Happy Hump Day April 30th:
Bootycall: Run 3 miles toward your #100bySummer! I decided to bike my miles today. I reached 5 miles. However in order to make them actually count, you have to convert them to actual walking/running miles. In reality my 5 miles on the bike counted for 1.6 miles towards my #100bySummer. I would like to point out that the exercise bike really works your hamstring and booty and BOY was I FEELIN' THE BURN! I also walked .9 miles today totaling 2.5 miles towards my #100bySummer. I didn't reach my actual goal of 4 miles but I got a start and I am proud of myself for completing what I could!
Nightly Workout: Malibooty Workout. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEL0GwuFBwI Tonight Karena and Katrina wanted me to do the Malibooty workout 3x through. I made it through 1.5x because my hamstrings were SO sore from biking and from the Bikini Body Workout yesterday. As the days go on I know that I will only get stronger and will be able to fully complete these workouts!
Sunset Challenge: Tonight's challenge was to take out my goal list and really imagine myself completing those goals. I know I can do this. It's hard to start but I will only get stronger and better!
Meals: I did a little better on eating healthy meals today but I snacked twice. Still working on that! ;)
Goals for Tomorrow: I live on the 5th floor of my apartment building and my goal for tomorrow is to take the stairs up and down EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My second goal for tomorrow is to get on the treadmill and go on a nice sweaty run. The weather has been rainy and cold in Wisconsin the past week...but once it clears up, I cannot wait to go on my first run outside, something I've been to afraid to do because I don't want people to see me.

April 29th:
Bootycall: Today's BC was Karena and Katrina's BRAND NEW VIDEO! The Bikini Body Routine and man did this feel great! I could definitely feel my body working a minute into this. These girls are so inspiring and so much fun to workout with. I always feel like they are right there with me! What I love about their workouts is that for those who want to work out on the go, they create printable's like the one above!
Nightly Workout: Yoga. I HATE Yoga. And there is nothing wrong with that. Instead of completely skipping out on a workout, I should have picked something else to do.
Sunset Challenge: Take my "before" picture! I definitely took my before picture. I am super uncomfortable with how I look in my swimsuit right now....so I'm not sure if I will post that quite yet!
Meals: I am a HUGE snacker. That is something I really need to work on. I also think it is more difficult because I am at school and am bored easily.
Goal for Tomorrow: Reach 4 miles for my #100bySummer. and... smile all day :)

April 28th:
Bootycall: 20 minutes of cardio
Nightly Workout: Tone Your Arms Video 3x http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XChXoDGGc1
Sunset Challenge: The Sunset Challenge is something Karena and Katrina want you to do each night. It's just a little something extra. Today's sunset challenge is to create a vision board. This includes writing out your goals and everything you want to accomplish by the end of the 8 week challenge!
Today I was super sick and was unable to participate on the first day of the Bikini Series. I slept all day with a nasty runny nose, headache, and swollen throat. I felt that since I missed the first day that I won't be able to pick up for the second day. But I know that rest is exactly what I need to feel better tomorrow!

April 27th: The first task in the Bikini Series was to create a list of your perfect summer! Here's what mine includes:
1. Spending almost every weekend camping
2. Going to Summerfest to see Luke Bryan!
3. Going to a farmers market
4. Spending a few days on the lake fishing
5. Hiking at various locations
6. Heading up to Wisconsin Dells for some water park fun!
7. Being confident with my body
and LAST BUT NOT LEAST...
8. Live in the Moment. I want to stop saying no and start saying yes. I want to put down my phone and enjoy the moment I'm in, rather than worrying about what my next plan is. To stop thinking about the future and to start thinking about right here and right now.
