intern boo seungkwan — medical school intern who is best friends with chwe vernon, lee chan, and y/l/n y/n. is always teasing chan about his feelings for y/n but is secretly his biggest supporter. he is a consistent member of dr. moon junhui's gossip sessions as he provides the doctors with information about the other interns.

intern chwe vernon — medical school intern who is best friends with boo seungkwan, lee chan, and y/l/n y/n. also bullies chan about his crush on y/n but is his biggest supporter #2. is the most sane one out of the interns but also has his "breaking the fourth wall" moments at the hospital.
