I love it when someone says things like “Would've been more fun if you were here" or "I wish you were here so we could do this and this". It shows that you kinda matter to them to certain degrees, that your existence matters. They mean that your mere presence could have a difference. And what's so subtle yet beautiful than this ?

Meryl Streep in Mamma Mia really was living the best life- owned a hotel on a beautiful Greek island, singing sweet ABBA bops, had a history of dicking down so many hot dudes she wasn’t sure which handsome, tone-deaf, middle-aged man was her kid’s dad.

One of my favorite visual gags is drawing a passive/bubbly character with cartoon-y style eyes, but changing their eyes to be realistic whenever something annoys them:

I told my partner that I wanted to talk more about my bipolar symptoms but then we both got busy and it feels like it'll be awkward to start that conversation again no matter how it goes. I don't want her to take responsibility for me or do anything different I just want a chance to try and explain mania in a way she'll understand so that when it happens we don't just laugh it off and so I'm not second-guessing myself all the time

tomorrow is my last day of college

im so upset

i had a terrible time in college

i always had this belief that college was supposed to be the best time of your life

ive been doing really well mentally since january but

its just now hitting me how much time i spent during the so-called “best years of my life” self harming, depressed, manic, anxious,

and just miserable

and im so sad its ending like this, like a dark stain on my past

but the thing is, its the past

so its over.

if i can rationalize that why do i still feel like this
