265 pounds to 135 pounds in 1.5 years. I honestly never thought I would actually lose weight and came to terms w the fact I was going to be obese forever. However in 2015 something changed within me, I realized I didn鈥檛 want to be at risk for an enormous amount of health issues that were inevitably coming my way, including death. Make the change, you absolutely won鈥檛 regret it. I promise that if I can do it ANYONE can, it truly is mind over matter. You can and you absolutely will do this, trust the process and love the journey.
