The final design for my Sinosauropterix acrylic keychains! Im so happy with the design i think the leaves really work. With the prototype that came back i found that the tail was long and prone to snapping so i needed a filler and it turns out that theres an absolutely incredible fossil plant from the same formation as them called Leefructus mirus! Its a prehistoric fossil BUTTERCUP! Ill be selling these at my local con but after that theyll be for same somewhere online possibly kofi?

Allegro Non Troppo does this!
At the end of the Bolero segment, which pays homage to the Rite of Spring from Fantasia, the dinosaur-like creatures turn into skyscrapers, cranes, and bulldozers, representing human-made environmental destruction

This Fossil Friday is a blast from the past! Snapped circa 1960, this photo depicts Tyrannosaurus rex and Triceratops on display in the Museum’s Hall of Late Dinosaurs. These iconic dinosaurs are still on display at the Museum, but they now sit in separate halls. You can find Triceratops in the Hall of Ornithischian Dinosaurs, which displays dinosaurs that are characterized by a backward-pointing extension of the pubis bone. This bone was thought to have helped support the enormous stomachs that these animals needed to digest masses of tough vegetation!
Spot T. rex in the Hall of Saurischian Dinosaurs—saurischians are characterized by grasping hands, in which the thumb is offset from the other fingers. Fun fact: Though we now know it to be incorrect, this specimen’s upright pose inspired many visualizations of the “tyrant lizard” in popular culture, including the unforgettable cover of Michael Crichton’s Jurassic Park.
To see Tyrannosaurus rex, and other incredible dinosaurs, plan your visit.
