Going through my custom artwork forms, I’ve noticed a lot of requested pieces are actually items I’m planning on creating anyways, so instead of having someone wait months or even years for a custom piece, I thought I’d share some of my future art projects. Recipes: Smoked Salmon on Pita Bread, Deviled Eggs, Avocado Toast

If you haven’t seen my first YouTube video, check it out! I prepared afternoon tea for me and my mom. Read more for the recipe, which is simple enough for everybody to make!

Smoked Salmon on Pita Bread

Ingredients:

Smoked salmon

1/4 onion, diced

2 Roma tomatoes, diced

Capers, diced

Pita bread or naan

Instructions:

Place smoked salmon on pita bread or naan. 

Sprinkle diced onions, diced Roma tomatoes, and diced capers. 

Cut into fours then serve.

Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1/4 onion, diced

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon mustard

Tibasco hot sauce, to taste

Paprika

Instructions:

Boil water. Once water is at a rolling boil, carefully place in eggs. Cook for 15 minutes.

Prepare an ice bath for the eggs.

Peel egg shells then dry eggs with paper towel.

Slice hardboiled eggs in half.

Separate the egg yolks from egg whites. Place egg whites on serving dish. Crumble egg yolks with a fork.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, and diced onions. Mix to combine.

Place a plastic bag in a tall glass to use as a makeshift piping bag. Place egg yolk mixture in bag then cut off the end.

Pipe out egg yolk mixture in egg whites.

Sprinkle paprika.

Refrigerate until time to serve.

Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

2 avocados

4 slices of bread

Garlic salt, to taste

Baby spring greens

Instructions:

Toast bread.

Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Place avocado in bowl and smash.

Add garlic salt and mix to combine.

Smear avocado on toast.

Top with baby spring greens.

Cut into halves then serve.
