Just looked at a blog where the header description said 'sometimes I reblog posts I like so I don't forget them'.

And I feel like that, right there, explains so much about how the site has changed in the last few months.

People now think reblogging is an unusual behaviour, rather than a default.

Tumblr newbies, please, for the love of baby Jesus, reblog the posts you like. That is the whole reason the site exists - for you to collect all your shiny fandom objects in a single space. Which you can organize to your heart's content. Or not organize at all, if that's your jam.

Our blogs are intended to be collections of posts, not collections of likes.

i CONSUMED it ends with us today and I sobbed like a little baby. I feel like someone broke up with me. Like literal heartbreak. Curling up into a fetal position as we speak.

I had a change in my work environment that very positively affected my mindset and I’m really hoping I’ll get myself to write sometime soon :)

I keep lying to myself and telling myself i’ll be fine to write on the weekend but the truth is i’m completely burned out, stressed and in a depressive episode. I want to write so badly, for myself and for you. I can’t like this. My mind is full of everything else and inspiration is hard to come by. Recently I had a sudden urge of inspo and wrote a whole rough draft of a very interesting new concept i’d want to try but now its sitting in my documents and I haven’t edited it in weeks. I’m so sad about this
