My before and after. Before photos on the top row were taken on July 7th. After photos on the bottom row were taken a couple days ago on our final day. I was never the type to take photos because I didn’t think it would make a difference but I was wrong. If it wasn’t for these photos I wouldn’t have known how much I progressed. I was always so awkward and embarrassed but it truly does help with keeping track of your fitness journey. I really didn’t think I could do it considering the fact that I wanted to quit a few times. I admit I even splurged a couple times during the challenge but I went back to it immediately. Before, I would just eat bad one day and continue to do so for weeks. I had a horrible mindset but this Paige Hathaway's Fit in 5 weeks Challenge really helped me with that. I definitely still have a long way to go and I will not stop here.
