Dealing with problems in the dark

Feeling inconsistent to start

For one

Secondary measures ain’t adding up

Pride and hope lost trust

Baby I’m not lying

I don’t wanna lose us

I’ve shown where my heart lyes

So choose up

I’m in a daze

Gleaning for a better way to lend my praise

I think lust only shows you ways

The devil loves an idol mind

Seek God for true love divine

Nothing weighs heavier than the trinity

Your jealousy is missing me

And honestly

I’ve no time

Playing games was a childish nature

I’m saying my aim is to nurture

Foster hope

Grow deep

Plant joy

Water it from the sweat of my working hands

And see what I reap

Sleep child

The moon has come to ease you into neverland

Let me guide you with my better hand

How clever is my plan

Do you not understand

God laughs at our angst

Yet every night we give thanks

For tomorrow’s sun is never promised

And these vessels we hold are loaned

May Hell we pass

As climb steps to the pearly gates

St. Peter waits

Salvation deliberates

Peace delegates

Time hates eternity

Just like

The devil looms at night

Just like

Death respects no man

Just like

Angels cry every time a saint falls

And the heavens mourn

I dream of the divide

Should heaven and hell split wide

Pray my lot not be mentioned

Eventually destined

The Phoenix soars

And streaks wonders cross the night sky

Why?

Asked regret

Because

Fate decided

When

Cowered fear

Love held its breath

And passed out waiting for a response

Two hearts enjoined as one

Here where worlds collide

The cost inclined

Love ain’t free

It’s a battlefield indeed

The price is well...

The poet tells no lie

Not even for the sake of a rhyme

The cost is damn high

That’s why

Buyer’s beware

A heart should never be bought

The refund is ugly

Layaway is not available

Contempt is free

Greed is working overtime

Looking for the company misery seeks

Meekness searches for its inheritance

Guilt needs more evidence

Kindness is waiting for deliverance

From the cares of this ugly ugly world

But fear not

Redemption is nigh
