Grandma's Lair Set (Maxis Match Build/Buy CC!)

It's finished! I'm so excited to release this, it was such a blast to make, but took me quite some time and effort! This set is vintage, and storybook-inspired, but still has many versatile items that you can customize without too much hassle! Some examples include all items having matching swatches with each other, letting you make rooms with unique vibes. The chandelier is also quite simple, but if you want a more extravagant one, you can duplicate it and size one of them down, and it will look great! The paintings also scale nicely.

All items with wood have 13 different wood swatches, many of which are EA ones meaning they will match existing items in the game. I also made original artwork for the paintings (see below under the cut!)

They are meant to be versatile, letting you reuse them in different builds without it feeling like one specific person or place. I would have loved painting a more diverse group of people and landscapes, maybe I can do that for a future set.

The Seamless Collection

This collection is inspired primarily by that satiny buttery fabric Victoria's Secret used to use in the early to mid 2010's. I don't know if they still use it to this day, but I remember being obsessed with it when I was an au pair in Virginia in 2012. For this collection I wanted to create a variety of essentials for both females and males.

Default CAS replacements for each item, comes in white & black at the moment but let me know if you'd like any of the other colors as defaults as well.

Hello hello !

 The second part of Domaine du Clos is here and it comes with 34 new items ! 

I wanted to focus on the main entrance of the Domaine, where you go to register or take your bedroom’s key. It is more living room looking, as it is a kind of cozy waiting room. :) 

You will find a ceiling piece, that you can use to create depth to your builds, but as long as the game lighting is capricious, it doesnt look even in rooms.

 I’m trying to catch up the late release of part 1, but I’m still a little bit late! Those items are little bit different from the previous ones as I keep on learning how to add more details and definition to them, and they are more detailed than the previous one I have made, due to their different style, so it take longer but it’s really satisfying at the same time !

 I hope you will all love this set and have good time building with them !

I see these pavers being used all the time in Sims 4 build videos on YouTube and I’ve desperately wanted them, so I finally converted them myself! I’ve got two versions for each shape of paver, depending where you want them to show up in your catalogue. You can only have one type for each shape! Also if you previously downloaded, delete the old meshes as the names have changed slightly to denote Build or Buy mode.
