This book contains 64 chapters, although it's fatigue to read but I'm so glad that this book is much worth to read because of it's glamorous ending. This is a story about gangsters who hide their secret identities and they have mission to protect Lady Butterfly's true identity from those gangs who tried to destroy them which they called it " Spiders Gang". Their gang was known as "Shadow's Gang" and every battle of every gangs were held at Underworld Arena, an organization created to handle gangs in country and the shadows gang are the top gang in the Philippines, they are also partners with NBI so everything that occurred in underworld is legal.

A campus princess, Lizia "Zia" Santillan or known as Lady Butterfly. She is the rank 1 in shadows gang, great in different techniques in fighting; be it melee or hand-to-hand combat among several people, or long range. She is good in planing and everything seems nice to her. A girl that is idolized and envied by many because of her beauty, skills, brave, intellect and everything about her seems perfect. The founder and leader of gang is her stepbrother, Lawrenz "Renz" De Vera or known as Pain. He is the rank 2 in shadows and he specializes in sword fights, melees and specially martial arts. She have also tied in ranking selection. The another rank 1 in shadows, Mark Lhester Zapanta or known as Death. He is handsome, good in everything and chased by many women. The rank 3 in shadows is Blake Samaniego or known as Black Cat, the ninja and spy in shadows gang. Oliver Fuentabella or known as Viper, the rank 4 in shadows. He is the well-trained in computer, melee combats and the great hacker in shadows. The rank 5 in gang, Kevin Villaluis or known as Sniper. His code name may be sniper but he doesn't operate alone; he works together with shadows and he is the best sharpshooter in gang.

Lizia entered the shadows gang because she wants to avenge the death of her sister Iriz because one of the member of Spider's gang raped her sister in front of her, and she wants to get the justice she need. She was in a mission by that time when her unexpected first kiss with Lhester happened and a few days passed when her stepbrother Renz unexpected kissed her. That was so awkward moment, though your stepbrother have feelings for you and you also admire him but there is something that bothers you. Rochelle the first love of Renz and Sonrex the trigger of Oliver were came. They want to be back again but Renz reject rochelle because he fell inlove with her stepsister and Oliver accept sonrex because he still loves her. Rochelle was angry when Renz rejected her. She found out that renz fell inlove with lady butterfly so she challenged her to fight her. Lady butterfly agreed to her challenge. When Rochelle was in danger, Lady Butterfly saved her. Rochelle thanked Lady butterfly for saving her life. Rochelle set Renz free because she knew they will never be together again, and she want renz to be happy with the girl made him fell inlove.

Lizia was confused about what she feels for her stepbrother. Her father gave her a ticket to have some vacation in cebu, to think what's the best and have time to take rest. Her father knew what was happening to her and he said "Use your heart sometimes but then, if your mind won't agree, you better just ignore and let time solve it". I think Lizia's father said is right, it made me realize that we should let the time to solve it. Her father also sent his stepbrother to New York to get some information about Spiders gang. Before zia returns home, her twin invited by NBI to substitute as her because Spiders are moving to find lady butterfly. They found out that she had a twin when she came home. She is Lufia "Fia" Santillan or known as Red butterfly. Fia was traumatized after the accident of her mother, she was sent to Japan and taken care by her grandfather.

Zia and Lhester are on a mission. They drove the Chopper and they don't know that there was a bomb inside. They jumped down when they suspected there was something different about the chopper and they were right, the chopper was explode. They reach to an island where there no people around and only two of them were there. They were trapped on the island for three days and that three days they start falling in love. Zia fell in love with lhester, she don't know why, she just felt comfortable with Lhester. Lhester is really different, he is always there especially when zia needed help and when she felt alone. Lizia and Lhester became lovers but they hid it because zia don't want to hurt his stepbrother feelings.

They were at Underworld Arena when Renz saw Zia and Lhester are kissing. Renz was truly hurt by what he saw. Yes, Zia have something for her stepbrother brother but she also love Lhester. Lhester gave zia a time to think and decide who will she choose. It's been a week when zia decide, and Lhester knew from the start that Zia will choose her stepbrother, so he let Zia free, all he wanted is to see zia happy even though he is not the reason of Zia's happiness.

Zia and Renz are now officially in a relationship but Zia felt that there was something different. Zia hasn't realized yet, what she has feel for renz is just admiration but the truth is, zia feels lonely when Lhester is not around. Her twin make a way to express who really Zia love is. Zia realize that he love Lhester than his stepbrother, she realizes that she can't lose Lhester. When the time that she will admit it to Lhester, Lhester got accident and he have a post-traumatic amnesia injury. He forgot the last three to four years of his memory. Zia and Lhester only met three years ago.

The NBI was arrive and they arrested Lhester, because they have evidence that Lhester is the traitor in shadows gang, Zia make a way to prove that Lhester was not the traitor. Zia found out that the true traitor is Kevin "sniper" he want justice that's why he's taking revenge to zia's family because Zia's grandfather killed his parents. Now, Kevin is in Jail to pay his mistakes. Lhester didn't really have amnesia, Fia had just planned it. By the way, Fia and Renz were engaged because of arrange marriage. Renz have obligation and responsibility for what happened to them. Now, Lizia and Lhester are now officially together. One and a half years later, Lizia Santillan is walking down the aisle, looking the man has caught her heart and she said "I might arrest him for stealing my heart but maybe, loving him back is the best punishment." and Lhester is watching the girl he dreamed to marry and he said "Because I love you truly, because you love me too, my greatest happiness is sharing life with you." The ceremonials begin and now they start the new future together. Lhester and Her Lady Gangster live happily ever after.
