Have you ever had the desire to go on a spontaneous run, but felt restricted due to having on inadequate footwear? Have you ever had to pack a change of shoes for an event later in the day that requires a different type of footwear for more difficult terrain? Good thing you are in luck, because in 2002 a man by the name of Scott Seamans founded Crocs incorporation. “Over the past 10 years, Crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes”(Facts). Since then millions of lives have been impacted by the unique style and extreme comfortability.Crocs provide each individual an advantage over any other footwear on the market. Crocs allow each user the ability to look stylish whether they are being worn for comfort and support, affordability for great quality, or even for athletic purposes.

Unlike other shoes Crocs have a very unique ventilation system. The pre-cut holes throughout the Croc shoe allow air to access your feet when you need it most. I know many of you may ask, how can such a great looking shoe actually provide great support for your body? The answer is very simple. Each Croc is made with “a lot of inner support, heel cups and massaging heel nubs, and arch support”(Feature). This makes Crocs the ideal footwear for anyone with foot problems, or for anyone trying to avoid foot problems. Which should be everyone. Not only are Crocs used for foot problems but people have been known to use them for their back pain, and knee pain as well. Doctor Glickman once stated, "I wear them when I'm operating for three or four hours at a time and I get the sense I'm standing on water -- no leg pain, no back pain and no arch pain"(Feature). A fact that may be mind blowing is that Crocs are actually recommended to patients who have diabetes. “Because people with diabetes have reduced circulation in their feet, Glickman says, they're at higher risk for open sores and wound infection. The spare room and antibacterial properties of Crocs help combat these problems”(Feature).

The best feeling in the world isn’t getting a good deal on an item; The best feeling in the world is getting a good deal on an item that you know is the best quality.The quality of each Croc shoe is incomparable to any other. A website claims to have the cheapest shoe to help with arch support and back pain. The Orthaheel Walker shoe is being sold for $99. Not to mention all the other orthopedic shoes that are being sold for much more. Meanwhile Crocs are being sold from $29-$50 depending on select styles. If that doesn't make you want to run out of this room, go to the nearest mall and buy a pair for yourself I don’t know what will.

Do you face the everyday struggle of changing your footwear to accommodate each activity? No longer is that necessary! Crocs are your go to shoe for any trial you may face throughout the day. Although Crocs were originally “intended to be for boating, with its’ non-slip tread and waterproof tendencies” they quickly became the most multi-purpose shoes on the market”(Feature).Whether it’s for shopping, river-rafting, hiking, rock-climbing, or even skydiving. Crocs easily allow you to wear them for every activity. When things get too rough and you feel as if one Croc may just slip off don’t fret! All you must do is push the fancy back-strap back to secure your foot inside, and you will be well on your way. Other footwear like the commonly used flip-flop can be dangerous while doing such adventurous activities. "Crocs offer more protection for your feet than flip-flops, flip-flops don't provide a lot of arch support; they're open-toed so you can stub your toe and hurt yourself. Crocs offer more protection and comfort than that”(Feature). Not to mention how fashionable you will look while wearing this product.

Next time you are in the store I recommend you take a minute to reflect back on what shoe will provide you with the most comfort and support, but heed my warning; once you try on a pair of Crocs I guarantee you won’t be taking them off anytime soon. So prepare to walk out of the store in your brand new Crocs. Don’t forget to take into account the affordability for the great quality you are about to purchase and how many different ways you will be able to wear your Crocs. Make sure you realize what a great investment you are about to make. It’s not everyday that you get to spend such a small price for something of such great quality, style, and comfort.
