On a more serious note, the build-up to That Scene (iykyk) was probably the first time this game has filled me with pure dread, just knowing something horrible is about to happen, and yet it still somehow surpassed my worst expectations.

So people seemed to like the idea of me talking about my interpretations of the limbus abnormalities, so here’s headcannons about my top three favorites to test the waters!!

Skin Prophet (He/him)

-Absolute HATER.

-Spiteful, self-absorbed, wants to kill people, if he had a mouth he would be biting anyone that he dislikes.

-Hates hates HATES when his “work” is interrupted, and thus usually isolates himself.

-Speaking of, he claims that his writing is just transcriptions of visions he’s received, but just how real and accurate these are isn’t clear.

-In my mind he writes down his prophecies the way a stereotypical fujoshi writes fan fiction, but instead of Yaoi it’s extremely distressing yet incomprehensible tellings of the apocalypse.

-Sounds like a mix of AM and Gabriel Ultrakill

-Has just enough self-awareness to occasionally yearn for something more to his existence.

Sign of Roses (She/it)

-The most non-judgmental person you’ll ever meet, for better or for worst.

-Very kind to others, strangely so. Her kindness genuine, but it’s uncanny in a way.

-On the other hand, it is a very weird person. Always talking about embracing who you truly are and embracing your sin, usually out of completely nowhere.

-Still, it’s one of the more pleasant abnormalities to be around if you push its quirks aside.

-Would definitely enjoy playing on an organ, a favorite tune being…well, her own battle theme!

-She would also love gardening, at least, with none sin-flavored flowers.

-Most likely to be the “sane” one out of any group she’s placed in.

-Also a very good mediator, always staying unusually calm no matter how intense something gets.

-Somewhat aware of its origin and what it represents, but that isn’t a bother to it.

400 roses (She/he)

-For my sanity, I’ll be calling her Mircalla for short.

-When not being tormented by the unending hunger, he’s a very polite person!

-He has that kind of kindness that royalty has: a curtsey when introducing himself, laughter that’s contained just enough to not ring over anyone else, hell, he’s probably more nice than most actual people in the City.

-Unfortunately, her existence and what she represents means she’s in the claws of a terrible thirst for blood almost constantly.

-He’s mostly in a feral state because of this. Though occasionally, bits of lucidity sneak through, filled with guilt.

-Compared to many other abnos, he does have some form of care for his minions, even if the reason is a bit selfish (said reason being the fact that they serve as a way to better fight off the Yearning).

-Both before and after the collapse of the L-corp branch she resided in, she didn’t really get along with the other abnormalities, mainly because she just…couldn’t stay lucid long enough to properly communicate.

-If she could, she would always wear the most fancy outfits, mostly dresses.

-Would be good friends with Sign of Roses, abnormality yuri…

Is there a market for limbus abnormality posting, like headcannons and other shit like that. There’s a few blogs for lobcorp abnos but not a lot of them are active last time I checked, maybe something like that…

I need to share my views to the world. I need to show this community my awesome interpretations of what the limbus abnos would be like if they just relaxed for a second and got to act not purely on desire and stuff. I don’t care how inaccurate it would be I will have my gospel spread /silly

Uhh a Mayor Thaniyel angst post? Does this count as one? I was trying to figure out what to draw next when I got inspiration from (you guess it) another Tally Hall song.

Spring and a Storm is such an underrated song on the album (imo). Honestly every time I listen to it, it reminds me of Mayor Thaniyel and his struggles with his relationship with Brad/Griefer.

Especially at the end of the song where it gets chaotic, this drawing is kinda suppose to envision that. It’s suppose to be Mayor Thaniyel’s POV of the events that happen in Chapter 2.

Honestly, a lot of stuff must be going through Mayor Thaniyel’s head that day. Like, imagine having someone close to you turn on you like Griefer did.

I don’t have any lyric analysis for this post atm but maybe I’ll add it later.

I actually really wanted to try animating this but I suck at it and didn’t have the motivation. It is something I really wanted to try to get into. Maybe one day but in the meantime I’ll just imagine it in my head

I actually have another song from Tally Hall I wanted to do that includes Mayor Monty and Thaniyel! That post will be more lighthearted than this one.

Tried to do lineless art for this one. It’s a bit messy, but I think it adds to what I was trying to go for!

One thing that I appreciate about Limbus is that although it is a game that can swear, it does not turn into a vivziepopish nightmare, and instead uses foul language to convey emotions and character, as swear words were intended

This is also means, when Dante says "Shuckaroonies!!!" it is not because of censorship, but because there's something incredibly wrong in the most fascinating way about them, which elevates the experience even further

C00lkidd, in my silly scenario where everyone somehow made it out, has the ability to change between his “normal” and “monster” forms. It’s pretty quick and painless, and usually happens on command, but it can also trigger if he’s feeling particularly excited/joyous. There are also rare cases where he transforms when he gets mad, but you’d have to REALLY piss him off to do that. It also becomes harder to turn back if he’s feeling intense negative emotions.

He tries not to do it when around 007n7, though, as he can tell how uncomfortable it makes his father, even if he doesn’t completely understand why.

Don't piss this little guy off.
