I find it strange how people claim to care about sa victims but then get mad whenever we’re represented in media, regardless of it’s good or not.

If it’s portrayed in a good way they say “they shouldn’t be depicting that!! It’s so disgusting!!” Or if it’s portrayed badly it’s “it’s so romanticized ewww!!”

LITERALLY EITHER WAY THEY CRY ABOUT US GETTING AN OUNCE OF REPRESENTATION

I want to be recognized, I want my fellow victims to be seen, we are more important than fictional characters.

and that’s not to mention fiction has been proven over and over to be a safe outlet. It’s controlled and safe. If you wanna stop you can stop. You can do whatever you want with it without harming yourself or a real person.

And I fucking know more people would rather me mess around with fiction and stories than actually do something harmful irl.

Newsflash, trauma doesn't look the same on everyone. Trauma is a highly individual thing. Some people might turn to substances to cope, some might turn hypersexual, some might turn away from social interaction fully, and so on and so forth. Like, how close-minded can you be?? - but it's antis we're talking about so, yeah.
