Having a hard time finding a good tutorial. All the articles I am finding are many years old, and the Wordpress documentation is surprisingly sparse. Looking for a bit of guidance. Thanks! via /r/ProWordPress

Hello everyone,PLEASE READ:I now have completely revised the plans and they are now professional grade, using pro-level software and templates.Been working with an athletic organization for only a few days but I’m picking things up quickly! I've also done bodybuilding and powerlifting in the past, and just need to pay some bills. I will make and guide you like most of the athletes that come into our company. I will give you all access to information and resources celebrities and athletes buy from nutritionist and fitness specialists for LESS THAN 10% of the cost. I just want to make information available to all, and I need to pay some bills as well. To note: I am not selling company information. I am selling information I have acquired over years and years of research on the internet. The meal plan is $10 and the exercise plan is $10. Can buy both or buy either or seperately. What will I specifically do? I will design a meal plan taking into account your weight, height, sex, age and level of activity, using 3 different theoretical equations, including the Harris-Benedict equation to determine your ideal calories. I will break it down per macro. I will then send you personalized meal preps based on your preferences of what you like and don't like. Additionally, I will send you effective exercise plans for all levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.Vouches? I have been selling diet plans for a long time on this subreddit. I am one of the most vouched, most trusted, and most experienced sellers on this subreddit. Send me a message if you are interested. With the help of the new software, my new plans include a 40-60 page PDF including:Meal Plan SummaryMeal PlanMeal Plan w/ Nutrient InfoMeal Plan w/ MicronutrientsRecipesShopping ListNutritional DetailNutritional ExcessesNutritional DeficienciesThe meal plan is $10 and the exercise plan is $10. Can buy both or buy either or seperately. The official transition time is within 24 hours of purchase, I will deliver you your meal plan. No one will wait more than 24 hours for their plan. Thanks! If you have any concerns, I have much more time available now, so please PM me and I will respond with any and all concerns via /r/slavelabour

I'm learning more about SEO. I've got the feeling that a fair amount I'm reading about how to get started with SEO is outdated. I was wondering, what are low-hanging fruits for SEO, which still work in 2019? via /r/SEO

Hey! I'm doing a short survey to see how everyone is developing with WP, to see if what I'm doing is normal or not and what the general consensus is. I've worked on a WP project that got half a million hits per day and we had to do some weird stuff to keep it working, so I'm curious as to how everyone deals with things. This is aimed at people who write actual code, be it back-end or front-end. People who develop plugins, and people who develop themes. How do you spin up a new WordPress project on a server? What service do you use?Do you often SSH into servers? How do you keep track of several client's PEM files(for ssh) and such things? How do you develop locally? How do you make sure the local server is as close as possible to the production server?Do you use source control? What IDE do you use?How do you create a new plugin? How do you create a new theme?Do you use WordPress templating systems or something else?(eg: Timber)Do you use WordPress only for its CMS capabilities and create a Single page application that consumes the API?How do you deploy your changes to the production server?Do you use a "test" server to check how your changes affect the live site? How do you rollback changes that happen to have been problematic?I'm really curious to see how you guys go from 0 to finished site, how you handle version control, the tools you use, and how you use them! Thanks :) via /r/Wordpress
