I'm sitting at work. I have another 7 hours left until I am off. And I just keep replaying different ways I can kill myself. All I want deep in my heart is to die. And everyone in my life thinks I am beyond selfish for these thoughts. I can't apologize enough to them. I just don't know what to do anymore. I can't save myself. Me very bluntly asking for help gets ignored. I don't know what to do. I am ready to just end it all.
