray Rara didn’t go near any of the Salmonid Swim Zones, especially since she’s entirely unarmed…

Cod I just LOVE having to re-print over 100 missing posters of my best friend solely because I realized too late that I put her “Missing Since” date as March 4th instead of April 4th.
