NAME: Barry Acosta.

LOVE INTEREST: Taylor Kelly.

SUMMARY: Growing up as the second-youngest of seven siblings, Barry had always been used to the camaraderie and chaos of being part of a big family. But when he’d decided, after a failed attempt at college, to move from Boston to Los Angeles and become a firefighter, he’d found himself, for the first time in his life, without a crowded house and the noise and warmth that came from a group of loving siblings. Thankfully, he hadn’t had to wait very long to get back into a situation that was kind of similar to the one he’d had growing up, getting assigned to Firehouse 118 soon after graduating the fire academy and quickly getting roped into the goofy antics and genuine love that encased every inch of this firehouse and its squadron. He gets to share heart-to-hearts with his captain, judge other people in Spanish with Eddie just like he would with his sisters back home, pull pranks on the others with Chim… it’s everything he could have ever wanted out here in LA, a found family who all worm their ways into his heart and make his life so much better. And after a frankly embarrassing first encounter with a beautiful, determined reporter who unfortunately comes to interview the 118th the same day they all accidentally get high, and a sweetly awkward conversation afterwards that goes a lot better, Barry finds the space in his heart for the loved ones he’s found in LA growing that much bigger.

EXTRA INFO:

A boyfriend for Taylor! Because I actually really like her and the writers did her dirty. So.

Basically the only member of the 118 without a tragic backstory. His childhood was great, his parents are loving, he has a great relationship with his siblings, and he really really hates that he’s in the outlier in this.

When Taylor comes to the firehouse to film and they’re all high on the LSD brownies Barry calls her an angel because he’s seeing this big white light surrounding her. He is, of course, very embarrassed about this afterwards, but Taylor assures him it’s fine and that she actually thought it was cute.

They are not actually a slow burn at all!! We’re basically pretending Taylor and Buck were never attracted to each other here, and even though Barry and Taylor are friends first Taylor asks him out pretty quickly and they become a really cute couple. <3

He and Buck are absolute golden retriever himbo besties. Hen likes to call them Thing One and Thing Two (she never specifies which is which, but she says it with love).

five years earlier, princess nimaella - or rather 'nimaella of the rising dawn' - defeated the realm's greatest enemy. with her sword and her dragon, she returned to her kingdom victorious and released the realms' kingdoms back to their more trivial matters. she was a legend, a hero to her kingdom, but such a life was not so easy to lead. her sister, risen to queendom in their parents' passings, had grown distant from her since her return, disgusted by the things nimaella had had to do in her quest. fellow knights who had once fought at her side became jealous and turned from her. the hero nimaella is sown into history, but what of the nim that continued living after that story? through a series of seemingly impossible acts, a mystery unfurls and turns nim's queen-sister and kingdom upon her. she watches how swiftly she becomes a 'monster' in their eyes, no longer their 'beloved hero' as they hurtle blame at her. to protect herself and her dragon, nim runs. when she wakes in the forest to find a familiar face watching over her, she is quick not to trust him - but he seems to be the only one willing to listen to her side of the story. so, with no one else to turn to, nimaella's once-enemy becomes her only ally.

Taveeta Szymanowicz as Theresa Baptiste in Teen Wolf, Season 1

Theresa is not superstitious. It's easy not to be, in a small boring town like hers, until it isn't anymore. Scott McCall makes first line, Allison Argent blows into town, and suddenly everything is topsy turvy.

There is, first of all, the devastation of watching her crush get a girlfriend. She knows she doesn't have a claim on Scott, obviously, but that's kind of the worst part; even if she'd made a move, it wouldn't have mattered. When she got hit with a lacrosse ball last year during their shared practice, he'd run to help her, and a year later, she still couldn't stop thinking about it; Scott, on the other hand, was always helping someone do something, and probably hadn't thought about it since. She wasn't rooting for the guy to be unhappy, obviously, but pining had been a lot easier when no one else noticed him.

There is also the unfortunate fact that Theresa, generally, seems to be noticing a lot more these days. It's hard to accept that the rash of attacks in her town are really animals when she keeps seeing flashes of men with teeth. It's hard to focus when her thigh itches even though there's no scab there. It's hard to enjoy school dances when she has the deep, deep feeling that something is wrong. It's hard to talk to her friends when none of them are seeing what she's seeing and it's hard to figure out what she knows about what's going on when she has gaps in her memory. She'd read once that brains will sometimes do that to protect you, but she doesn't feel safer.

But it doesn't matter. Men don't have sharp teeth and she doesn't have any marks on her body and superstitions don't mean anything. This will pass, as it always does, and Beacon Hills will be boring again.

If Lydia Martin hadn't almost bled out on the lacrosse field the night of the formal, she might've been able to believe that.

scared of my guitar is macie's 4th studio album. released on her 17th birthday, (december 8th, 2015), the album centres around the year she had, and the emotions she was dealing with. considered a sleeper hit by her fans, macie has openly talked about this album being the hardest for her to write, due to it having several songs inspired by and or talking about her complicated relationship with her mother. lead singles include, scared of my guitar, forgot me too featuring sydney jackson from dark elements,, and playing with fire featuring logan mitchell from big time rush.
