The rain is quite a wonderful sight. The way it drops effortlessly from the disgruntled clouds that yearn its frustrations out at the ground. It's a blissful feeling when you get to watch it inside with a cup of cocoa, a fire burning in the fireplace and chores set aside for the coming day.
But unfortunately, you were stuck outside in the pouring rain. It had just been sunny a few minutes before but now you and your horse are drenched and being miles away from your home certainly didn't help.
Your hands keep tight on the reign, as the animal jolts and whinnies in fear at the pulsating boom of thunder roaring above. Its front legs lift slightly, and then its hooves land graciously on the mud-soaked ground.
The horse begins to run, its pace picking up as the rain becomes heavier.
"Ah!"- You mutter as you tip back, your hold on the horses' reigns not loosening. -"Calm down girl, calm down."- You say but the horse doesn't oblige, another roar from the clouds sound and you're sent flying off onto your back with a sharp thud.
You groggily sit up, hand pushing down on your back to subside the temporary pain. -"Dakota,"- You hiss watching the beast gallop away.
Your eyes strain to see the road ahead as the raindrops blur your vision, and you flop backwards into the mud in defeat and just lie there allowing the rain to soak through your clothes entirely. There was no way you would be able to find Dakota, especially in the middle of the storm, it's likely she'll show up tomorrow in a nearby farm field, grazing on the fresh wheat.
"You need help?"- You tilt your head to the side and a woman pulls up next to you on her own horse. A brown leather cowboy hat adorns her head just hiding the blonde hair that falls beneath tied in pigtails. Just behind her stands Dakota, the reigns of your horse in the stranger's clutch.
"Yes, my horse decided to take a detour. You've got her right now."
"The name's Perrie, my homes just back that way, you can wait out the storm there."
She throws out a gentle hand towards you and You take it allowing her to heave yourself up on her horse while yours trails alongside you.
Now you're both sitting in a comfortable silence, you in Perrie's flannel while your shirt dries, eating a meal that Perrie had carefully whipped up.
Dakota was in the stable with Densel, Perrie's Black Stallion.
Perrie had poured you a two-finger measure of scotch which you had drained rather quickly to her surprise. The drinking had continued, on both ends, through the meal until you said no to the final glass in the lounging area of Perrie's house. Perrie still sips on a bottle of beer, her third or fourth you presume, you stopped counting after the second, though you only had three two-finger measures of scotch, you could feel the alcohol having its effect on you, Perrie you could say differently. She stares right at you a look in her eyes that you can't quite place, but just the thought of her staring at you with that look made you squirm silently in your seat. She has a smirk, almost as if she knows what's happening with you, what she's doing to you.
It's definitely the alcohol speaking because the way your saviour sits, one leg crossed over the other on the chair, looks so unbelievably hot. Her brown cowboy hat still adorns her head, this time with a slight tilt forward nearly blocking her eyes that sit trained on you.
She's drinking you in with the way she's staring. Her half drank beer bottle dangling between her fingertips. -"You enjoy staring, don't ya."
Your gaze darts away from her, but you're brought back like a coin to a magnet. -"Kitty got your tongue?"
The tease of her voice drills into your ears and your heart thumps. -"Lucky kitty,"- She sets her beer down, -"if it only knew the things, I would have it do."- A devilish smirk grazes her lips while a blush flutters up your cheeks.
Perrie jostles out of her seat and grabs a small box; you sit up a little straighter.
"Mint?"
"No thanks"
Perrie smiles popping a mint in her mouth, -"She does speak! Looks like I won't have to get into a brawl with the thief."
Perrie leans against the mantle above the fireplace, the emitting light reflecting onto her face in a soft, sexual hue. -"What even was a pretty girl like you doing out late in that storm."
"Errands. Didn't make it to the place though."
"It's a good thing your girl found me when she did, otherwise some other sod would have got their grubby lil hands on you."
"Or frozen to death, my lips were practically blue."
Perrie raises a brow and saunters over to you; she places a hand on your jaw and pulls you up. Once again there is a tease, -"My my, what a pretty little mouth you have, luscious and pink! Not an icy blue in sight."
"Is that all your pretty mouth can do? Say compliments."- You confidently tease her back. Her grip on your jaw tightens ever so slightly and her head leans in towards you. The teasing nature she had just been displaying was gone and you held down a gulp.
Her fingers tap against your jaw before pulling it up closer to her the gap between you both slowly disappearing, -"I'll show you what my pretty mouth can do."- Her words coat your skin in goosebumps and your heart thumps in your chest. Perrie smiles uninhibitedly, her blue eyes flashing with mischief as she drags her hand that held up your jaw down to the flannel you have draped over your shoulders. The material balls in Perrie's palm before she effortlessly tugs it down your one shoulder. She does the same with the other and with your help, the button up pools at your feet.
Perrie takes a step back, once again drinking in the sight of you. Her gaze now mesmerised scans over your now naked top, the only bit covering you are your jeans and bra. Now her hands are unbuttoning her red flannel, teasing each button with a pop.
You can't take your eyes off her, not while her skin is slowly being revealed inch by inch. Her slightly tan complexion stands proudly amongst the porcelain bits that stick out from beneath her black bralette. Perrie continues, the last button coming undone and the material of the button up swishes to her side.
Her front now on full display, just for you.
You felt as though you had died and gone to heaven with the sight in front of you. Her luscious curves that ached for your hands, her daringly toned stomach calling for you to skim light kisses on and her collar bone. Oh God, her collar bone. It looks so, so-
You can feel the heat in your core starting to pool deeper, becoming more and more intense with every skim of your gaze on her body.
Perrie eyes you softly, watching as you subconsciously squeeze your legs shut. Your hands remain at your sides, not daring to move them.
Perrie begins to move closer to you, her hands shifting to rest on your waist and her neck craning down towards you once again. Her mouth is so close to yours, so close that her breath easily hits you, clustering your nose with the smell of the mint (and beer) she had just moments ago.
And then her lips are on yours. The kiss is soft and sensual, each parting leaving you wanting more. Perrie holds you tightly, gently squeezing your hips from time.
You can be in this moment forever with the woman, but the deepening ache between your legs wanted things to speed up. So, you sped up, your hands moving from your side to wrap delicately around her neck, pulling her impossibly closer.
Gently Perrie steps forward, her body now flush against yours until you're pulled apart by her hands pushing you down onto the leather couch behind you. She moves her mouth away from yours, kissing the corner of your lips and skimming down to the corner of your jaw. Her cherry lips are hard against it as she takes the tiniest bit of skin and gently bites down. A soft kiss is then placed over the spot, amongst many others trailing further down, past your chest and below your belly button.
Perrie's gaze flickers up at you as her hands' snake to the button of your jeans almost teasingly before finally she unbuttons it. Perrie hooks her fingers over the tip of your jeans and underwear and pulls them both down past your knees and then your feet with your help.
You quietly gasp as her hands land on your thighs with a gentle thud and her fingers swirl pulling you closer so that you were half off the couch. Perrie presses a small kiss on your inner thigh.
Your arousal deepens.
Perrie continues, her kisses soft and ghostlike, they travel slowly from your thigh to over your naval and onto the other thigh. Each leaves a tingling sensation that has you wanting to snatch the woman by her pigtails and pull her in but Perrie still teases, her tongue poking out to swirl just above the spot you want her most.
You can barely hold back a whimper, -"Please."- Once again Perrie looks up at you, her eyebrows raised and head tilted to the side.
"Make me."
Instantly your hands lurch forward and grab the woman by her head, pulling her face to where you want her most.
You grun a curse, fingers tangling in Perrie's hair. Her tongue skilfully swipes against your cunt. She's barely even had you, yet you're already a breathless mess beneath her mouth. Her icy stare is still locked on you, scanning the pleasure-filled look you sport.
You are most definitely sure you aren't the first person to have been in this situation with Perrie, your hips riveting against her mouth at how her lips lock around your clit, her manicured hands pushing your straining thighs further apart. She's done this plentiful.
Your back arches, Perrie's hold of her lips tighten and she sucks harshly, hands squeezing your shaking thighs. You tug on her messy blonde locks hard and then your body convulses. You came quicker than you had expected. Perrie just laughs, the sound of it silently drugging you, making you addicted.
She pulls away and stands towering over you reaching back to pop open her bra. You keep your eyes trained on her movements, on how she slowly pulls down her straps and leaves the cups over her breasts, how she gently plucks the edges of the material faking the removal. Perrie continues before finally, her fingers dip under the cup and flick, the bra falling to her feet. You can feel your cheeks burning, not only from what she had just done to you but what she is doing now. Once again, she has a smirk on her cherry lips, she knows of her hold on you and quite frankly so do you.
Perrie pulls herself on top of you, her knees landing on either side of you forcefully pulling your legs closed. Her hands hold your waist before they travel towards your bra, it unhooks and Perrie practically rips it off you and drops it to the floor. She dips her head low, connecting your lips with her for the second time that night.
You feel useless having a person on top of you doing all the work, but something in you just made you stay submissive and weak until Perrie's teeth bite into your bottom lip and you feel alive. You push your hands against her skin, it's soft and you feel as though you can keep your hands on her forever. Teasingly, you drift your one hand down to the tip of her waistband and pluck it.
Perrie chuckles, -"Do it."
You move your hand away but Perrie grabs it and redirects you down to her underwear and you dip in. She gasps as you brush over her clit. You lightly graze over her repeatedly until Perrie has enough, her hand cupping yours and pushing against her harshly. -"Just do it,"- She pants.
Obliging you swirl your fingers over and Perrie sucks in a harsh breath. Her hand falls away from yours and lands back on your hip opposite the other that digs into your skin. Your movements are slow and gruelling, well to Perrie they are, the movement of her hips against your hand a clear indication of it.
You dip your fingers through her folds and they easily slide in. Perrie's breath hitches and her nails rip your skin. Effortlessly, you move your hands eliciting a groan from Perrie who moves along matching your rhythm. Her mouth pops open and she moves a hand down to her clit, her hand movements contrasting yours.
Perrie's walls begin to clench restricting your movement but you push through, determined to bring the woman to her release. But your movements sputter as Perrie pushes her legs open a tad underneath her and hovers her own hand over your vagina before she swiftly inserts her pointer and middle finger in you with ease. You gasp, and the corner of Perrie's lips tilts up, her own chase of her orgasm almost forgotten as you melt beneath her but with a sudden twist of your hand Perrie is left lurching forward and a curse is slipped past her lips, her thighs still and her abdomen practically rolls. Even though her high has been hit, her fingers still advance within you, edging you closer to your impending orgasm, each stroke fuelling your ecstasy.
And then you're coming undone for the second time, hips riveting, and breathless moans falling out past your lips only to become muffled by Perrie's mouth. -"Oh my god,"- You huff out once Perrie pulls away from you, she releases her grip from around your wrists allowing them to drop to your sides. -"That was amazing,"- You breathe out but inhale sharply as Perrie begins to move her fingers inside of you again, this time bringing you to a third orgasm.
Your thighs flex and shake uncontrollably but before you're even able to catch your breath again, Perrie pulls you to the floor, legs spread apart, and she now hovering over you. Calming down you gaze up at the naked woman who all but holds a smirk, -"We're not finished yet."

The Meaning of Love - Jade Thirlwall
Word Count; 500 Warnings; mentions of abuse (so if you feel uncomfortable, you can skip the oneshot)
This one shot is in no means to cause intentional harm of Jade Thirlwall herself, she’s an amazing woman and this oneshot is purely fiction.
•°•°•°•♡•°•°•°•
Love.
Love is simply a word tossed around in the heartless of occasions, a mutual word between friends that means nothing, a word to signify a relationship between family.
Love can hold many meanings, each one leading through different paths, twists, and turns. But the one meaning of love that you'll forever know is that it is a conniving thief that wrapped your helpless heart into its gentle hands and forcefully locked it in a cage hidden away for the hopes that it shall not beat for anyone else.
Love is a deceiving creature that hurt you to an extent that you can't dare to spread it to another.
But love is the only thing that gets you through the day. The only thing that makes you feel alive. The only thing that makes you feel loved.
Love takes the shape and form of her.
Every dark and luxurious curl of her mahogany locks that sprouts out like a waterfall cut short, flows full of love, love for you. Her black coffee eyes burning with her desire for you, and her small gentle hands hold her passion.
Passion that litters your skin with her definition of the word love.
Love is a pain that is removed from your touch by the press of her lips. Devilish lips that shout obscenities past the rose covered layer that makes you melt. Lips that then heal every open wound that leaks her true nature.
Love is hard and difficult and time consuming but love is everything. Love makes your heart beat a thousand times over, love is what makes you blind to all the dangers.
Blind to the dangers of Jade Thirlwall.
A sweet and charming popstar with the world in her grip, nurturing on that good-natured façade that she spits. But with you, the worries and stress of her world release in the form of those purple splodges that she tells are the meaning of her love and the unique way in which she gets to share.
You find it flattering, counting the symbols of her love daily to keep yourself going. The consistency in which the marks appear bring you comfort that Jade will love you for as long as the bruises should last, those lengths often growing longer.
And you love it all.
You love everyway that she shows her love. You pushed against the kitchen counter, her soft addictive lips harshly brushing against the crook of your neck while her nails dig into your hips, the bloodstained angry crescents a reminder of the moment. You love how she’ll take care of you afterwards, where her hand will have your chin gripped harshly while she peppers her unconditional love over the black irregular circles, some being your eye but the other predominantly on the corner of your lip, and others down below where the outcomes end in pure ecstasy.
Each kiss is the reminder of her love for you and the reminder that everything will be okay.
Love is a sense of security, and that security, no matter what were to be done, is Jade.

On the outside - Alison Dilaurentis
Paring; Alison Dilaurentis x Fem!Reader
Summary; A point of view in which the girls' notice the intimately close bond you and Alison share
Warnings; other than not being proof read, None
Characters mentioned; Caleb, Alison, Maya, Spencer, Hanna, Aria, Emily and Ezra
Word count; 1004
-
Spencer was the first to notice the peculiar connection between you and Alison.
It was the last day of summer and Spencer sat cris-crossed on her bed, textbooks in front of her and a black Bic pen dangled between the tips of her fingers. She had wanted to get an early start on her schedule before the new school year had started but with the continuous movement in her peripheral vision, it was hard to have her focus on what mattered most.
Her gaze drifted to the large window across her room. An open gateway to the house next door, to the room that held Alison Dilaurentis. It wasn’t an unusual sight for the brunette to see her best friend prancing around her room late at night, so it didn’t occur to her why Alison was up at such late hours. But when you came into view, Spencer perked up noticeably. Her attention now stuck on the window and her Bic pen now on her duvet, open lidded.
‘What is Y/n doing there?’ Thought Spencer, now this was an unusual sight. Normally you wouldn’t even dare to step foot on one of the girl’s properties so late at night, especially when school was the next day. You typically were the type, like Spencer, to stay at home and work until your eyelids could no longer hold.
Spencer watched as Ali helped you out of your green sweater, the green sweater she had said looked like something you would give to an elder, fuzzy, and ugly. But then again, Ali was the one to allow you in her house wearing it in the first place, so obviously that had to have meant that she lied about the look.
Although Alison Dilaurentis may have been the biggest liar you would meet, she had always been terribly honest about one’s sense of style, especially when it comes to maintaining her reputation.
But why would Ali lie about that?
Alison turned and Spencer’s gaze ripped away, and when she looked back up the curtains were closed.
Next was Hanna.
It was at a party hosted by Noel Kahn. She had been situated by a tree near the photo booth, nursing on vodka and coke while Caleb had gone to the toilet. She had seen Alison check herself into the booth, and a minute later, you slid in as well. At first, she thought nothing of it since just a mere hour before she had gone in with Alison herself, the photo strip sticking out of her jean pocket next to hers and Caleb was enough proof of it.
Time had ticked on and you were the first to slip out, fixing your now slightly ruffled hair, and grabbed the two photo strips that were produced while Ali straightened out her black spaghetti strap dress.
Alison stalked away and purposely flicked her hips from side to side. Hanna watched as you shyly followed Ali with your eyes before you turned and headed over to where Hanna was.
The conversation was normal with the typical “are you enjoying yourself” line, but Hanna couldn’t help but catch sight of what the strips in your clutch held. The first few pictures were normal with different funny faces until there was one pose in which she had seen in Emily’s and Maya’s. You both had the brightest smiles and stared at one another, Ali’s eyes were soft, a rare sight that Hanna had only seen twice before. Once when she had gone with Hanna to visit her dad to meet Kate and his girlfriend where he had blatantly called her a pig in front of them both. And second, when you had crashed the sleepover you had first declined when you got into a fight with your parents.
The very last photo was cut off halfway in your hand in such a way that Hanna had barely made out the faint outline of both of your figures pressed against one another… in a hug? Or was it something else?
Clogs turned in the dirty blonde’s mind and she leant forward to get a closer look but you had pulled the hand with the photo’s out of her view.
For Emily, it had taken a little while to notice, despite Maya being the one to inform her of her suspicions.
It was on a trail that Maya had taken them both to go cliff diving, the same one they had used when Maya first moved to Rosewood. The two were standing on the edge of the rock, when Emily took notice of you and Alison walking out of the water, you both in matching red bikinis.
At first, it seemed like a friend thing but the way you grabbed onto Ali’s waist and wrapped a white towel around her seemed so, so sexual like you were pulling Ali into your grip through the play of innocence. Emily had done that same movement to Maya.
Just like the last two, Emily had too been left stumped by the oddly close bond you and Ali shared.
However, it wasn’t until Aria stepped forward that the group of girls’ secret suspicions had finally been answered.
But unlike the rest, Aria had blatantly caught you and Alison red-handed in your mom’s Volvo wagon. Your hands placed on Ali’s waist while she sat in your lap, legs spread over yours. Her left hand laid on your chest while her right gripped your jaw and your mouths intertwined.
Aria didn’t expect to see that scene upon leaving Ezra’s apartment. It was just pure luck that none of you had seen her.
Originally the four girls wanted to confront you, knowing that you’ll slip under the pressure, but the thought of Alison being soft and protective over you made them not want to take the chance of her bite.
So simply they agreed to wait until either one of you comes forward.

Pretty Little Liars is back on Netflix! So I’m going to be binge watching that and possibly writing for it as well.
I also only found out it has been on BBC Iplayer since January, so like I’m annoyed that I had to spend majority of the year not realising it was still available to watch.

Do you have any WIP's you would be able to potentially share?
I love your stories, especially the FearStreet one, hopefully there will be more from the movies to come!
Yes!
Here's one from my Ruby Lane x Fem! Reader WIP soI hope you enjoy it!
_-_-_-_
"Ruby,"- You gasp and she steps forward boldly. You back up against the bathroom counter, your hands grabbing onto the side.
Ruby pushes her body flush against yours, her hands cupping your cheeks. -"Y/n,"- She mocks, lips drawing into a smirk.
Her gaze trails down to your lips and without any hesitation she captures yours within hers. You giggle at the action, -"What's that for?"
"An apology."
You cock your head to the side, -"For what?"
"I'm not sure, I felt like it just needed to be done."

Outhouse Kiss - Sheila (Fear Street 1978)
(Couldn’t find a gif of Sheila or the actress Chiara Aurelia who plays Sheila)
***
Sheila, Sunnyvale queen, holds her head high as she saunters across the campgrounds of Nightwing in search of her red-haired victim. Her posse trails behind her, their heads too held high and eyes darting across the way glaring at any Shadysiders who even dared to send a glance their way.
Nick Goode stands ahead of the group, an eyebrow raised and eyes squint while he stares at them. Will catches the eye of his older brother and a relentless huff is sounded as the older boy calls for him.
"Continue on," Will mutters to Sheila and heads off after his brother.
It was just a few hours after the incident of Nurse Lane turning psycho on one of the camp counsellors, Tommy Slater. Sheila finds it ironic. The mother goes insane just like her murderous daughter.
If you were ever to ask her about the happenings of Mary Lane, Sheila would say it's predictable; every Shadysider is bound to snap, being driven by the inability of escaping Shadyside and the curse trailing on their backs. But she doesn't have to worry about such a thing happening in the luxury town of SunnyVale, they have the fortune, the goodwill and the ability to leave whenever they like.
All the luck that her town has, gives all the kids a big head, even her but she would never admit it. It gives them this feeling of power that they use for the opposite of what their town stands for, Sheila uses hers to torment Ziggy an unlucky Shadysider.
Since she had first started Camp Nightwing at the age of eleven, she had found it her duty to make Ziggy's camp life as miserable as she possibly could (Ziggy doing the same back at her.) Until Nick came along with his younger brother Will when she was just thirteen and made a counsellor strike her.
The bullying died down for a short while until it started back up again. But Sheila wasn't the one who re-initiated it, in fact, it was Ziggy with a canoe ore that ended up with the redhead having a black eye and Sheila a split lip.
Sheila thinks that the counsellors had given up on the situation- them not doing anything about it, or just giving Ziggy a strike.
"Sheila," Annie nudges the leader. Sheila tilts her head back to the girl, "Arts and Crafts."
Sheila turns to the cabin and there she spots her victim, sitting at one of the tables. A devilish smirk marks her face, only to drop as she spots you sitting across from Ziggy, your hands stirring a pot.
Her heart skips a beat at just the mere sight of you.
You had only joined camp a year before and Sheila had immediately taken a liking towards you. She hadn't an idea as to why you had pulled her in so suddenly, and she wasn't complaining. It was something about the feeling of her possibly liking a girl that made her have this sort of rush that just sent her in a spiral. It was as if she became addicted to just the sight of you. Just a glance could send her off track of what she was initially doing and she wouldn't be able to find the motivation to continue.
It wasn't until that she spotted you wearing a blue colour wars t-shirt to have her realise that you were Shadyside, but even then the rush grew stronger and fantasies of a possible forbidden love came flashing through her mind.
She hates Shadyside with a passion, but when it comes to you, all that leaves her mind.
Jealousy fills Sheila as she stares on confused, you and Ziggy had never even spoken before so she hadn't a clue as to why you were hanging out with the redhead.
Her jaw clenches and her teeth grit together, "She's got company," her eyes roll as she sees Ziggy laugh, teeth-baring in the process. A sudden smirk flashes across her, "I've got an idea."
***
"They went to Y/n's cabin," Becky informs the group, slipping in through the arts and craft doors.
When Ziggy had left with you in tow much to Sheila's dismay, she had sent Becky to follow where you both were going. And the fact that it was your cabin made the desire for the actions that Sheila was about to commit even more prominent.
Sheila smirks snapping her fingers making Annie and Will (who had just come back from Nick) immediately start grabbing paint cans and spray paints. Sheila does the same tossing them into a black bag.
Will is the one who kicks Cabin Five's door in. The emptiness of the accommodation was a good sign for the group- especially Becky. Sheila tosses the bag on Ziggy's bed and opens it.
"Quick before she gets back," She urges tossing a can of spray paint over to Will, and then to Becky and Annie. "Write anything that comes to mind,"
Will smirks, shaking his can of paint before swiftly painting across the wall, 'The Witch sucks cocks in hell'
"Real mature," Sheila mocks with a hint of amusement in her tone shaking her can of paint.
Soon all across the cabin walls, painted in both colours red and black lie the words.
Monster
Ziggy is a witch bitch
Witch
Shadyside trash
Slur after slur overpowers one another, some more likely to cause damage to the redhead. Sheila takes a step back admiring the work until she is ripped back and pulled out of the cabin by Will. Sheila spots Ziggy jogging over to her cabin, disdain covering her face, a hint that she had seen Sheila and her posse standing in the cabin, and immediately Sheila understood why she was taken away.
She can already imagine the look on the girls face as she reads the graffiti. She can imagine just how she will act, stomp her foot and run out of her cabin to go and tell someone, and that's exactly what Sheila can see. Not even a second later, Ziggy runs out and heads in the direction of Nick Goode.
Sheila pays no attention to it anymore, the jealous feeling in her gut now gone as she heads off to join the start of colour wars.
Colours Wars so far was a bore to the SunnyValer, more than half of her group had been captured and it was only a few minutes after dark. Being the prison guard was not what she had signed up for this year, having to handle a bunch of kids was supposed to be the least of her worries but here she was looking over a bunch of thirteen-year-olds.
"Where is Y/n?" One of the kids whispers to another. Sheila perks her head slightly at the mention of your name. Squinting she questions the girl, "What's happening with Y/n?"
The young girl smiles, "Oh she's the bailer, the person who gets us out."
"What if she's been captured?" A young boy pops up.
"This is the only jail, James. But if she was, Derek or one of the other bailers has to come and get us."
"Wait, there she is! Y/n!" James yells for you making Sheila spin around.
And there stands you at the door of the Arts and Crafts cabin. Sheila freezes, her voice getting caught in her throat.
You step inside, cautiously looking around before settling your gaze on Sheila. You smile at her, "You wouldn't mind if I take my teammates back right?"
Sheila just stares at you, your voice not registering in her head until you usher the group of captive kids out of the building. "Hey! You can't do that!" She yells, rushing out of the cabin to try and stop you.
At the sound of her moving, you yell for the kids to run before turning around, "Yes I can," You say with a laugh and runoff.
"Damn it!" Sheila kicks her foot against the ground, rushing back inside of the Cabin only to see a note lying neatly on the nearest table.
'Meet me in the Outhouse - Y/n'
***
"Y/n, this is so cute," Sheila sighs dreamily, eyeing the rose petals scattered on the floor of the outhouse. "I didn't realise you liked me back," She slowly follows the petals to an empty stall that holds a note, curved, flipped and coated with her name in neat cursive. Curious she picks the note up and reads the words aloud, Look up xoxo - The Witch, automatically her head shoots up and before she can register anything a series of critters is dumped on her head.
Staggering back, a shriek is let out and laughter bellows out of two assailants fleeing the scene behind her. The door to the building slams shut and Sheila is left pounding against the door, merciless cries begging travelling faintly through to the outside world.
Her fists collide with the wood a few more times until she admits defeat, sliding against a nearby stall pulling the insects out of her hair. She sits there for a few more minutes and then the door swings open and Sheila jumps to her feet.
"You came," Your voice saunters through the building, head tilting around the open outhouse door. You smile at the sight of Sheila but frown at the sight of the black beetles scattering across the floor. "Ew," You grimace, "Did they not clean the outhouse today."
"It was Ziggy," Sheila tattletales, her foot crushing one of the critters. You step into the building, shutting the door behind you.
"What a horrid girl," You spit, copying Sheila's action of taking a bug's life. Your eyes scan the bugs for a few more seconds before you spot the rose petals. "The rose petals are quite lovely aren't they."
Sheila raises a brow, "You don't like Ziggy?"
You ignore the question and reach down for a petal and gently place it against Sheila's shoulder, "It matches your shirt," You smile. "Did Ziggy do this as well?" You step into her pushing the camper against the corner of one of the stalls.
Sheila gulps, the action going unnoticed by you, "I thought you did," She mutters and you quirk your eyebrows.
"I did so. Was just seeing if you thought it wasn't," You reach a hand up to her jaw and place your other on her hip. "Do you want to know why I brought you here?"
Sheila nods with the stammer of her heart.
You stroke your nail against her jaw tantalisingly slow, your other hand squeezing her hip gently. You stare into her eyes, soft and delicate searching for the recognition that you felt the same way as her. Sheila gulps as you lean further into her, heart rate picking up when she hears those words.
"I know," You pur watching as her cheeks flush. "I see you flouncing around out of rooms I'm in," Sheila squirms in your grip, her heart thundering against her chest. You drop your head down slightly, inching closer towards the girl. "Your stares, even when you're supposed to be focused on Ziggy," Sheila's cheeks flush deeper, her pink tint becoming more prominent.
"I noticed everything," Your finger travels down her jaw and onto her neck, where the noticeable dip of a sharp breath is taken. "You're nervous," A smirk paints its way onto your face, "SunnyValers are never nervous."
Sheila shakes her head, her trapped voice breaking free of its chains, "I'm not nervous," She says calmly trying to ignore your gentle touch.
You push further against her, bringing your lips to her ear. "Prove it," You husk out and a visible shudder travels through Sheila.
Eyes drop down to lips with her mind in a haze. Sheila raises up in a moment of confidence and leaps her mouth onto yours. Instantaneously you reciprocate, your hand dropping from her chest down to her waist to accompany the other.
Sheila keeps hers at her side, your body weight against her pinning them down. You both stand there for a few more seconds until you move slightly and Sheila is able to move her hands, moving them to land around your neck successfully deepening the kiss for a short amount of time.
The kiss is then broken and a forceful push from you sends Sheila hurtling into another stall. You cling onto a nearby rope and pull sending the bucket holding up top of the roof to dip and paint come hurtling down.
Sheila shrieks wiping the liquid away from her eyes, "Why?" She groans with a hint of hurt.
"You never fuck with a Shadysider," You laugh and then call out for Ziggy who lets you leave the building.

Without You - Sadie Sink
Takes place after the filming of Stranger Things Season 3
Exhausted.
Sadie is exhausted from all her sleepless nights. The sleep she longs for, no longer around, not since you left. She misses your presence, your hugs, your delicate words, your gentle touches. She just wants to be in your arms relishing in your radiant warmth, feeling your loving kisses to the back of her head.
She just wishes you had told her how you were feeling before that fateful day happened.
Splashes of water coat her face, trying to wake herself up, and cleanse her mind of you so she is prepared for her first interview since you left. Sadie shuts the water off, her hands now firmly on the sink. Her gaze locks with her reflection. Her once smooth skin, disturbed with protruding deep purple bags under her broken teal eyes. Her lips automatically dropping into a deep miserable frown, she finds no need for her mouth to break away from that position for it was practically engraved into her skin.
But soon she will have to tear it out and upturn the frown in a mask of joy and perfection. She doesn't want to do that, she just wants to go home and cry into one of your hoodies and not come out for days on end or until filming starts up again.
She should be strong, but without you there it feels like her whole world is slowly falling apart, and just a gentle push can send it tumbling down. You were her rock, her saviour, her superhero that fends off all the bad guys for her.
But now that you're gone, she has to do that all alone.
An interview without you at her side feels so daunting, she won't be able to clutch onto your hands when she feels a slight bit of nerves. She won't be able to rely on you to get through the merciless questions that will only be worse, now that you're gone.
"Sades?" A soft voice calls from behind the bathroom door. Sadie quickly stands up straight and regains her composure just as the door opens to reveal Millie. "Oh Sades," The Fifteen-year-old says sympathetically opening her arms for the redhead.
Sadie instantly buries herself into the younger girl. "I miss her." She mutters into Millie's shoulder.
"I miss her too."
Millie tightens the hug and she stands there holding Sadie with all her might, afraid that if she were to let go the older girl will break down and shatter right in front of her. But she could feel Sadie begin to sob and heave in her arms. "It's okay," Millie hushes the girl, her one hand rubbing Sadie's back delicately.
After a few more minutes Sadie tears away brushing away her running tears, "I got given the camera she would do her diary entries on. Could we maybe watch it later, at my house with the boys?"
Millie nods, "We would love to do that. Now come Sades, we have to go, it's going to start soon."
The interview was the longest two hours of Sadie's life, she wanted to hide away from all the questions and sympathetic looks she had been given throughout. Noah had noticed her discomfort and had his hand placed on hers comforting the hurting redhead all throughout. The rest of the cast had helped with the questions she had found quite hard to answer, the one's involving you, and how she was feeling since your passing.
But now she sits in her living room cuddled into Millie, with your stuffed dog, watching as the boys try to hook up your old camera, all arguing as they figure out what cable goes where. This earns a small smile from Sadie.
Soon the boys get the camera working and instantly your bright cheery face pops up on the TV. Sadie sits up a little straighter at the sight of you, her heart both racing and aching at the same time. Millie pulls the girl closer to her, in a way of further comforting her but also to make room for Caleb who wanted to sit next to the pair while the others sat on the ground in front of the couch.
"Hello!" Your voice exclaims through the speakers. "Welcome to Diary Entry One! I am as you can see on the set of Stranger Things Season Two!" The camera flicks around showing the bustling set before flicking back around.
The cast knew exactly when this first took place, the first day of filming just after they had all met Sadie.
"We got a new girl here as well, her name is Sadie Sink." You gush into the camera, a pink hue evident on your cheeks. "She's really nice... and pretty." You murmur the last part looking off to the side. "Anyways! Let's go see her!" You quickly rush off to where you had been looking at, camera in tow and stop at a then fifteen-year-old Sadie, "Hello bloody tampon, say hi to the camera!"
Everyone laughs, including Sadie who remembers that exact moment.
"What did you just call me?" Sadie questions in disbelief and You laugh, "You heard me." Before Sadie could say anything else, you quickly leave and shut the camera off.
"Hello!" You shout with Finn alongside you, "This is, drum roll please Wolf boy," Finn drums his hands on his lap, "Diary Entry Two!" You and Finn cheer loudly capturing the attention of some of the crew members behind you. They immediately hush you both as they film a scene involving Sadie and Caleb. You and Finn quietly apologise before making your way over to Dacre who speaks with Natalia and Joe.
"Dacre!" Finn calls out causing the man to stop and turn to them, a bright smile on his face.
"Hello Lacey, Mike. What can I do for you?"
"Can you answer some-" Finn begins but you cut him off abruptly
"Is Sadie single?"
Finn turns to you and the camera wide-eyed. Dacre raises a brow, throwing a quick glance over to Natalia and Joe. "I don't know? Why, are you interested?"
Your voice sounds panicked from behind the camera, "No! I mean, Finn is."
"Y/n!" Finn shouts, "I don't!" He quickly grabs the camera from your grip and turns it to face a laughing you before cutting the feed.
"Oh, so that's how that rumour sprouted. You look so scared," Sadie giggles and Finn sends her a mocking glare.
"I didn't know she was going to say that okay?" He chuckles.
The next video rolls on and it shows both Sadie and you.
You set the camera down in front of Sadie who was busy getting her hair done. She eyes the camera cautiously as the stylist ducks out the way slightly. "This is Diary Entry number three... I think," You sit down on a chair next to her, your stylist moving in to prep your hair. "We are almost finished filming!" You smile and look over to Sadie who does a quick glance at you. "Anyways, it's time."
"Time for what?" Sadie quiers
"Time for the questions silly," You laugh tilting your head back as your stylist combs your hair. "First question, how has your time on set been?"
"It's been great! Everyone is amazing!"
"Everyone? You sure you don't mean just me?"
Sadie giggles, "Sure."
A few more questions were asked, them mainly being about how she has felt about her time acting and being forced in a room with you and the others. She had opened up slightly about how she felt kind of isolated in the beginning due to everyone already knowing each other until You and Millie kindly took her under your wing.
"Okay last question, do you have eyes for anyone?" You smirk and Sadie goes silent.
"No comment," You gasp.
"What! Sadelyn Sinkhole does have eyes on someone," You lean forward much to your stylests dismay as she pulls you back. "Who is it?"
Once again Sadie replies, "No comment." and you huff.
"I will get it out of you. It may not be today, but it will happen someday."
Sadie's cheeks turn pink and she can't help but hide her smile in your stuffed teddy, reminiscing about how she had ended up spilling her feelings to you not even a day later. To her surprise back then you had reciprocated her feelings and even managed to steal her first kiss, she doing the same to you.
The next video rolls on with you beaming once again in the camera.
"Hello!" You exclaim once again, in the background was the cast in their season two attire watching you with smiles. "This is Diary Entry number four, we have now finished the infamous season two!" The group breaks out into cheers and a round of applause, and you place the camera down on a stand so that everyone was in the frame and move back to go sit next to Sadie, pushing Finn out of the way in the process.
"I can't believe you couldn't tell she liked you!" Finn exclaims gesturing to the action you had pulled. "Your girlfriend literally pushed me out of my seat," He laughs making Sadie snigger.
"So Caleb Mclaughlin." You start, capturing the young boy's attention, "How was it like to kiss the gorgeous Max Mayfield, the infamous MadMax," You tease and the boy bows his head in embarrassment, Everyone laughs and so do you but it was cut short as you began to cough. "You okay Y/n?" Sadie questions and you nod while Sadie not so sneakily brings her hand into yours.
"Wait!" Millie jumps in disbelief her eyes trained at the holding hands, "Were you two a couple then?" She flickers her gaze over to Sadie who turns as red as her hair, "Oh my God! We thought you two got together just before Season Three." Millie smiles slapping Sadie's leg jokingly, "You dirty dogs!"
The entry's continue, this time mostly showing you and Sadie alone. Most of the time, your hands were wrapped around her waist while she holds the camera up at you two in various locations.
"First date!" Sadie exclaims looking lovingly over at you.
*
"Can you see me?" You question trying to look over into the camera to see if you were in the frame- you in fact were not.
* "Sades!" You call out for her from her living room. "I got you something!" The camera flicks down to a necklace with a small pendant in your hand.
While that video shows, Sadie herself glances down at the necklace you had given her and fiddles with it, her heart fluttering in her chest.
*
"Do you think they'll freak out when we tell them?" Sadie questions fiddling with your hand as the camera shows you both walking back onto the set for a reading. You nod, "Oh, most definitely." The camera cuts and then turns back onto an unknowing Millie waiting for you both at the entrance to the reading.
"Y/n! Sadie!- Woah." Millie's eyes go wide as she spots your hands, "Are you two?" She gestures between the both of you. Sadie confirms with a kiss of your cheek causing her to squeal and run in to tell everyone.
* "Hello! And we're back! Season Three of Stranger Things, it's your favourite character Aunt Helga speaking." You laugh at your own words, "I'm joking, it's the best character out of the show, Dustins' sister Lacey. Today we are as usual on our first day back at filming." You cheer, "This is Diary Entry number five."
"Y/n! Where are you?" Dacre calls out in the background, "You have to go get pepper-sprayed in the face!" You widen your eyes slightly, and Dacre appears behind you, "It's just water don't worry."
The camera cuts but then is turned back on to show a smiling Dacre, he flips the camera around and it shows you being dunked in the Henderson's kitchen sink by Caleb and Sadie. "I'm drowning!" You yell out gasping for breaths. "I'd rather you drown than go blind, Lacey," Sadie comments in Max's character. Caleb goes to turn off the tap but instead accidentally turns it on full speed, the water hitting you right in the mouth making you choke and develop a coughing fit. "I didn't mean to literally drown her!" Sadie yells and Caleb throws his hand up defensively, "My hands slipped."
That scene was a blooper itself but yet it was still kept in the actual show.
Many more diary entries ended up being full of bloopers, you hanging with Sadie and sometimes the rest of the crew until it started to change.
There you stand in front of the camera, your hands clutching your chest tightly, "My chest hurts." You croak out, tears swelling in your eyes from the pain.
The cast visibly sit a little straighter at the sight of you.
You stand there for a few more seconds just holding onto your chest before finally you drop your hands down and stand straighter. You furrow your brows, "It's gone. I don't know what it is but it's been happening a lot lately." You announce but quickly shrug it off as you hear your name being called. You grab onto the camera and run out where Sadie is standing waiting for you with a bright white smile. You grab onto your girlfriend's hand and you walk off to your next scene.
Another video rolls on this time showing you setting the camera down in a position so that it showed the set you were on. You are then seen dashing back onto set and getting onto your starting position with Gaten at your side. The video goes on as normal with the familiar star court scene and then all the way to the end, with Dacre having moved it for you to get the right angles where you stand near a casted officer, signalling the end of the filming process.
"Cut," The director yells and cheers are heard all around. You jump up and hug the nearest person to you, this being Sadie and enrapturing her into a joyful kiss before moving on to everyone else.
The mood is noticeably ecstatic and everyone is busy cleaning up, with you having a quick word with Sadie before going to head for your still recording camera, shouting a 'Shut up' to Caleb who had mocked what you said to your girlfriend. Your smile is bright and inviting until it drops to a stone cold expression.
And then you were seen clutching onto your chest, feet staggering and skin paling before dropping to the floor.
"Y/n!" Gaten screams hurtling over to you, just in time to catch you. You weren't moving and the camera shows it, it shows everything happening at that exact moment. It shows Gatens terrified face as he shakes you, trying to wake you up. It shows crew members flying over to you in a hurry. It shows your girlfriend and the others staring at you horrified and worried.
"Someone call an ambulance!" The director yells shoving past all crew members who were just crowded around you. Immediately chest compressions were started.
"Oh God," Caleb murmurs his teary eyes entranced on the TV. He wants to look away but he can't.
Sadie sniffles, her heart aching tremendously at the screen.
Millie and Finn hold a sobbing Sadie in the far corner of the screen, while Noah is seen dashing for the camera and turning it off.
They thought it was the end but another clip rolls and a bloodshot eyed Sadie Sink appears in one of your hoodies, holding your stuffed dog close to her chest. She was in your dressing room, it was known by the pictures you had placed on the walls of your family and the cast behind Sadie.
"Hi Y/n," Sadie croaks out, voice breaking instantly. She can't speak, her throat hurts and her tears just flow out coating your stuffed animal with her tears. "I miss you. It's only been a few hours since you left us, but I miss you so much." She brings your hoodie to wipe away a few of her tears, "I just want to say I love you."
Sadie can't look at the video anymore, her heart aching in great amounts in her chest, her bottom lip quivering noticeably. She turns and shoves her head directly into a saddened Millie who immediately takes her into her arms. Sadie wishes it was you instead.
She can still hear her own shattering voice in the video, each word breaking and every sentence ending with a cry. A cry of mourning. A cry for you. A cry for you to just come back and tell her you're not going anywhere. A cry for her broken heart.
Sobs wrack Sadie's body and a loud cry exits her making the crying cast members cast looks of sorrow, heartbreak and pain at her.
The video proceeds and Sadie is now still sat in your chair, this time not saying anything. Your stuff dog is latched to her chest, her chin sitting on top of the toy while she runs little patterns on her knee- something you would do to her when you felt nervous in interviews or big events. And then the door quietly opens and Sadie is seen turning back abruptly, her head shaking furiously.
"No, no, no, no," She sobs as your dad steps foot into the trailer there to retrieve your stuff. "Please can I keep the camera, please!" Your dad shakes his head sadly, tears in his own eyes as he reaches down to grab hold of the device.
"Please!" Sadie begs, "I can't live without her. I can't live without seeing her!"
The camera cuts off.

Heart Attacks- Sadie Sink
This clashes with a future chapter "Without You" due to this chapter being a simplified version of that one.

Splashes of water coats her face, trying to wake herself up, and cleanse her mind of you so she is prepared for her first interview since you left. Sadie shuts the water off, her hands now firmly on the sink, her gaze locking with her reflection.
She doesn't want to do that, she just wants to go home and cry into one of your hoodies and not come out for days on end.

Thoughts twist and turn in the young girls mind causing everything to go in a spiral. Her grip on the sink tightens and a shaky breath releases through her lips. What if they show your death?
They couldn't possibly do that, not to Sadie herself or the thousands of fans watching.
What if they were to show the diary entries that you created of your time on set?
She wouldn't mind that, but just the thought of seeing you on-screen and not sitting down next to her made her heart clench tightly. She doesn't want to experience that, but her agent won't take any refusal lightly.
He thinks the girl should finish her grieving now rather than in a month. Sadie found it absolutely ridiculous, the death only happened a few weeks prior and to her, it still felt fresh in her mind. But why would it not be fresh when she had to experience it herself.
The way your hand clutched your own chest, feet staggering and skin going pale before dropping to the floor, was enough to have her traumatised. Traumatised of the fear that if she were to love again, they were to drop cold.
Yet her agent doesn't seem to understand. To him, it's just a heart attack, but to Sadie, it was a heart attack that ripped her whole world away from her.

Baking Cleanups with a Klutz- Leigh-Anne Pinnock
"Leigh-Leigh."- You call out for your girlfriend in the midst of the destruction you had made in the kitchen.
The counters and the floor were covered in flour from where you had accidentally tripped over your own shoes causing the flour in the bowl in your hands to fly out everywhere.
All you were trying to do was bake some cupcakes for Leigh-Anne's birthday the next day, but so far it was not going so well.
"Yeah!"- Leigh-Anne distinctly shouts from the opposite side of the house. You hadn't a clue as to what the girl was doing but you just hoped it wasn't anything important so she could come to help you clean up.
"I think I need help."- You yell back heading over to grab a broom from one of the cupboards in the laundry room.
It was only a few minutes later when Leigh-Anne shows up under the arch of the doorway, phone in hand pointing directly at you and mouth dropped open.- "Holy- how on earth did you manage this?"- She questions completely baffled.
"Are you busy?"- You ask setting the broom down so it laid against the counter.
Leigh-Anne nods but then shrugs her shoulders. -"Well I was, but this seems more fun for the fans to witness."- She continues to set her phone down on the nearest counter against the kitchen wall, in a position that the fans had a view of almost the entire kitchen.
Once you see the phone you quickly duck down behind your girlfriend not wanting her fans to see you and the mess you're covered in. Leigh-Anne laughs at you, moving away so that you were in full view of the camera. You quickly stand up and nod at the camera in a greeting, before turning away to grab hold of the broom again.
"Did you trip?"- Leigh-Anne questions trying to stifle a laugh as she gazes at an imprint on the flour-covered floor. You drop your head down in embarrassment and continue to sweep while Leigh-Anne bursts into a string of laughter. -"Oh my gosh, that's amazing. I'm gonna go grab my camera so I can put this moment in the scrapbook."- She blows a kiss to the phone camera, smiles at you and quickly leaves the room.
You pout shouting after her, -"I could've been badly hurt."
Leigh-Anne cackles in the distance. You shake your head and make your way over to the phone where your girlfriends' fans were blowing up the chat. You skim the comments, trying to ignore the fact that you have a splodge of flour on your right cheek and some littered all over your hair making it appear almost snow-white in some places.
"I was trying to bake some cupcakes for Leigh's birthday,"- You answer a question shifting your gaze to look over at the messy kitchen. -"But it's not going so well. I need Jade and her baking expertise."- Just then a comment from Jade appears in the chat.
'Hun you said you didn't need help when I asked earlier.'
A laughing emoji accompanied the brief message showing that she meant no harm knowing full well that you have a bad habit of reading into messages a bit too much.
Another message from Jade pops up on the screen, just barely being carried away by the excited comments of the mixers trying to gain both yours and Jade's attention.
'Add me and I'll help, get Leigh x.'
"Add you? I haven't really been live before. I'll have to ask Leigh for help."- You inform Jade as well as the awaiting fans.
Soon enough Leigh-Anne strolls back into the kitchen with a Polaroid camera you had got her as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago strapped around her neck. She quickly snaps a picture of the imprint on the ground and then of you and sets the two pictures off to the side to be able to set.
"I need help letting Jade join."- You alert your girlfriend once she was done.
You move out the way for Leigh-Anne to gain control of the situation and have her get Jade on, only to then have her then huff out in annoyance. -"I ended it?"- She says, bemused at how she had possibly stopped the live video.
Leigh quickly gets the live back up and running and almost instantly Jade and other fans and one or two celebrities had joined. Most of the chat was filled with comments on how you guys were struggling to do a simple task and others saying that they got the whole thing on video. Another message from Jade pops up in the chat- the amusement she holds prominent.
'You ask for my help then you end up doing this!? I guess you'll have to go ask Perrie'
"Hold on you dork."- You laugh leaning forward onto the counter next to your girlfriend watching as she hesitates to click on various spots on her phone. After a couple of minutes, Jade's face soon pops up on the screen making all three of you cheer.
"Took you long enough."- Jade laughs positioning her phone in a suitable position.
"We're just going to quickly clean the mess Y/n made."
Jade sends a thumbs up and turns away to start setting up her own kitchen with the ingredients and tools. You and Leigh-Anne resume cleaning, still talking to the fans and one another to keep them entertained while they wait.
During the cleanup, you spot some salvaged flour you had tried to save earlier sat comfortably in the flour bowl and quickly dip your hands in coating them in the white powder. You manoeuvre over to an unsuspecting Leigh-Anne and hook your arms underneath hers from the back and place your hands on her chest area, leaving white imprints on her shirt.
Leigh-Anne gasps spinning around. She pulls her shirt out of her pyjama pants- she hadn't found it necessary to get changed when she woke up- to get a good look at the mark you left. She whines claiming that that top was her favourite making you promise to wash it for her when you finish. You kiss her on the head and sweep up the last bit of flour on the floor.
Leigh-Anne gets the correct baking tools ready and soon Jade was guiding both you and Leigh-Anne through the process of baking cupcakes- even though Leigh-Anne knew perfectly well how to make them.
There were some mess-ups throughout the process, with you once again slipping on the floor, this time on an egg you had dropped a second prior. Leigh-Anne had made sure you were okay while Jade was practically dying from laughter in the background. Leigh had accidentally broken the whisk leading her to have to do it by hand, and you had also broken a glass measuring cup.
"Now put it in the oven."- Jade smiles tossing hers into her oven, she gets back up to look at the two of you through her phone and widens her eyes as she sees you holding the cupcake tray. -"Y/n let Leigh-Anne put the tray in. Don't want you to drop it."- She laughs and you frown shaking your head.
"It's not my fault I'm clumsy."
"Aw don't worry baby,"- Leigh-Anne hugs you from behind resting her head on your shoulder, -"I find clumsy you very cute."

Colours- Perrie Edwards
Colourless, dreary, dull.
The words that describe the life of someone who hasn't found their soulmate. Having to see the world in a greyscale when those who have found theirs could bask in the beauty of the pulsating colourful scenery that the world ever so kindly left them to admire- nature showing off their bright vibrant greens, oceanic blues and violent reds.
Perrie was one of those people- soulmateless and only seeing the world through a black and white picture printed on an old newspaper. Her dream was, is and forever will be to see the world in those precious beautiful colours that everyone gloats about.
"That's red."- Leigh-Anne shakes her head at the blonde who had picked up a red crayon instead of a blue.
Perrie throws her head back in annoyance, stomping her foot slightly on the ground. Although the girl couldn't necessarily see colour, she had taken it up to try and at least denote what colour connotes to which grey she could see, with the help from both Leigh-Anne and Jade but it just wasn't working, she would ask Jesy but the brunette was never straightforward as to what she could see- one second it would be colour and she would drone on about the faint greens and the mystic blues of a butterfly that would flutter by, and the next she would complain about how miserable life is looking at the same blank canvas every day for the last twenty-nine years. Perrie had a feeling that the girl just didn't want anyone to know the truth about what she could see- that maybe her colours were different to Jade and Leigh-Anne's or that the thought of her maybe not having a soulmate simply drowning her in her own fantasy of what she dreams it will look like.
Although Perrie appreciated the fact that her friends were trying their best to teach her, it was just so infuriating how the blonde had trouble to grasp which was which- they all were so similar and she felt like giving up each time. It was just a small thing to help prepare her for when she is faced with the actual thing.
Leigh-Anne shuffles the small crayons back into their pack, sending the blonde a sympathetic look. -"We'll continue tomorrow, let's get to hair and makeup."
Leigh-Anne puts the pack to one side and the two head off to the makeup room, where Jade was just pushing herself out of the chair that laid neatly in front of a mirror. Perrie smiles at her bandmate watching as Jade flicks her hair back while throwing a wink at the two.
Perrie takes her seat in the lone chair- resting her back flat against the backside. The room looked so empty, now that it was just the three of them in the band. Since the departure of Jesy, she had felt like she lost a piece of her. Though they were all still good friends with Jesy, it was just still so unusual for the group to carry on as a trio, but just the thought of abandoning the mixers because of Jesy leaving left an unwanted sense of guilt and sadness bellowing at the pit of her belly. At least Jesy will be out there in the audience supporting their first tour as a three.
Adam, the makeup artist appears behind Perrie and flicks through his makeup kit- in search of the perfect shade of lipstick for the blonde, an earth red colour that brought out the natural pink of her cheeks. He proceeds to coat the girl's lips in it, before swiftly moving on to dash some foundation and concealer onto her cheeks and forehead.
All throughout the process, the blonde just stared at herself in the mirror, her eyes drifting over her various different shades of grey her features proudly sported. Her eyes were the lightest of them all, just barely winning against her hair. She hoped that whatever colour they were to be, it would be something nice- like the colour blue that Jade seems to fawn over whenever she talks to the blonde.
Adam pulls Perrie's head down slightly, -"Close your eyes really quickly."
Perrie does as told and she can just barely feel the touch of the bristles on the makeup brush travelling across her closed eyes in a swift formation. As soon as Adam takes the brush away, Perrie peaks her eyes open.
"What's the colour?"- She questions peering at the makeup artist beneath her barely open eyes. Adam continues to apply the eyeshadow, running the brush delicately over the top of the blondes eyelid.
"Pink" He smiles, -"With a hint of red."
"Can you describe it?"
He ponders for a moment, -"Well the pink is lighter than the red and it blends so smoothly with it. It makes your eyes pop."
"I can't wait to see it for myself."- Perrie smiles cheerfully, allowing the man to finish her off so he can move on to do Leigh-Anne before the first act finishes. -"Who knows. Maybe it'll happen during the concert."
Adam laughs turning to get the makeup he uses on Leigh-Anne out.
Soon the hair and makeup were done and the three girls were ushered to the platform where they'll be descended up onto the stage.
They get ready in their starting stance and the platform starts to lift allowing the muffled cheers and music to get louder and louder.
The first show of the tour so far was a blast for three, the ecstatic screams of the fans each fueling them with adrenaline and dopamine that would last for days on end.
But still, there was no sign of any colour for Perrie- sure she was beginning to doubt she'd ever see colour despite the arena being filled with thousands and thousands of people that could potentially be her soulmate, but she didn't let that push her mood down as she still had more than enough time to find them.
The trio had just finished their second to the last song, and Leigh-Anne was busy beginning to introduce the final song of the show.
"Now this is a song that feeds the message about you feeling good about yourself." Leigh-Anne smiles, her voice echoing through the loudspeakers. -"No matter the size you are, no matter how look..."
Perrie scans the rows of cheerful fans down in the pit, still listening intently to the words her bandmate was saying to introduce the song. Perrie continues to scan the rows of audiences of different heights, shapes and sizes and different tones of grey.
And then the starry dull colour of the world faded- replaced with bright vibrant rays of colour- that she couldn't recognise for her life- that burst through every gap in the audience in front of her. The lights above shone clear dancing over the arena. Perrie's heart thumped hard as the realisation of what was happening hits her.
"Oh my god."- She yells in excitement disrupting Leigh-Anne's cheery speech. Both Jade and Leigh-Anne turn to the blonde confused, -"Colour."- Perrie continues to yell turning to grab hold of Jade, shaking her, -"I can see colour!"
Tears brim in her eyes as she then proceeds to engulf the small brunette in a hug that lifts the girl off her feet. -"This is amazing!"- Perrie cheers dropping Jade onto the ground before shifting her attention to admire everything. -"But I guess the lessons we had been having weren't working out, none of these colours I can put a name to."- She frowns.
"We'll teach you."- Leigh-Anne reassures the girl, -"But right now, that's the least of your worries. You just found your freaking soulmate!"
"Oh no."- Perrie freezes her gaze darting back out into the direction where her colour first came to. -"I just found them, but I don't know who they are."
Panic starts to surround her and she tries to place who she looked at, but she just couldn't remember- the excitement about the whole ordeal had blurred out the placement of them.
Slowly the vibrant colours she had been able to see for the first time in her life, starts to dull and she sprints towards the edge of the stage in frantic. She had barely even had the time to bask in the beauty of the moment and it already was coming to an end. Worry and tears cloud her vision as she tries her hardest to find her soulmate.
"Perrie!"- An all too familiar voice shouts frantic off to the side of the stage. Instantly her head snaps to the side where Jesy is seen in the audience waving and pointing to you next to her. Your eyes wide not believing anything happening at that moment.
Perrie hurriedly runs over to you and Jesy, slipping off the stage carefully not to injure herself due to the height of it and into the gap where the security guards are. Perrie looks at you and gasps- the slowly greying world bursting out into colour for the second time that night.
"I found you!"- She pulls you into a hug over the metal barricade, she buries her head into the crook of your neck feeling your hands hesitantly snake around the top of her waist. -"I finally found you."

Heather- Jesy Nelson
"I still remember third of December, me in your sweater."- You sang into the microphone your one hand gripping onto it whilst the other fumbled with the hem of your sweater.
You knew she was in the crowd, her bandmates had told you so. But you couldn't care less as you poured all your emotions into the song you wrote about her.
"You said it looked better on me than it did you."- You continued, the memories the two of you shared that day rushing into your mind.
Feet collided against the white blanket of snow crowding the ground letting a sweet blissful crunch bless the giggling pair's ears. You leaned into the girl slightly as the both of you stop still in a fit of laughter from what Jesy had told you what happened to her while she was on vacation.
You shift so that your front was pressed against hers and bury your head into the crook of her neck your laughter dying down. Jesy wraps her arms around your waist pulling you closer, she bends her knees just barely lifting you off the ground before intentionally falling backwards into the snow.
You let out a shriek at the sudden actions and roll off of the girl. You shivered at the cold feeling the snow gave you as it seeped into your boots and into your thin jacket. You mentally cursed yourself for not wearing anything warmer than the outfit you had on now.
You could tell jesy knew you were cold by her slipping off her cotton green sweater. You say a small thank you as you bury yourself into the warmness of the oversized piece of clothing. A small shade of red-tinted your cheeks as you pull the collar of it up to your nose, breathing in the scent of her Wishmaker perfume.
Jesy pulled on a spare coat from her bag before laying back into the position she was in moments before next to you except this time placing her head onto your shoulder. You could feel your heartbeat quicken drastically to the point you felt like it was going to burst out your chest at any moment given. You hoped to god the brunette couldn't hear it.
"Only if you knew, how much I liked you. But I watch your eyes as she walks by. What a sight for sore eyes, brighter than a blue sky. She's got you mesmerised... while I die."
To the girl, on your shoulder, this action was nothing more than a simple act of showing her friendship to you. She didn't know it meant something else to you.
Jesy turns to face you, her cheek pressed against your shoulder. She continued talking about her trip away, skipping over the part that wound the two of you up into your current position afraid that if she even mutters a single word linked to that moment the two of you would burst into a fit of laughter and she wouldn't be able to ever finish it.
You tried to take in every word the girl was saying while trying to calm your heartbeat, but it was increasingly difficult as it accelerated every time you could feel the hot air slip through her mouth and drip onto your cheek due to how close she was to you.
A small smile grows on your lips as Jesy tries to stifle the small laugh trying to escape as the memory came back to her suddenly. However, your smile soon began to falter as her laughter died down and her eyes were no longer stuck on you but had rather travelled onto something behind you.
You watched as the girl pushed herself up slightly to get a better look at whatever was behind you. A deep red tint forms on her cheeks as she sends a small wave. You turn to who she was waving at and immediately felt your heart drop.
Of course, she would be there.
Her lips were upturned in a toothy smile that showed off her bright white teeth and the little dimples placed neatly at the tip of the corners of her mouth. Her hair was puffed out and looked as though it hadn't been brushed in days, yet she had managed to throw a navy blue beanie on top making it look somewhat decent. She waved back at the girl next to you watching as Jesy gets up off the ground and shakes the snow that had clung onto her clothing for dear life off.
You didn't move from where you were, in fact, all you actually did was hope to god that Jesy wouldn't leave you for the girl. You gazed at the brunette and blonde, observing each one's interaction with one another. They talked and you paid no attention to the conversation but soon regretted it as Jesy took off with the girl muttering a small goodbye to you.
You felt yourself sink further into the blanket of snow- the cold not exactly helping the slow forming crack within your heart.
"Why would you ever kiss me? I'm not even half, as pretty."- Your cheeks began to fade into a hue of pink as your mind immediately leapt into the next memory. Your heart sped up a bit at the imagery and it almost concerned you about how after all this time, just the slightest thought of Jesy still had this much of an effect on you.
Hair laid sprawled against the ruffled cloud-like white satin sheets, while her chest rose heavenly without a care before flattening down releasing the air from between her lips along with the sound that you had always longed to hear. Her eyes were wrenched shut, fists clutching onto the duvet beneath before releasing and opening them along with her eyes.
You had only stopped what you were doing momentarily leaving your hands to rest on the waist of the brunette whilst letting her catch her breath.
You smiled down at her, unbeknownst to what was going to happen next. Jesy lurched forward, almost sending you toppling off her bed but instantly grabs the collar of your shirt refraining from you doing so.
And then her lips were on yours.
You froze for a split second shocked by the girl's actions but still, you had managed to melt into the kiss. Heart pounding, you removed your hands from her waist and gently placed them on her cheeks going to deepen the actions being performed, but in the end, you only ended up jumping back as Jesy ghosts her fingers over the exposed skin of your neck before delving in and attacking the spot where you were most ticklish ultimately breaking the kiss within an instant.
Not a word about that kiss was ever mentioned after that.
"You gave her your sweater. It's just polyester, but you like her better. Wish I were Heather."
The bright screen illuminated your face while you played the single video on repeat. There sat directly in the middle of the couch was Jesy with the girl who had stolen her away from you practically on top of her.
The blonde had her head leant on the brunette's shoulder whilst her hands fiddled with the ones of the girl that made your heart leap out of your chest.
It didn't necessarily take you long to notice the same cotton green sweater that Jesy had leant you on that fateful day, was worn loosely around the blondes' body.
As much as you hated seeing it upon the girl, you couldn't lie to yourself and deny that the girl didn't look good in it- better than you ever would.
Looking back at that distinct memory you couldn't help but bite the inside of your cheek and feel ashamed at how you thought you could stand up against Jesy's bandmate.
The girl was practically the definition of gorgeous. And just seeing her made you feel unworthy of the love of those around you.
"Watch as she stands with her holding your hand, Put your arm 'round her shoulder Now I'm getting colder."
A fake smile grazed your lips as Jesy runs up to you with the blonde in tow. Instantly the brunette throws her arms around you almost sending the both of you tumbling to the floor.
Jesy releases you and then you're taken into yet another hug but this time by Perrie which greatly surprised you. She smelled of your favourite flower, roses. Not wanting to disappoint the girl, you reciprocate her actions bringing your arms to snake around her waist.
The embrace lasted a few more seconds before Perrie broke it going back to stand next to the brunette taking her hand within hers. You felt your jaw clench at the action but still, you gave the two a smile.
Jesy takes their hands and spins Perrie around before leaving her arm to rest around the top of the girl's shoulder. Perrie leans into the brunette's side a pink hue tinting her cheeks.
You raise a brow at the two fearing the worst. Were they dating? Did Perrie successfully take Jesy away from you?
Just as those thoughts had crowded your mind. Jesy had gone and said the words that made your whole world shatter.
"Perrie and I are together"
"Together?"- You question nonchalantly, unsure if you had heard correctly.
Perrie nods a small grin showing on her lips -"We're official"
"I'm so happy for you!"- You reply trying to hide the hurt from showing in your voice.
"We're having a party tonight, you should come"
As much as you didn't want to go, you couldn't bring yourself to tell your best friend no.
"But how could I hate her? She's such an angel But then again, kinda Wish she were dead, as she walks by. What a sight for sore eyes. Brighter than a blue sky. She's got you mesmerized, while I die."
You stared down at the drink in your grasp not really paying any attention to the words the girl in front of you was saying. All you knew was that she was droning on about her new relationship.
You know you should feel happy for her and you really are but a part of you just doesn't want to. But for all you could care was that you hated the blonde for a fact but deep down you knew you couldn't keep a grudge on her for long, as she hadn't done anything exactly wrong.
Jesy heaves out a sigh snapping you out of your intense concentration on your half-filled drink as she presses her back flat against the painted wall careful not to knock the portrait of a pop artist that you just couldn't recognise at first sight.
Her gaze travels around the room until it lands on Perrie who had already held her gaze on the both of you. Jesy broke out into a smile ushering the girl to come and join the two of you.
You divert your gaze back down to your drink not wanting to even spare a glance at the love-struck couple.
The once frantic beat of your heart had been slowly fading out every time you had pictured or seen the two of them together. And maybe that was a good thing- well that's at least what you had thought.
Once again you had been brought out of your thoughts, not by Jesy but by Jade who had swiftly hooked her arm in yours and was now guiding you to the couch that sat in the middle of the room accompanied by Leigh-Anne.
Jade pushed you down onto the chair where you were immediately thrown into a hug by Leigh-Anne. Jade wrapped her arms around you from behind, gently whispering an -"it's going to be okay"
You knew exactly what she was talking about and you couldn't help but let out a choked sob that was drowned out by the music and noise of the party-goers around.
Everything faded out of your mind as you progressed through the song. But each time you had to sing it, those memories rushed back into your mind unfortunately unlocking all the emotions and feelings you had once felt for Jesy every time. At first, you hated it and tried to refrain from singing the song, however, it was no hope as management had put it on your setlist for almost all your shows.
It was then that you had also begun to realise that no matter how hard you tried not to think about the brunette. She was just that one person that you were always going to have feelings for.

Just an Excuse- Kendall Jenner
It had been approximately three hours since you had left for your work at the local High school and just that same amount of time since you had last seen Kendall.
The atmosphere in the classroom was loud and hectic. Since the beginning of the lesson, you had struggled to settle the grade nines down due to them being excited about having to get to play an instrument or two.
The bashing of instruments and loud squeals was the only thing you could hear as your gaze locks on the group of boys towards the back of the music room. All three of them were singing- well shouting the words to a song you had never heard of at the top of their lungs.
As much as you wanted the students to have fun in your lessons, you didn't want any other staff to come in and tell you off from how noisy they're being. So as always you told the three they can carry on what they're doing as long as they aren't that noisy.
You give the trio a smile as they happily obliged even going as far as hitting the keys on the keyboard very softly. After a while, the three began to cheer capturing your attention once again.
One of the three notices your gaze and immediately beckons you over, practically bouncing in his seat. You head over to them being careful not to bump into any of the working students.
"Miss, Miss! How does this sound?"- He was practically bursting with excitement along with the other two who took a deep breath. You immediately knew what the two boys without an instrument were going to do as soon as the one at the piano pressed the first key.
You chuckled as they immediately began to sing the song from earlier, each word that left their mouths was either very dramatic or really loud. This went on for a solid minute before the wrong key was pressed and the two stopped singing and groaned at the dark brunette. The young lad shrugged off the groans from the other two and looked up at you with a broad smile. -"How was it?! Was it good?"
You let out another chuckle at the boy's enthusiasm and nod your head. The song was good even though the words made no sense but you were still truthful to the three and told them how they could improve the song. They listened intently which was unusual for them as they were usually the kind who enjoyed messing about.
Just as you were finishing up with them another student called you alerting you that someone was at the door. You shout a quick come in and turn around to see your girlfriend of a year walk in, each small step quite hesitant as everyone's gaze was stuck on her.
You look at the woman quizzically whilst she smiles at the sight of you, lifting up her hand revealing a bag in her grasp. You hadn't a clue as to what it was but the curiosity within you made you go over to her and take the bag out of her hand. -"You forgot your lunch. I'll see you at home" She plants a kiss on your cheek and then she's gone.
You could feel your face heat up as the touch of her lips seemed to linger on your cheek. You looked down at the bag in your clutch sceptically before averting your gaze to your lunch bag sat by your chair.
You laughed softly as everything seemed to click and you headed back to your desk not before telling everyone to get back to work.
The rest of the day ended up going by in a breeze and before you even knew it, you were in your and Kendalls shared home. You drop your bag down by the door and head into the living room where your girlfriend was usually situated by the end of the day.
You sat down beside her throwing an arm around her shoulder. She immediately sinks into your side and lets out a content sigh switching her phone off and dropping it softly to the ground.
"You're back early"- She smiles a toothy smile shifting slightly so that her face was moved into your side. -"Well, why wouldn't I be? The love of my life is waiting for me"- You playfully joked but spoke truthfully. Kendall didn't say anything, she just turned her further into your side trying to hide the smile forming on her face.
"And I did have to come and say thank you for such a divine second lunch you got me"- You smirked as the girl giggles lifting her head to look at you.
"I thought you forgot to pack it. You know how forgetful you are"- She didn't look you in the eye causing your smirk to grow wider.
"Are you sure it wasn't just an excuse to see me?"
Kendall's face flushed slightly as she buries her head into your side again. -"I just missed you that's all"- her voice was muffled but you could still make out the words.
"That's adorable"- you teased her and she playfully punched your leg. You throw your one hand in the air in an act of surrender -"Okay Okay. I'm sorry"- you tell her, -"Not sorry"- you add whispering under your breath but yet still Kendall manages to hear it.
She pulls away from you again pouting whilst crossing her arms like a little kid who didn't get their favourite sweet from shops. -"I'm not adorable."

Mad At Disney- Kendall Jenner
For as long as Kendall had lived, she had always believed that a prince was all she would ever need for her happily ever after to come true. To her young self life was nothing but an incomplete fairy tale just waiting for the ending to come too and make her dreams a reality with a loyal and faithful man by her side.
As time grew on and the girl flourished, the gracious future she had planned out for herself had been picked away as she was slowly revealed to the cruel and harsh reality of the world around her. The boys in her school were nothing of a prince portrayed in all those Disney movies she had loved. In fact, they were quite the opposite, they made themselves out to be more of the villain in her story like the horrid stepmother and stepsisters in Cinderella, or like Jafar and Gaston and Claude Frollo except they hadn't the even tiniest of likings to her.
It was a good thing she reciprocated their feelings.
Since the discovering of the villainous demeanour most of those had reeked, she had found herself lying in her bed from days on end just questioning the trance the unrealistic realities Disney had managed to print into her head. It felt almost wrong to her about the fact that maybe she just wasn't destined to be happy.
Well, that was until Kylie brought you over for a sleepover that one fateful day. And just then Kendall thought that maybe the reason she had thought that her original destiny was false was that maybe she just wasn't interested in boys.
At first, when the girl had succumbed to the realisation, she was so confused about it all as Disney had always taught her that a romance between a man and a woman was natural and was always bound to happen at some stage in her life, and nothing about a possible romance forming between those of the same sex. For that ever so reason, she had ended up thinking that something was wrong with her.
She practically ended each day crying herself to sleep afraid to ask those around her if it was deemed acceptable for what she was feeling at that exact moment. Nobody had noticed the change in mood the girl had not so subtly been eliciting except for you.
Kylie had always had you come to the house just to hang out or whatever reason she could come up with, so it wasn't strange for you to notice the peculiar way Kendall had been acting since you first met her.
At first, you had shrugged it off just assuming the girl was going through something and just wanted to be alone. But as time flew by you had become increasingly worried as you had seen less and less of Kendall every time you had come over.
Initially, you had asked the youngest Jenner what was wrong with her sister but she shrugged her shoulders and muttered something along the lines of "being moody" before going back to her strawberry kombucha. You rolled your eyes at your best friend swiftly pushing yourself away from the kitchen counter and stalking all the way to Kendall's room.
You didn't even get the chance to even announce your presence when you heard a soft voice telling you to come in.
Kendall sat up a little straighter on her bed, the sheets pulling down slightly whilst she clutched the white cloud-like pillow to her chest. She sent you a weary smile before pushing the tip of her chin into the pillow, resting her head.
Her eyes were red and swollen, an evident sign that the girl had most likely been crying. You gazed at the girl sympathetically, moving yourself over to her bed and sat near the bottom. Kendall delicately removed her hand from her pillow and gently patted the barely touched covers beside her gesturing for you to move closer to her.
You oblige and make yourself comfy on top of the duvet. Just as you relaxed into the headboard Kendall dropped her head down onto your shoulder, her hair falling past her face slightly.
"Are you okay?"- You questioned the girl softly, Kendall nodded, head rubbing against your clothed shoulder.
-"I just feel alone"- the dark brunette confessed, gaze stuck on the now slightly crumpled bedsheets.
"How so?"
Kendall shrugs, -"It feels like there's something wrong with me, and I don't want to tell anyone in case it really is true."
You knitted your brows together, shifting in your spot so that your body was tilted in her direction. You lift her head so that she was now looking at you. -"There's nothing wrong with you candle"
Kendall took her bottom lip between her teeth and diverted her gaze away from you, a sullen look taking over her. -"There is, and its the fact that my family might not accept me for who I am is what is worrying me"
"Oh"- you breath out somewhat finally understanding what she was talking about. -"It just feels wrong to feel this way about girls. Disney didn't tell me anything like this would happen."- Kendall continued bottom lip quivering, not really understanding the fact that she had just come out to you. Kendall tried to blink the tears away but before she knew it they had already escaped and were now slowly tumbling down one by one, like a raindrop on a car window that you would bid on to see if it wins a race against others.
You brushed her tears away and gently place her head back onto your shoulder. -"Disney didn't prepare you for these feelings, it only prepared you for the doomed alternate future you would have if you stuck to being with men"
Kendall continued to sob into you but let out a nod showing that she acknowledged your words. -"I'm just so mad at it,"- her voice broke slightly, -"I don't know why I ever believed in it"
Kendall's sobs resolved into sniffles and she let her head drop off your shoulder momentarily before nestling it into the crook of your arm. She pushed herself further down her bed so that her arm could wrap securely around you. -"Cuddle me. Please."- She whispered.
You were obliged to shift down so that the girls head was properly placed on your shoulder and wrapped your arms around her.
Kendall knew she couldn't be mad at the cartoon company for long, no matter how upset she was with it she wasn't able to hold a grudge. Instead, she just spent the remainder of her afternoon situated securely between your arms that moulded perfectly over her body without a worry on her mind.

Royalty - Jesy Nelson
Being part of Royalty has its perks but over time those perks have a way of becoming rather tedious.
This was true for the Princess of Avonlea, Jessica Nelson, or as her closest relatives say Jesy. Since the perks had begun to retire, she had found herself looking for new things to keep her entertained.
She knew every crook and cranny of the kingdom, every escape route, every guard, every servant, but the one thing she didn't know was what was behind the golden gates that lead down to an opening in the forest of trees.
She would often admire the scenery of it from her bedroom window, which is where she finds herself now.
Her gaze stuck on the window, the faint gold of the gate blinging in the sunlight as it opens welcoming her father back from his weekly trip to his long-time friends down in a different kingdom. She had begged her father to go with him, but it wasn't a princess's duty to leave the walls of the castle. It was rather the Kings and Princes- the King in search for an applicant fit suit for the Princess, or the prince to go out and marry the nearest Princess to his liking. However, the reason her father going out all the time was not for the search of a companion for her, for she was still below the age of her meeting the requirements to marry a prince, but rather for the use of having fun with a friend- that had a son.
She had met her father's friend once or twice, but the old man had not lived up to her standards. The older King seeming rather conceited and narcissistic, just like her own. She had also met his son, Orson, an older lad just a year older than her. He was charming at first, but then he started to act like his father which threw the girl off him rather quickly. So now the thought of having to marry someone that her father chose makes her sick to the stomach. The two never got along and were nothing alike, so it was bound that the old ruler would choose someone more like him than his daughter.
Jesy sucks in her breath as her tailor pulls the string on her new corset tightly. The action pulling the girl's waist and stomach in harshly, but also lifting her breasts in support. It felt like the wind was almost knocked out of her and the brunette was left gasping for a breath.
The tailor proceeds to tie the string together before helping the young adult in a new gown that her mother had got made just for her.
"Twirl." The tailor demands stepping back, a clothing pin sticking out between his lips. Jesy does as told and twirls delicately, the dress lifting slightly.
The tailor seemed to approve of the action as he takes the pin from his lips and packs his stuff away.
Jesy thanks him, watching him leave before she steps closer to the arched window in her bedroom. She peers closer past the guards who are seeming to reopen the gates to the castle, and at a small carriage filled to the brim with boxes. You and your father sit in the front. Your father, a rather mediocre burly man with a moustache wearing a cloth dungaree that looked as though it seemed to have seen better days. And You, sporting a twice turned gown, the colour of Jesy's black buttons on her dress.
She has not seen people not so royal enter the kingdoms gates for as long as she could remember. But then again, when one from outside would venture in she would be kept hidden in hopes for the 'behaviour' of the less fortunate would not rub off on her.
However, on this day it was different.
A knock on Jesy's door tears her attention away from the window. Her mother's head appears from behind the double doors, a warm smile coating her lips. "Jessica." Her mother proceeds to enter the room, her eyes trailing over her daughter's body. "You look beautiful. Fits your physique quite nicely."
"Thank you." Jesy bows to her mother, picking the sides of her new dress up gently. "Was there anything you needed?"
Her mother purses her lips, "Yes, we have some guests from the village."
"The village?" Although Jesy does tend to dream about leaving the castle to see what lies ahead. She has left the comfort of the home a few times but it was years ago and the distant memory rather seems like a dream to the Princess - which is why she chooses to falsely believe that her parents don't want her going out.
"The one just outside the gates." The mother raises a brow and her lips form into a frown, "Has your father not taken you out to, see?"
Jesy shakes her head causing her mother to sigh, "That man, I swear." She mutters to herself but Jesy was just able to catch it. A smile shortly after makes its way onto the Queen's face "Anyhow, come along now, don't want our guests waiting too long."
Jesy follows her down to the foyer of the castle where the man, your father, and you stand in front of the King. The burly man in the dungaree laughs merrily at her fathers' words, but the Princess could tell it's just to not get on his bad side.
"Her Royal Highness." The man notices the girl and bows down slightly, you do the same with a curtsy.
Jesy gives a small smile her too bowing down only to be shortly stopped by her mother. "Jessica, this is Y/f/n and his daughter Y/n. Y/n will be a help for you."
Jesy's eyebrows clash together, "A help? I thought Mr Wilburn was my help?", Her father laughs at her words.
"He's just a tailor, not a help."
The Princess frowns and her father continues to laugh.
"Okay, hush now dear." The Queen places a hand on her husbands' arms making his laughter die down. "Y/n is going to be your help, but also be someone to keep you company."
"Company? Where are you two going?"
"Your father and I are going out to find a suitor for you." Her mother replies, "But we will only be leaving in a few days just to make sure Y/n gets settled in properly."
Jesy's frown deepens and her jaw clenches slightly. "Oh." Having heard enough from her parents, she turns to face your father who was now standing nervously, his hands peering behind the straps of his dungarees. Jesy puts on a fake smile "It was nice to meet you, sir." She turns to you, "And you Y/n, but I am afraid I will not be needing a Help or company. I have the staff and guards to do that."
"Jessica!" Her father huffs appalled at his daughters' behaviour. "This is supposed to benefit you and the Y/l/n's."
"How does it benefit me? Because you two must go out and find me a suitor, a possible eligible heir for the throne. I'm perfectly capable of taking over."
The King raises his brows in surprise before he doubles over and a sheer pure laugh of amusement comes barrelling out of his mouth. Jesy groans and storms off back to her room.
"I'm sorry about all this. I do not have a clue on what's gotten into her lately." The Queen profusely apologises to you and your father whilst the King continues to laugh his lungs out.
***
Jesy now stands in her usual spot by her window, staring out into the open. Her face is emotionless as she chooses not to let anyone see how she feels about what had just happened - despite releasing her anger down in the foyer.
It had only been a mere few minutes from when she stormed off to where her mother now stands once again with her head shoved from behind Jesy's door.
"Darling?" Her mother calls out, a slight frown curved on her lips. "Are you okay?"
Jesy doesn't acknowledge the woman's presence, rather her gaze continues to focus on the scenery- only being broken for a few seconds by the sight of your father leaving the castle and the King waving him off with a bright smile.
The Queen steps further into the princesses' room, the door widening enough to reveal you standing cautiously behind the older woman. "Jesy. Can I speak with you?" The Queen says a bit more firmly. Despite having been in the young girls' shoes once before, the woman just couldn't help but let her patience run low with the princess.
"Wait here please." She alerts you and you quickly nod. The Queen closes the door and makes her way over to her daughter.
"Jessica, I know how you are feeling about this." She rests a gentle hand on Jesy's arm. "But this is for the sake of the Kingdom."
Jesy finally looks over to her mother, "I can rule the kingdom myself."
"I know dear, but please listen, your father wouldn't understand that and there won't be much of anything I can do."
Jesy sighs, "I know mum."
The Queen frowns slightly, "How about I try and persuade him to find you someone that you'll like, and better this place."
Jesy stares at her mother in thought. There is possibly no way that the older woman would be able to convince such a man as the King to go against his set task, but a glimmer of hope from the sincerity of her mother's word ignited in the pits of her stomach. She breaks out into a soft smile, "Okay, if you can do that please."
Her mother grins and nods. Jesy continues to speak, "But why are you going to find me a suitor, I'm not of the right age yet. I'll be turning eighteen in a month?"
"Your father wanted a head start like this will be his birthday gift for you. A husband." Jesy frowns and the Queen quickly adds, "That you will love! Anyhow, I'll be gone to show Y/n her room for now. Ms Lee will come to bring you down for tea when it's ready."
***
"Her Royal Highness, tea is almost ready and the Queen would like you to wash up." Ms Lee, a long time staff member of the castle calls for Jesy, bringing the girl out of her enraptured state of thought. Jesy turns to acknowledge the older woman, "Thank you, I will be down now."
The staff member nods her head and whisks away from the room. Jesy heads out of her bedroom and into a nearby bathroom where she quickly washes her hands and straightens out her dress and hair to seem more presentable. After that, she heads down to the banquet hall where a few of the staff members are lined up along the walls, with a few still bringing in plates of food. Her parents and you sit at the table, evenly spread out.
The divine smell of the last meal of the day wafts into the young girl's nose, causing her stomach to grumble quite noisily to her dismay. Jesy mentally sends her thanks to the lord that no one had heard it due to the amount of noise being created in the room.
The girl glides over to her usual seat, which had just so happened to be right opposite to you. Jesy refrains from making eye contact with her father, for she is still greatly unpleased with the man's words and how he treated her just earlier that day. But she manages to make eye contact with her mother who sends a delightful smile her way, obviously glad that the young princess had stripped her mood, even if it is technically only to her. You had taken a look at the girl when she had taken a seat, but your look was discreet and quick so the older girl didn't catch you in the act.
The dinner was quite lengthy to Jesy's dismay, longer than usual, she had to sit at the table due to her parents taking the time to get to know you. She twirls her fork in her hand watching as the pasta that had been served was effortlessly swirling around the metal spokes. Jesy pays no mind to your conversation with her parents until she is forcefully brought into it.
"Jessica." Her mother calls for Jesy, politely dabbing a handkerchief on the sides of her mouth. Jesy looks over to her mother. "I think you should take the time to get to know our guest." Jesy nods at her mothers' request, had not wanting to put up another fight. "Thank you, dear. When you are finished take Y/n up to her room, or yours and just try to get along please."
Jesy sends another soft nod over to the queen and quickly finishes her meal and takes you up to her room.
At first, the both of you don't speak, with Jesy sitting on her bed and you standing cautiously near her cupboard. Until Jesy breaks the silence and introduces herself properly which then leads to you and her falling into a short conversation that ends up with you and Jesy laughing your lungs out on her bed.
The next day, the King and Queen were set off on their voyage, Jesy and You had waved them off and then headed back inside. Since then things were silent. Apart from the few chats Jesy and you had, nothing extremely exciting had happened. It had merely been two weeks since the two authority figures had left when Jesy had begun to start questioning you about the place beyond the walls.
You told her everything. You told her about the family business you help your dad out with, you told her about the market, and you told her about how carrying everyone is.
"It must be nice." Jesy smiles away from you, staring out to the woods. "Living in the village."
"I can take you out to the village." You offer, clasping your hands together in front of you. Jesy turns to you, her brows furrowing "But I'm prohibited from leaving the castle without permission from my parents."
You shake your head, "Her Majesty gave me permission to take you out as long as Sir Kingsley keeps guard of us."
A small smile draws onto Jesy's face and her eyes lighten up with joy, "Really!?" She takes herself away from her window and heads over to you. "That's amazing! Truly splendid. When do we leave?"
Your purse your lips in thought, "Well Princess Jessica it's truly up to you."
Jesy picks her dress up on the sides and heads straight for her walk-in cupboard, "We must leave now!" She pokes her head out from the cupboard, "And you can call me Jesy, no more of this formal stuff."
Jesy slips back into the walk-in cupboard and comes back out a few minutes later, this time in a more casual outfit, a blue pleated dress with a cropped black blazer on top. "Do you need to get dressed, or are you going to go like that?"
You look down at your frail gown and shrug slightly, your hands still clasped together. "I wouldn't want to bother you Prin- Jesy or delay you of your entry to the village. The earlier we leave the longer we can stay."
Jesy smiles and nods, "Then we shall leave right this moment." She grabs your hands and pulls you down to the foyer where Sir Kingsley had just closed the main entrance.
"Sir Kingsley!" Jesy calls for the guard, "Please take us to the village."
The guard eyes the Princess suspiciously before allowing his look to fall onto you. He raises his brows waiting for your confirmation on the request. You send a nod and the man swiftly turns back around and opens the main entrance again. "Come along Princess." He guides you both over to an open carriage and props the door open allowing you and Jesy to get in.
"I didn't expect to have you wanting to go out today Princess, otherwise I would have had the carriage prepared for your travels." Sir Kingsley apologises bowing his head.
Jesy waves her hand in dismissal, "It's perfectly fine." She smiles a contagious smile which causes the guard to mirror the young girls' expression.
***
The day out was delightful and opened up Jesy's eyes to the outside world properly. She had been able to experience many things that had sent her hurtling back into distant memories of when her father had taken her down. Like the puppy that a vendor was holding made her remember when her father had let her pet the small dog, and even carry it around for the remainder of the evening until it was time to go. She had met your father and had grown quite a liking to him, having stayed at his house for dinner. Lastly, You had shown her around and bought her some fruit from the market until Sir Kingsley had notified you both of the time.
"Thank you! Thank you so much for taking me out Y/n." Jesy yells in excitement, dropping down onto her bed.
You bow towards the girl, "Anything for you Princess." You drop down next to Jesy and she swiftly moves onto her side facing you.
The princess sets a gentle hand on your arm and strokes it with the tip of her fingers. You allow your gaze to fall to her touch. "What are you doing?" You question turning to face her. Jesy carefully pushes herself closer to you.
"You." She breathes out, "You make me feel things that I don't know how to control."
You look at the girl shocked, "Oh."
"I hated you- well disliked you merely two weeks ago and now I think I've fallen for you."
You stare at the girl, unsure of what to say until an unknown ball of confidence comes hurtling straight at you and a desire for the girl has its clutch on your gown and it just pulls you in. Until you are left pulling in the royal figure and her lips are on yours.
The kiss is sensual and almost passionate, one Jesy nor you had ever experienced. Jesy pulls you in closer to her, but instead, you shifted your position so that you were straddling her. You sit back and gaze down at the goddess below you and delve right in and peck her lips.
Carefully you slip the black blazer down the Princesses arms and ghost your lips over her partially exposed neck. Jesy drops her head back slightly, relishing in the feeling of you on top of her. This whole experience right now is new to the young girl, she had not done such an act before. It's a rebellious feeling that swarms the girl's head, it intoxicates her and she is left reeling in for more of that feeling.
You part away from her and slip out of your dress before connecting your lips to hers, your hand cupping her cheek while the other holds you up. Jesy sighs warmly into the kiss, her hands trailing down your bare waist.
"Do... you... want... to... do... this?" You question between each break that Jesy would allow.
"Yes."
And from that moment, a forbidden romance had been formed.
***
You were the first to wake from her slumber, slipping out from under Jesy and headed towards the bathroom- not before slipping on your clothes.
You open the tap and rinse your toothbrush before applying a slick layer of toothpaste. You quickly brush your teeth and rinse your mouth and stand back up only to be met by Jesy standing directly behind you.
A gasp escapes your mouth and you settle your hand over your heart. Jesy laughs at your reaction, taking a step closer towards you, she then rests her hands on your clothed waist. "Goodmorning." She hushes resting her head on your shoulder.
You lean back into the royal figure, "Morning."
Jesy moves her hands so now that her arms are wrapped around your abdomen. "How was last night?" You question and Jesy blushes profusely.
"It was nice."
You trail a finger over Jesy's arm with a smile. "Had you done it with someone else?"
Jesy shakes her head and your smile drops down into a frown. "What!? You should've told me. I would have gone slow."
Jesy giggles burying her head in the crook of your neck, "It's fine."
The two of you stand there for a few more seconds, enjoying the presence of each other when you're ripped apart by a loud bang on the door. Jesy jerks away startled and quickly peaks her head out the door where Ms Lee is stood concerned.
Jesy steps out and closes the door before the staff member could see you. "Ms Lee? Did you need anything?"
"I just came to check up on you. You sounded quite ill last night." Jesy turns red at the older woman's words. "Yes I was, but there's no need to worry, I'm doing perfectly fine now."
Ms Lee nods at Jesy's words but she still holds a face of concern, "Well if you need anything, you know where to find me."
The older woman then leaves and Jesy slips her head back into the bathroom.
"I think we were a bit too loud."
You raise your brows and laugh slightly, "Oh really?"
Jesy rolls her eyes playfully, "Yes. Now come on, we have to go get something to eat."
***
A mere two more weeks had passed and You and Jesy were closer than ever. You had done everything with her, took her out on dates to secluded spots in which you had discovered months before on having to work for the Royals. Taught her how to bake a couple of things when no one was around and eventually You moved into her room with her.
Jesy had deeply loved and enjoyed the last few weeks with you, but as the time comes closing in with her parents' grand arrival, the crashing reality of what she had been doing with you had taken a dark and unsettling turn. For a few days, she had been feeling quite queasy and tried to distance herself away from you, an action made to reduce the pain of your departure from her life. You had started to notice this and eventually had enough of the silence from the girl and got her to open up to you.
Your heart cracked.
"Let's run away," You suggest grabbing onto Jesy's shaking hands. The Princess looks up with her teary eyes, "What?"
"Let's run away." You repeat, "Start our own family. Live a normal life."
Jesy tears her gaze away from you, "What about everyone here? The staff, My mother. I can't just leave them."
You place a hand on her cheek and pull her attention back onto you. "They'll understand."
Jesy shakes her head, "I can't. My whole life is here, I can't just drop it."
You frown, heart sinking, "Then we can make one here."
"Two Queens? That type of thing is unheard of. It will cause chaos, denial."
"We can change that Jes."
Jesy shakes her head, "No we can't. It will forever be a King and Queen. A King will always be the most important. No one would take us seriously if there were to be two Queens ruling."
Jesy moves from out of your grasp, and she doesn't look at you. "I think it's best that you leave. Our affair can no longer continue."
You nod, tears swelling in your eyes while your heart completely breaks. "Understood Her Royal Highness" You curtsy and quickly walk out but stop at the door for a second. "Just know Princess of Avonlea, that if you need an escape, I will be here for you."
Jesy doesn't respond, she stares down at her feet waiting for her room door to close shut. And then the tears come hurling out, her heartaches terribly and her chest feels like it's closing in. But she pushes past the feeling and situates herself in her usual spot by the window, watching down at the newly arrival of the Prince (And her parents) she will soon have to marry talking to one of the staff and you leaving the premises completely and utterly distraught.
The Princess of Avonlea will have to get reaccustomed to her daily routine.
