Okay so re-cap for act 1.
So the beta kids and Karkat were the only ones left on the platform. Karkat and John wanted to go in together as friend leaders of their group but John is bring prevented by an invisible wall. Rose was silent this whole time because she knew about this. She explains that John is with them and in the incinisphere simultaneously. When John touched the house juju, it teleported him into a different reality/dimension(4th? 5th??). His breath sprite is flipped because of this.
All of them try to find ways to help John. They all want to stay too, if they could. Dave goes back in time to prevent Karkat from staying. Jade also wants to be with John because she knows how it feels like to be all alone for a long time. Until Jade and Rose had to enter the new universe. John was left all alone for sometime and he still couldn't reach "The End" Then a password input appears but I don't even know. *is shocked* but then you have to go back in order for John himself to put in the password because the POV follows *him*.
