The Guilty’s Reaper
In the streets of Manila where the most dangerous criminals reside. The police aren’t enough to take care of all of them. Some criminals who were truly guilty still manages to avoid the chains of justice. However, there is one man who had made the streets a lot safer. A serial killer who solely targets other killers and other kinds of criminals like rapists, etc… His name is Miguel De Leon. A detective from the homicide department of CIDG. This is why it was so easy for him to find his victims. Whenever there was a suspect, he would stalk them on his own and find evidence proving the suspect was guilty. After this, he would abduct them and bring them into his kill room where he performs his sick and ruthless killings. He would then dump their bodies into the ocean and call it a day. For a long time no one suspected him, not a single one. He’s always seemed like an ordinary guy doing his job as a detective. He blended into society perfectly. Which made him all the more terrifying. Up until one day, his former partner died in the line of duty and was replaced. This new partner of his is different, he’s extremely smart and very experienced. His name is James Santiago, a highly skilled detective whom was a former member of the NBI. He knew something was up with Miguel, and his instincts were dead on. He became suspicious of him because of the fact that Miguel almost seemed like the perfect nice guy that everybody likes but is extremely careful and sneaky. Too careful to the point that James cant dig up anything on him. And so, he resorted to using tactics that are not “by the book”. James planted a gps tracker on Miguel’s car and started tailing him. It took some time but he was finally able to find Miguel’s kill room. There, he discovered the horrifying truth: his partner, Miguel was a serial killer targeting criminals who slipped through the cracks of justice. In a hidden room filled with “trophies” from his victims, Miguel’s brutal vigilante justice was laid bare. James confronted Miguel, who coolly admitted to his actions, justifying them as a twisted form of justice. “You know I did what the law couldn’t,” Miguel said, his eyes cold. James struggled, torn between duty and understanding that Miguel’s actions had made the city safer. But in the end, James knew his choice. He turned Miguel in, ending the reign of “The Guilty’s Reaper” and letting true justice finally prevail.
