I know history.

I know what happens when you start reducing a part of the population to what it costs to give them the treatment they are receiving now (no matter how good or bad the treatment is).

Those who have studied history probably know the exact examples I am thinking about when I say I know where this goes.

I pray it doesn't go there.

Not just for me but for those who can't mask their neurodivergence like I can. Even if they are the percentage that are unable to work, their lives are not useless and the price tag for getting them the help they need isn't a factor in deciding their worth as a person.
