Solid question, as I am not French-speaking (sorry for misleading)! The character "Joyeuse" is named after the self-same sword wielded by Charlemagne as she doesn't have a name of her own!
That said, the idea of Starbarks Cafe was definitely inspired by a trip TO Paris, rather than being inspired by "Starbucks" itself!!
