☀️ going for a short little walk if you have enough energy, and otherwise opening the window for a bit while you're wrapped in thick fluffy blankets, so you can hear the birds

🍎 making you your favourite meals and cutting the food into pieces for you, bringing you your stuffie and an activity book for something to do

🍼 letting you watch tv but also gently monitoring your screen time

🫧 cleaning your face with the softest, warmest washcloth so you feel all clean and fresh without having to actually wash

🌜 going to bed early, being sung to sleep or listening to an audio book, slowly drifting off
